Both people that work there were nice, professional, and went the extra mile to help me through the whole process. Just a heads up though, make sure you inspect the vehicle, like you should any vehicle that youre looking at buying, before you purchase it. The vehicle I bought needed a few repairs but I knew what I was getting into, and for the truck I got, for the price I bought it for, it was a steal. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again and would recommend them to a friend.

Honest guy, for a smaller dealer he really went above and beyond to help me. Even went so far as to come out of his pocket after the fact to help me. Would recommend to any one for sure. Got a great deal and am definitely thankful for these guys here.

They are a terrible business, and very janky quite frankly. They sold me a car and did not disclose the issues in the car. They play with words like “as is” while telling you they dont see any problems

Come see my boy Boon at Five Guys and he will take care. Worked the deal over the phone and he accepted and was a man of his word. Very happy with my purchase and will certainly reach out to him again when in the market for another vehicle.

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I was impressed with their customer service. When I had doubts about the vehicle I was looking at Boon gave me the phone number of an independent, ASE Certified mechanic inspector. It speaks volumes when a dealer is willing to say if youre not comfortable with this purchase have it checked out because we want you to be happy with it. Its rare to find a used car dealer thats just not out to make a buck.

My husband and I went car shopping for my sons very first car. We initially went to a big dealer and was turned off by the gimmicks and price game they played. We left the dealer and decided to shop around. We came across 5 guys Import. We found exactley what my son wanted. Boon was awesome. He has a welcoming personality. Boon and my husband got along very well. He allowed my husband and I to inspect the car, test drive, provided all the information we requested and he worked with us on the price. I couldnt have asked for a better experience on the purchase. THANK YOU!

Car shopping can be a tiring experience. After searching nonstop all day long in San Antonio and Austin, a Google search brought us here. The car we wanted was in perfect condition and the price was lower than average. Excellent customer service and very nice to work with. They even stayed open after hours to accommodate us. They have a lot of very nice cars. They definitely dont buy or sell any junk cars. I would highly recommend.

Have been in contact with a guy named Boon about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. Needless to say, I didn’t end up buying a vehicle due to the a few things. After I did my research on what the vehicle is worth using sites like KBB and Edmunds, I made a fair offer. Boon, said they valued the vehicle using NADA data. For those of you who don’t know NADA is the site all dealerships and Banks apparently use to value a car because it prices them at a higher value; advantage dealership. 2nd, I had a mechanic run the Vin# and found out that the vehicle had been in accidents. Initially, Boon had stated and confirmed that the vehicle had a clean title. At this point, I believe he was being deceptive about the vehicle value but I continue and made him the same offer. He declined and did not want to negotiate.Buyer beware and do your homework on your vehicle you want to purchase from this place. Do not pay retail on any car or as Boon was suggesting the car may be worth.I was willing to take a vehicle off their lot without ever test driving it; this is basically unheard of. Sadly, no deal- I’ll let the dealer pick up the extra charges the vehicle has to sit on the lot.

After 2 months of searching for a car, I finally found a car I wanted at Five Guys Imports. I spoke with James via email before I came to the dealership. When I got there, he was very nice and friendly. Most importantly, he did not try to sell me another car. I now have a Nissan Altima and I love it! I have not had any problems my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you so much!

Completely deceiptful practices. Drove all the way out there to look at a car that was trashed after reading how the car was in great condition...you gotta be kidding me. I don’t know how this place is in business.

My wife and I were in the market for an 8 seating vehicle as we just had a set of twins bringing us to 6 kids total. We stopped by this dealership on a whim and we are very glad we did. We were able to find a Chevy traverse that fit our needs exactly. We explained to them that we were in need of a larger vehicle and we had a budget of 10,000 dollars. The traverse was listed at 12,999 plus TTL, imagine our surprise when he lowered the price to 10,000 including TTL!! We were very happy with the purchase and everything was going great until about a week later the check engine light came on. we stopped at a auto shop and we were told it needed a new catalytic converter and the bill would be $2000. we were in disarray as we just spent our entire savings buying the car the week earlier. we called up the owner and instead of blowing us off like most dealers would, he agreed to get it fixed at his expense!! We were amazed but the story does not end there. when the time of the appointment came we were not able to attend due to a family emergency and it took us about two month to get it resolved. We called them up when we got back to town expecting them to say sorry no can do its been too long, instead we were told to drop it off this morning and they will get it taken care of. I am in total amazement of the level of service and customer care involved in the dealership. they realize that taking care of the customer can and will lead to repeat business because you can be darn sure I will only go to them for my purchase needs. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!

My mom had a Scion XB in the original body style she loved so much she came here to buy another one. She searched all over Texas for the old body style (hard to find) and decided she wanted to check out the one they had. She told them how she drives from San Antonio to Austin for work everyday and needed something reliable. She test drove it and of course the car didn’t have any warning lights on and they made up some excuse about how the AC just takes a little longer to cool. He also told her not to get on the highway because he wasn’t familiar with the area but said he drives it all of the time and the car runs great. Well my mom bought the car and drove home to San Antonio. The AC never blew cold air the whole trip and some of the windows wouldn’t roll down. It’s over 90 degrees outside and she’s old!! She also had a bunch of warning lights come on! She called the guy and he said she didn’t have to pay the remaining amount she owed them. Later she discovered that she can’t drive over 60mph without almost losing control of the vehicle! She almost side swiped an 18 wheeler!! She could have killed herself and others. She took the car to Toyota and it needs repairs costing $3,000 MORE than what she paid for the car!! Now they’re not answering or returning her phone calls. This was our first time not purchasing a car straight from Toyota and will be our last! Nothing but a bunch of crooks who take advantage of women!!

Had a good experience buying the car we had been searching for - 2011 Kia Sportage. They were promptly responsive to all our inquiries and requests.Following a disastrous buying experience in the Metroplex, we learned some hard lessons - get the CarFax, at the very least; have the vehicle inspected pre-purchase; and consider a vehicle service contract (commonly mistaken for an extended warranty).Boon helped us facilitate all of these, before we made the 150 mi. trip to test drive the car.We were able to drive the car home that same evening, as they were already familiar (in the system) with the finance company with whom we had gotten pre-approved. So far, so good.
