I normally like to work on my car myself and always viewed dealers as overpriced and often mediocre service. The Maxwell Ford Service Center has proven this wrong.Since purchasing my Focus ST here a few years ago, Ive brought it in a few times for oil changes and warranty service. The coupons they send out periodically make the trip and wait worth it.The service has been acceptable, though wait times are about what you would expect from a large service center. They let you schedule appointments online which does help with this somewhat.It looks like they recently renovated the service center. I appreciate the free wifi and USB charging outlets in the waiting area. They also offer shuttle service though Ive never used it.The warranty service was mostly hassle free and they managed to find and replace the bad part (headlight assembly) the same day.As Ill soon be moving away, I just hope I can find a dealer in the future which is as good as this place.

Always great communication and on time. It would be amazing if they added car detailing or at least a car wash. Nothing worth than getting a service and picking up a dirty car. All in one stop would crush.

I made a service appointment a week in advance. Instead of providing service I was told to leave the car for 2 days and theyd get to it at their convenience. The woman refused to let me see a manager and so I called and left my number and a complaint which were never returned. Ill never use them again

I had a engine check light on my 2014 escape took it to Maxwell. I was told it was a sensor that had to do with gas tank. I was told it would take one week to repair. I’m not rich and my wife and I are a two care family, so renting a car wasn’t cheap for us. I told the shop to rotate the tires and change the oil also.One week passed and I hadn’t heard back, I reached out and was told “sorry we’re backed up” on week two I called and said I cannot afford a car rental and needed my car back wether they did the repairs yet or not. My service associate said “it’s going back as we speak it will be ready tomorrow”I went to pick up my vehicle the next day and the staff acted annoyed with me, including the service manager.They had me sign everything, pay and handed me my keys.1) they didn’t wash my car which was spotless when I left it ther2) they were rude and didn’t bring my car up to the service office but instead told me they had to park it about a block away on the used car lot3) two days after receiving the car, the underside guard came loose and dragged as my wife drove the vehicle with my daughter (they did not replace the required hardware to hold it in place4) 6momth passed I went to rotate my tires at discount tire and two of my wheels had stripped lug nuts (no mention of that when I picked up the vehicle)5) had a seat belt light come on, when a reputable business looked into it, they stated that someone had purposely placed the airbag motor cables under the seat in the direct path of the track so when the seat was adjusted it was cutting into the airbag cables (this should be criminal)6) since receiving the vehicle my car smells like burning oil but doesn’t leak a drop, didn’t do that prior to Maxwell.7) next oil change I was advised that the oil plug had not been reinstalled properly and I needed to re thread, ( never mentioned to me by Maxwell so I’m assuming they did this also out of spite of an upset customer.I had purchased my vehicle 6 month prior from Hewlett in Georgetown Chevrolet (AWESOME AWESOME DEALER) I wanted them to repair my vehicle in the beginning but my car was a ford and I figured a ford service center would know what their doing. OH BOY DO THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING, iIN A UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER.The service manager is there to stick up for the employees if you have a problem avoid the service manager and go above his head, and start with the general manager.MAXWEEL IS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER AND HAS COSTED OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS IN EXTRA REPAIRS, I ASSUME THEY Do THIS TO REALLY STICK IT TO UPSET CUSTOMERS OR FOR RETURN BUSINESS.DO NOT USE THESE CREEPS!!!!I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO BUT ACTUALLY IT SHOULD BE ZERO STARS

Pretty disappointed. Made an appt to bring my truck in to diagnose a suspension noise. Was told the diagnostic would take a few hours and I might have to leave it there if it needed repair. Went for my appointment and was told, no, you have to leave the vehicle there for a few days until they can get around to doing the diagnostics.What is the point of the appointment?Why does it always have to be this way with dealers?

By far the worst costumer service I have ever received. I purchased a Truck that was advised to have a spare tire. When I got the truck home I noticed the exhaust mount was broke and there was no spare tire. I called the sales person and he seemed to not care at all about my issue. He said I need to bring it in to see if they could fix it. I live 50 miles away from the dealer and explained I need to know if they can resolve my issue before driving in. He said I would have to bring it in and a manager would have to decide. I asked to talk to a manager and got transferred to voicemail. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and voicemail again. This went on for 2 days until I brought it in. I ended up waiting 4 hours while my truck was parked out back to get an answer on how my issue would be resolved. Every time I would ask for an update I would be told to ask the service desk and the service desk would tell me to ask the sales desk. I asked multiple times to talk to a manager and a sales person would come up and not be able to tell me what was going on with my truck. Finally after 4 hours I was told they could fix the exhaust but have to search for a spare. A week later they found a spare and I drove another 50 miles to pick it up. Waited an hour and a half for them to throw it in the bed of my truck and tell me there is no Jack or spare tire lowering bars in my truck to put the spare on. They said that they would order one but I never heard anything back and honestly I am not going to contact them. No one seemed to care at all about my issue and I don’t want to keep making to long drive just to potentially be helped. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I brought my truck in to have some maintenance done on it. They service advisor was very good at communicating with me regarding my vehicle. They even caught some recalls on the vehicle and took care of those too.

I went to get my truck serviced and was given an appointment time. Turns out the service and scheduling department are not the same. They also do not communicate with one another. This turned into a wasted trip due to a 3 week back up. The staff was very friendly and wanted to help anyway they could. Would have been nice to know before driving to the dealership.

I purchases a brand new 2021 Ford Ecosport two months agao. Two weeks ago, the air conditioner started smoking and went out. I took my car to Maxwell Ford to have them check it out. John Sullivan, service manager, claims that a foreign object or rock must have punctured it. The reason why he thinks that is because there is a hole. Mind you, the “foreign object” was not lodged. There is just a hole. He’s making assumptions. Are Ford cars built so poorly that a rock can enter through the front of the car and bypass everything else under the hood and pierce just the air conditioner? No other damages, including the outside of the vehicle. How do I not know that it was in the design or manufacturing of the vehicle. He wants me to file under my insurance for a hole. Maxwell Ford is clearly incompetent.

Will not be doing business here ever again if I can help it. Customer service needs a ton of work IMO. Have brought 3 cars from here and the problem is always Customer Service for me. From sale to delivery of car is fine, but whenever service or maintenance is needed...not good!Good service does not end once I made a money commitment to you, at the same time you are suppose to be making a service commitment to me. That doesnt seem to be happening on their end.

I have received two safety recall notices from Ford indicating that the driver side airbag and the passenger side airbag both needed to be replaced. I live out of town so I had the recall representative schedule the service to be done at the closest dealership and that would be Maxwell Ford. I was also told by the representative that since it was a safety recall that a rental car would be provided to me free of charge. When I arrived the service advisor started taking down all my information and said it would take three to four hours to replace the airbags. When I inquired about the rental car he said that it would be out of my pocket. I told him that it was a safety recall due to a manufacturing defective airbag and why should I pay for a rental car when it wasnt my fault. I was upset so I told him to forget it, I then pulled out into the parking lot and called the recall representative back and indicated my situation. They said they would call and talk to the service manager and they would straighten things out for me. I was informed to go back in and look for the service manager (Eric), well wouldnt you know he gave me the run-around as well stating that the rental car would only be issued if it was going to take longer than a day. He basically said my options were to sit in the lobby for four hours while the work is being done (really like I want to sit the lobby that long) or pay out of my own pocket for a half day rental. It was a longer drive but I finally contacted the dealership from which I bought the car (Leif Johnson Ford). I must say after the experience I had with Maxwell Ford, Leif Johnson Ford was more than accommodating stating that the safety recall notices do indicate a free car rental. Never ever will I do business with Maxwell Ford, never ever will I recommend Maxwell for it to anybody. You guys just keep doing business the way youre doing and you will keep receiving these one star reviews.

Where do we start. We have always had a good experience with the service center until now- everything that could go wrong did.It all started when we went to drop of my husbands truck for a state inspection and for them to look at his window that we noted had a hole in the seal. They said it might take awhile and we said that was fine but expected a call. No call ever came, we called them before closing and had to leave a message. That was a Saturday. We didnt get the truck back till Wednesday and that was only after the worst experience we could have had and nothing had been done until the evening before.We were helped by Ray Luna- who we both do not recommend if you can pick your service representative.He told us different information, he told us misleading information that made his previous information incorrect, he NEVER told us that we would be charge for a diagnosis of the issue we came to the shop knowing (hole in seal on the window). He tried to make us pay over $200 to get the truck back with no inspection and nothing completed. He could not give us an estimate to fix the window. He told us that we failed the inspection when we did not and tried to charge us for an oil change that we never asked or approved.This place is full of BS people trying to take advantage and we will not deal with that again.This is only getting 1 star because of the manager Eric. He was awesome and helped us get the truck inspected (ON TUESDAY after having it for 3 days but hey at least it was done) and promptly returned calls.People go where they are respected and this place does not respect their clients. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Our overall experience was okay though there were a few disappointing encounters. We went in to look at purchasing a specific vehicle advertised online only to find out it was demo and they would not sell it to us. Not to mention, the salesperson next to us was being obnoxious and raising his voice at his customer which was unprofessional and alarming. In addition to all that, after coming to an agreement with the sales person on pricing we end up finding a hidden fee the finance person did not mention. Oh and beware of buying a used vehicle from them. I traded my vehicle to them and saw that they added features it dose not have and priced it way more than what the sticker price was when I first purchase the vehicle. It’s been 4 months now and I am still not happy with Ford maxwell because now I am having problems with there mechanics because they refuse to go off the price that’s on the Ford app. They say it’s wrong and for us not to use it but when we bought the car the sales man told us to use it we would get good deals. I am regretting purchasing from them.

1) My property was stolen out of my car, 2) incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle and Kevin, my service advisor, SWORE to my face that that was the issue after another facility later discovered that it wasnt, and 3) left my oil cap off causing my check engine light to come on.If google would allow me to give 0 stars, I would. When I returned asking for a refund on my services, the gentleman said to me well i have to pay my guys for their time... YOU DONT PAY PEOPLE TO STEAL, INCORRECT WORK, and to CAUSE ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS. That is not how business is done.

If incompetence had a name, it would be Maxwell Ford. Their employees know about as much about service and scheduling as 3 year olds know about astrophysics. “Appointments” here aren’t really appointments; they won’t even look at your car until at least 24 hours have passed with it in their possession. Thank God dentists, doctors, barbers, and every other service organization on the planet don’t following Maxwell Ford’s poor example. I brought my vehicle in for an 8am appointment, was explicitly told they weren’t very busy that day, and should have it back that day. Fast forward to 5pm and they still hadn’t even touched it (all I needed done was a simple 30 min diagnostic and check of the 4x4 actuators - which was detailed during the “appointment” scheduling). I would’ve been just as well off leaving it in a Walmart parking lot all day long. Furthermore, neither Jackie (“service” rep) nor Eric (“service” manager) could give a plausible and appropriate explanation for the deficiencies in their scheduling process. This is a joke of a business, and as such, won’t be receiving any future business from me, my family, or associates. I highly recommend you do the same.

Be careful with the internet pricing!!!! Somewhere on there(I still can’t find it) is a disclosure that apparently makes a huge decision on the price. I drove from San Antonio to purchase a F250 with my own financing and the price was $7000 more than advertised. I asked twice before I drove 80 miles one way if there was any disclosures and was told no. The salesman avoided the discussions of my own financing which I know now it was to get me in the door. Very disappointed with this dealership and salesman. Don’t trust them!!!

Had a work vehicle that needed an electrical issue looked at. 2 weeks ago had vehicle towed from Dripping Springs to Maxwell. Called me the following Monday and said they replaced the battery fixing the issue. This is the battery they supposedly put in. $300.00 later same issue. Maybe a new battery?

Wow...where do I begin? I dropped off my truck Saturday 11/14/20 for a scheduled appointment that I made online. My 2018 F150 began to have an engine rattle and I also noticed a corroded hose near the front axel. Both of these issues were noted on the online appointment. When I go to drop my truck off Saturday morning I was told Saturdays are usually reserved for typical services such as oil changes and that my truck would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Sure would have wished the online reservation portal would note this limitation, but fine I left my truck with the service department. I also sent pictures of the corroded hose directly to the service advisor.Here comes Monday 11/16/20...I call and was told my truck would be checked out tomorrow. I call back Tuesday 11/17/20 and I was told the truck would not be check out until Wednesday. I then call back Wednesday 11/18/20 and I am finally told my truck has been checked out. I was told the timing chain will need to be replaced and that the technician did not see the hose I asked for Maxwell Ford Service Center to check out. I reminded the service advisor I emailed him pictures and again described where the hose is located. He assured me the technician will check out the hose. I did not receive a call Thursday 11/19/20, but I followed up Friday 11/20/20. On Friday I was told there was one truck ahead of me to get the timing chain done and it looks like the truck wont be ready until Monday 11/23/20.Saturday 11/21/20 I received a call from the service advisor stating the service department found that my oil was dirty so provided a complementary oil change since my truck was with the service center for so long. The service advisor went on to say that the service department no longer hears the rattle believing the rattle was due to the dirty oil and suggest I pick up the truck to see if the problem was solved. I was agreeable as I had been without a vehicle for an entire week. While on this phone call with the service advisor I inquired if the corroded hose had been checked out. The service advisor assured me that the hose was taken care of.I go to pick up my truck, arrive home, and look underneath the engine bay...and what do I see? A corroded hose that was not fixed. Absolutely unacceptable. I have called the service advisor and the manager of the service center, but have only reached their voicemail boxes at this time. An entire week with my truck at the service center for only an oil change. No way I could recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible! I had to call in to see the status of my vehicle. My car was burglarized and nobody bothered to inform me. Austin police called to tell me. I had to pull my car out of this dealership and take it to another dealership. Jackie was my service advisor and had absolutely no empathy on the situation. Bad area bad customer service just stay away and go to another dealership as I did.

Brought truck in that has about 80k miles on it. Told me it needed a several thousand dollar repair. After getting the repairs done, truck immediately started making strange noise. Took it back in and they informed me I needed an additional $1k of work done and claimed no responsibility for it. Ordeal took several weeks with no resolve. Whether they were being honest and the new issue was caused by terrible Ford engineering or if it was caused by the repair staff, I won’t be using this dealership for repairs or new vehicle purchase either way.

I will say that the reviews I read now (that I should have read prior) regarding the internet pricing is true!! Just be weary of that if you’re not in a position to purchase a vehicle (which means you shouldn’t be there anyway). With that being said, I was also swayed to purchase bc of that internet price and am so happy I was. I was contacted by Sergey and his online sales manager and getting our WAY more beautiful car was SOOOO worth it! They made up for everything in their beautiful way of sales!! Sergey is now the middle name of the great car we have and love!! Thank you Maxwell Ford!! You made us happy campers!!

I am very pleased with the service received from Eric the service advisor and Alberto. Both were very prompt and offered great customer service. I took my Ford Edge for an oil change and had to take my two year old with me, I was freaking out because of the whole pandemic going on but the lobby was very clean and they offered me two chairs for me to sit down with my baby. Worst service I have ever received and have been lied to several times in just one visit. They lied about the diagnosis charge being free (surprise its actually $100) they lied about being able to get my vehicle diagnosed within a 3 day period. They lied about what services were needed on the vehicle. I cannot believe this is how they are doing business. It is awful.

I highly recommend going elsewhere for new car purchases. We went in to look at a Ford Explorer ST. The initial intro and test drive were great, however when it came time to talk about financing, the salesman, Diego, was extremely patronizing.Diego did not want to discuss our options. He insisted that we had to put 25-30% down. He kept asking “what can we do to get you in this car today?” It was uncomfortable.Diego was clearly only after a commission and became uninterested when we asked questions or voiced concerns.There are other Ford dealerships in Austin that can provide the level of professionalism and customer service that is necessary when making such a large purchase.After we walked out of Maxwell, we were able to find, comfortably finance, and drive off with a brand new Explorer ST from Leif Ford!

However, after introducing myself as a former customer, they refused to discuss pricing until I paid them a non-refundable deposit! They ignored my emails until I got in touch with the internet sales director. Then they explained they would not discuss negotiating without a deposit!I do not recommend dealing with these people!

Patronizing; In a word thats how the service dept. treated me as a woman when I took my Fiesta in with concerns that their technician had botched the routine maintenance they had performed for me. Understand that Im a 30 year maintenance professional, A Navy veteran, and an oil field mechanic/maintenance specialist. I know my way around machines. So when my concerns were met with outright dismissal and the explanation that my clutch failed due to a dirty car I lost all respect for Maxwell as an organization. Over the past eight years Ive purchased four vehicles from them, my children at my suggestion have purchased at least three more. After this horrific experience I wont be buying any more from a dealer that runs a maintenance dept. the way Maxwell does. Even their management went so far as to circle the wagons and refuse to even investigate my concern. They didnt even make an attempt to humor me with the idea that they would look into my issue. I was dismissed, and I cant help but believe that had I been a man, they would have never suggested that dirt caused the problem or treated me with such little respect.

If I could get less than 1 star I absolutely would. I bought an F150 from them a few months ago. A week after I bought the vehicle I found a small puncture in the backseat leather. I tried calling my sales rep multiple times and never was able to reach him. I was then told after calling in 4-5 times that he quit. I was directed to a gentleman named Steve. He said to bring it in and he would take a look at it. After 2 hours of waiting for them to look at it, I found it parked in front of the building and was told no one looked at it. So apparently they drove it to the shop and drove it back for show. No call or explanation of why or what they did or could do.I just recently went for my second oil change. I purchased a maintenance plan so these would be taken care of for the life of the vehicle. Upon arrival I was informed the power was out. You would think they would call customers with appts. and give them the option to reschedule. I was told it would take 2 hours to complete. Im not the most mechanically inclined human being but I know that I can go to an auto parts store. Purchase the oil, oil filter, drain pan, funnel and gloves. I could park on the side of the road, jack the truck up and change the oil within 2 hours. The excuse is the system was down. So they dont know how to bill for something that is already paid for....... Yes, I understand you have to bill material to something. Its called paper, write it down and do it when the system is back up. Take care of the customer. Im in customer service and cannot fathom treating my customers this way.I then asked to speak with the GM so I could cancel my maintenance plan. Was told, hes in a meeting. Apparently still in the meeting 3 hours later as I was told he/she would call. That call hasnt come in. They were some of the nicest people Id ever met when I was purchasing the vehicle. This is why I chose them over other options. I am incredibly disappointed and will never buy another vehicle from this dealer in any make. Absolutely terrible.

Be wary of the prices on their vehicles. Triple check the fine print as they have unique charges that other Ford Dealers do not have. I was almost tricked into putting a non refundable deposit before they would give me a final price. There are many good dealerships out there, steer clear of this one. What a waste of time and effort.

Id recommend you avoid this dealerships service department. I brought my 2018 Expedition Max Limited to an appointment I scheduled using the dealerships online scheduling tool. In my service request I described the problems I was having with the vehicle.I arrived approximately 15 minutes early for the appointment. I was greeted poorly. I said good morning and the response was what can I do for you. My presence was clearly a distraction and the conversation felt rushed. I was asked for all of my information and there was no awareness of the information I shared in my online service request.As I described my issues I was interrupted with a request to leave the car for the weekend because there were no technicians available to perform the specific service work. This was surprising considering the appointment. The service advisor explained to me that the website allows you to coordinate drop off times, not appointments. I double checked the website and the time slots are clearly described as appointments. The scheduling tool even asks you if youll be waiting for the car or not.This service department is clearly mismanaged. No ability to give realistic or specific timelines. Little respect for peoples time. I definitely felt a strong indifference to addressing my concerns on my vehicle. Very embarrassing for this dealership, their leadership and the Ford brand.Take your business someplace else.

So, I was going to drop this to 1 star because of the very incompetent service I received on my truck - oil leaking, coolant leaking, wrong coolant cap placed on coolant reservoir that wouldnt even thread on let alone seal and pressurize the tank...However, when I called and complained they immediately got me in and resolved my concerns, so I wont be as negative about the whole service department just because of 1 incompetent or careless technician. Ill have to see how future services go.Would be nice to have loaner cars available.

Richards customer service was unacceptable. Patronizing would best describe his service. Don’t ask him for directions he will make you feel like you should know. And I asked him if he worked for Maxwell and he says he is separate company but he had on a Maxwell shirt and was in the office at their dealership so I don’t know what he was trying to say. Also was on his phone texting the whole time I was talking to him, that’s unprofessional to the customers at Maxwell even if he is separate they should know about this.

When I asked him what current incentives Ford currently has on the Super Duty line he stated All our incentives are on line and you can figure them out from there. He also told me that I could not enter the showroom without a mask even though he was not wearing one. After the experience I drove out to Lockhart Ford where they were extremely helpful and I drove home in a new Ford Super Duty. As a current first responder I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Incredibly high pressure sales. They wouldnt give me an actual price for a truck for over an hour. Then they tried to require me to commit to a monthly payement price (by signature) still without telling me the actual price of the truck.Price they finally quoted me on was $7,600 over the internet list price. They also have a standard pacakge on every truck that auto added $1,599 to the price that wasnt listed anywhere online. Would never shop there again.

They employed a classic bait and switch tactic with me. Advertised a very attractive price on a Ford Explorer ST (I suspected too good to be true, but was worth exploring, no pun intended). When I told them I wanted to lease the vehicle, they proceeded to eliminate all the incentives and discounts and attempted to charge $7,500 more than the advertised sales price. When I asked why the incentives and discounts were eliminated, they said it was because I wanted to lease instead of finance or cash purchase. Ive never had a dealer do that. They should be indifferent as to whether a vehicle is financed or leased and both of those alternatives are more profitable to a dealer than a cash purchase. I can only conclude that Maxwell Ford operates in an unscrupulous manner. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Fast service, Great personnelI used this dealership to repair my differential. I had to move cross country the next weekend, and they were able to do it in two days, whereas no other dealership was open until next week.Their service rep, Ezequiel Meza, gave me an accurate cost and time estimate, and set up an appointment first thing Monday morning. Zeke gave me an short update by call or text both days. He not only found warranty coverage, but also found a way to waive the warranty deductible- truly Incredible service.

Regarding the service department and customer retention. They don’t hold up to their end of the bargain. I gave a 1 star review before and was contacted with an opportunity to fix my situation which I accepted. They gave me a certain amount of time to change my review to 5 star because they have to show that they are correcting issues within a certain amount of time which I did immediately trusting that all that was agreed upon would be done. She did help out for one of the two situations but 2.5 months later I am still waiting on their service department for the 2nd issue. I reached out to the person who handled this negation Jan. 28th with no response but she was very responsive when trying to get me to change my review. From my first experience that lead me to this, I would never recommend this location. I will never agree to something before all parties complete their promises. Very disappointing.

Not only did he work with us on bringing the price down a little but once were ready to drive out he went and took the time to show us all the features in the car and how they worked. Ive never had that at any dealership so it was amazing surprise which made us walk out feeling great about our purchase! This was the third and final time I take my Fusion to Maxwells Service Department. I always seem to forget their terrible customer service and take my car back there but wont be making that mistake again. They over schedule their techs, resulting in long wait times. And dont make the mistake of taking them up on the free shuttle ride because then your car will be put to the back of the line since youre not a waiting customer.

I made this appointment a week ago and they are now telling me it wont be honored even though the car is potentially unsafe! Unbelievable. So, my service tech Britney doesnt return phone calls, and after 12 days the repairs still arent done, even though I was led to believe I would have it back two days ago, and today. Now, they need it another day, and when I said I needed a loaner, I was told there arent any rentals or loaners. I said, You must have over 500 cars there, and got, those cars are the ones for sale. Hard to believe nobody has ever needed a loaner before. Ive been coming here ever since I moved to ATX 7 years ago. Doubt Ill be back (for any reason) after I get my car back, and am satisfied with the repairs.

Went to maxwell ford you buy a NEW mustang.And before I bought anything I told the salesman I wasn’t trying to pay over 40K and I wanted payments in the 500s.I ended up paying 43K for a 2020 mustang GT basic and was told I was gonna pay around 37K and car was set at 31K... things did not go well, I recommend you go somewhere else and do your research.I will not be coming back to this dealership ever again.

Never returned with anyone, we passed 2 salesperson, and nothing. So, we decided to leave, came across 3 salesperson and they were so busy in their conversations. It was a rough start, but once I talked with my service tech Zeke he was very understanding and listened to my concerns. He texted me every day to let me know how things were going and where my car was at in the transmission overhaul process so that I can plan accordingly with work. Once he was done he even had his quality control team check it out so that I didnt come back the next day with the same problem. When I got my car back it was running as good as new. Zeke did a wonderful job, Happy holidays!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst dealer experience I have ever had! Took vehicle in for a recall and rear AC vents not blowing enough air. Was told that the recall would take 5.5 hrs and AC needed time to diagnose. After waiting for 5 hours, I was told that the recall was almost done but they needed to keep my vehicle overnight for the AC problem. I was assured that my vehicle would be done by the morning. Luckily, through my extended warranty, I had rental car coverage. The next morning I received a text saying that the AC was fixed. Being that I was told the day before that the recall was just about done, I assumed the vehicle was ready to pickup. I spoke to the service tech and told him I would try to make it before closing time. I live 45 mins from the dealership and after I had already driven 30 mins to pickup my vehicle, I received another text saying sorry, your vehicle is not ready. I called and texted the service tech but, BIG SURPRISE, they would not call me back. Day 3 occurs and they still cant seem to find the time to call me until 1200PM, 5 hours after opening. The tech gives me BS about trying their best to get the vehicle ready. He finally acknowledges that the vehicle wont even be ready until the next day. I speak to the service manager, Eric Sperling, and explain the problem. I ask him to compensate me for the issue. He offered to fill up my gas tank. WOW!!! That really let me know how much they valued my business. Day 4, I pick up my vehicle and of course the gas tank was not filled. When I asked about it I was given an attitude. The service tech then proceeds to try and lecture me that I should be happy that I got my vehicle back so soon. I retorted back that they obviously dont know how to run their business. How does a 5.5hr recall take 4 days to complete. I walked out to my vehicle and it was filthy on the outside and had multiple bird droppings on it. The vehicle was obviously left outside for days without being worked on. Most businesses at least try to meet your expectations. Great businesses exceed your expectations. This place did not have any desire or goal to do either. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Maxwell ford is been doing all the maintenance on my truck since 2016 but, somehow my last two times my service adviser is been Luis Mancia.which the first time he did a bad customer service on top of a horrible attitude. Spent a $1000 for a tune up and my 2015 explorer is now running pourly when it was fine. Went from 20 miles per gallon to 12 . Took it back they couldnt find anything. Useless. Traveling and my range is now half of what it was 200 flipping miles. Might as well be driving an RV.

Ive had a number of challenges with this service department in the past year since buying my truck. I dont expect perfection, but I do expect positivity, follow-through, proper expectation setting, and better overall customer service.1. There are no loaner vehicles. I understand you service a lot of vehicles, but I expected more when buying a $60k truck. My previous Lexus and Acura dealerships didnt have a problem figuring this out.2. The first time I brought the vehicle in for a faulty door sensor, I scheduled an appointment for 7:30AM. Despite dropping the car off at that time, the vehicle wasnt looked at all day, and I didnt even receive a call letting me know it was going to be kept overnight. I called right before close and discovered it would be looked at the next day. Two days for a door sensor is unacceptable. Ive since learned the speaker on that door no longer works, probably as a result of their work.3. The next time I needed servicing I called twice and asked for an estimate on the work. Both times I was told I would receive a call back with an estimate, and both times nobody called me back.4. The last time I brought the vehicle in for a few items, the service tech was awful during the initial consult. At some point after one of my previous service visits, the door / backup chimes switched from playing through my stereo speakers to playing through the steering column. When I explained this to the service rep, he told me he didnt think anything was broken. He literally told me the problem I just shared with him wasnt a problem. I know this is not the case because a 5 minute google tells me this happens when radio fuses blow. To boot, the shuttle was waiting for me, but despite only having 60 SECONDS of check-in left the guy said its going to be a while when I asked him if I could take the shuttle, immediately after which the shuttle took off. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get to work because of this guy. The one positive from this visit is that they managed to fix two recalls and a faulty seatbelt in a single day.

Their service department has horrible customer service they tell you they will keep you updated but they dont!!! they told me that their techs was working on my car and that it will take them an 1hr to put my car back together and less then 5 min my car pulls up. Poor communication in service department!!!I brought my truck in for transmission concerns and I knew it was more electrical than mechanical failure. Drove it in Monday at 7am with check engine light... so I knew I was $200+ on the diagnostic fee. 2 days later (which I was told by Anthony to expect timeframe) the service writer called me asking for additional approval to extend my diagnostic fee up to $480 so the technician could tear the trans apart - to further diagnose.- first of all, the check engine light was a PO750 (failure in trans shift solenoid).- all you need to do is remove the pan and the solenoid is right there. 10 minute further Dx does not need addl $220!!!- 30 mins later, I get a call for an estimate for $1,300 to replace a solenoid and wire frame. (Fine whatever, at least itll be fixed)**Here is the main reason for low score...Service writer adv Saturday at latest the truck will be ready!- I have plans for the holiday wknd for a trip!!- (Anthony)service writer says hell be gone Friday and Saturday, but he has another writer to follow up with me.- never got a call, nothing on Friday (today) to follow up since I was told Saturday at the latest it would be ready.So I had to call twice to find a service writer to assist and John called me back, only to say the truck wont be ready Monday (even after he checked with dispatch). WTH!!????Its a good thing Im persistent about calling or I never wouldve known!!!!- mind you, the only alternative vehicle I have is a motorcycle and I spent all week riding in stormy weather conditions risking myself in hopes I dont crash it either.- now I have to cancel all weekend trip plans because I dont have my main vehicle.***and I guarantee they forgot about my asking for an estimate about my 3rd door repairs as well.*** never got a mention about that either.Anthony and John were certious over the phone, and Anthony did elaborate on what needed to be fixed, but the process and level of communication is really broken down.. never going back there and to think I was going to consider buying a new truck there later this year. Its been about a month since i got my oil change at Maxwell Ford, Jackie was my advisor, I was charged for an oil change which should have been no charge since i have a service plan. I called operator which emailed jackie my advisor. Jackie left a voicemail saying she would refund it, to call back. I since have called her back and left three voicemails and have not heard back since. Also had one of the operators email the managers/ other service advisors and have not heard anything from management either. I have been to other dealerships and my concern gets taken care of by the next day. This is a combination of bad management and service advisors who dont care about there customers.

Took my car that I just bought 3 weeks ago (2016 Mustang Gt) for this loud annoying brake noise. All they could tell me that its a normal thing for new cars. Their response made me laugh so hard because I think for no reason ford performance brakes should be making any noise and damaging my rotor every time I brake. And its just one rotor thats making the noise. I waited 5hrs just for them to tell me its a normal thing and that my brake pads are still thick. Im a auto tech for a dealership I could fix this my self but I choose not too because my 2016 Mustang GT with only 2,500 miles should not be doing any type of noise. Dont ever stop at their services because their NO HELP AT ALL!
