In response to the reply on my review.I bought a much better car from a reputable dealer and I had good enough credit and a big down payment so I’m confused by the owners response. His response is a perfect example of how they like to cover things up including bad engines.I highly suggest avoiding these guys. I went to this dealer because they had a nice Volvo S80 at a discount, the test drive went well and the car seemed fine but my salesperson Raza did not seem trustworthy so I had a private inspector check the vehicle and he found blown head gaskets(2000 to fix) and raza told me inspector he was shocked because he had fixed that already. The car is still for sale and I’m sure in the exact same condition. DO NOT buy a car from these guys.

We purchased our 2007 BMW from them, it had issues from the start. They assured us they would fix everything. After 2 trips to their mechanic (who even stated he didnt feel comfortable working on our car) and paying $400 for a new battery. Our car still does not run. We have proof they took it on a 50 mile joy ride and through toll roads,charging us! We will never trust them with our car. It came back worse. We will be suing them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!Edit: You did NOT fix my car at all! You didnt even touch it, I just paid $1500, and there are still issues. The mechanic I used knew you didnt touch the said issues. Your mechanic flat out said he cannot work on our BMW. Plus you made me purchase the WRONG battery, when we told you it was wrong. Another thing I had to purchase.

Cars are dirty and in bad shape. The vehicle looked great online, but when I showed up it was dirty inside and the brakes sounded funny along with a few other mechanical issues. one of which was disclosed by the salesman and we were told it would be fixed. I personally would never buy a vehicle from here. You may be able to get a good deal on a decent car, seems like they get new cars everyday. If the deal theyre offering is to good to pass up, I would definitely recommend you have the vehicle you plan on purchasing inspected. Two stars because the staff was polite.

For anyone looking for a good used vehicle i recommend Austin Century. From day one when i came to look around and decide what vehicle i wanted they treated me very well. i test drove the vehicle and the check engine light came on, they said not to worry they would take care of it not to worry. at first sounded too good to be true but they meant what they said. did not give me the run around they found out what the issue was and fixed it. They were honest with me and made me feel at ease knowing i was making a good purchase. Its been almost a month and from purchasing vehicle and they still call me and ask how the vehicle is and if any issues were to come up in the future and if they could fix it for cheaper than the quote i got they would do it. that alone puts me at ease. Thank you everybody at Austin Century great people to do business with.

Worst place to buy a car. They are kind to you, but when it comes to the truth, they sell damaged cars. We bought a SUV in January and it already has a broke engine. We paid to change the power stilling pump with then and they chatged us $900. And installed a used pump. Do not ever buy car in this place, you going to get cheated.

Was very close to making a purchase here until the yest drive. There were some mechanical issues that they were willing to take care of, however it just did t feel ✅. They were willing to refund my deposit back same day. Word of advice. Take whatever car you want to buy to get it inspected.

Austin Century is totally worth the drive! Independent, honest, and friendly- these guys have generous prices on great cars. (So generous that I obtained an independent inspection on the car prior to purchase: not a thing wrong with it!) In my month-long search for a car, I encountered many unfortunate personalities at other dealerships. Such a relief to come across this homey spot where employees were so accommodating to my purchasing preferences- answering questions, giving me space, addressing concerns, coordinating with the independent inspector, welcoming my bank as the financier (instead of wasting my time with bulls* offers or add-ons). My jaw dropped when I saw the final price- I didnt think dealers could add so *little* to the sticker. Thank you for being so straight forward!! If customer service, honest deals, and affordability are important to you- this was the absolute best place to buy a car that I could find in (around?) Austin.

I purchased a car from here and it had severe mechanical issues and had to bring the car back several times to be repaired. The car broke down on me while driving it 3 separate times, and had to reset the car to get it to run every time. Finally got the bank involved and Austin Century agreed to take it to the manufacture and have it checked out. (Transmission was slipping really badly) They had the car for almost a week before they took the car to the manufacture, then after being at the manufacture for a week I get a phone call from the banker and he tells me there is nothing wrong with the transmission. I ask for the contact info to the service adviser that told him this information. While speaking to the adviser he informed me that they did not find any issues with the car after scanning it and driving it. I explained to him what I was experiencing with it and asked him if Transmission Stop Slip where put in the car would it cause it to act normal for a short period of time. The service adviser said that is a good possibility. I told him I would call him back. I called the banker back and told him that I wanted the transmission flushed and re-diagnosed. The banker said he would call Austin Century with my request. He calls me back and says they refuse to let the manufacture do what I request, which tells me they are hiding something. I asked the banker and we can undo the sale and I get my down payment back and he says yes. I spoke with the salesman from Austin Century and told him I want my down payment returned in cash because i paid it in cash. They refused, I said okay send me a picture of the check before I return the loaner. (The loaner was a major piece of junk as well) I get said picture and take the loaner to Austin Century and receive check for my down payment reimbursement. I take the check to the bank within 10 minutes and the bank says there is a stop payment on the check. they stole $1,500.00 from me!!!

Very friendly helpful staff. They sold a Kia Forte to my son and then repaired my Nissan Altima that had broke down on their lot. They have a lot of good advice. They were patient and very informative. They can also look for you if there is a car you are interested in and help you reach your automotive needs. They have a company they work with to help you get your car financed. Give them a call. They are fair honest and family oriented as well.

Jeffrey was great to deal with, no pressure at all. Yeah, some cars were dusty on the outside, but they were immaculate inside and dust is a part of life, washing one is easy after you buy it. He made sure the rig was mechanically sound and stands behind what he sells. I went to 2 used car lots and 5 dealerships, plus looked at 2 private sale vehicles. We got a good deal; Jeff and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to this elderly couple. They made minor repairs without charge even after the deal was closed. The lot is very cramped and appears somewhat chaotic, but they are adept at shifting vehicles about. Well maybe my experience was different. I spoke to the staff about a vehicle 2008 S550 I was interested in over the phone. I was given the amount needed to be put down. I was then directed to apply online because I live over 47 miles away. After applying I was called by a female staff member with questions about my application. She said she would call back and send me an email link through text messages to send copies of my Bill statement, proof of residency, drivers licenses. Its been over 4 days and they never even returned my call or sent a link. My thing is if Im not approved then be honest with me and dont duck and dodge. At least I couldve save the trouble of giving my privates information and letting you people run my credit report of this wasnt going anywhere. Its a shame

My husband and I purchased a van from Tony. We were approved for a loan. Once winter started my heat wasnt working and Tony went out of his way to fix the issue for my family. It ended up the whole cooling system needed replaced because the wrong antifreeze had been put into the van. Tony replaced everything and fixed it for me. I would recommend him to anyone. He went out of his way and pocket to assure my van was fixed properly. Thanks Tony!

Terrible experience. Bought a gray Mazda6 from GEORGE. I took the car to get inspected and everything checked out mechanically. One week after I bought the car, my key fob quit working, a headlight went out and the side mirror just fell off. Not to mention 2 tires needed replaced and my sunglass holder completely fell out. I took the car back into GEORGE and he refused to assume responsibility for anything. After arguing for some time, he agreed to put the side mirror back on. I was overall disgusted with their customer service and GEORGE is a very difficult person to deal with. They may have low prices but do not buy here. You definitely get what you pay for.

I recently had a bad experience with this dealership. I was looking at a 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback that was listed on the website. I called and talked to George, and he said they sent the vehicle to a dealer only auction. He said he can get the vehicle back for me as long as I put a $300 deposit down. Reasonable request I guess. Going to pick up a car and take it back to your lot costs $300 sure. After this I said I wanted to take the vehicle to a mechanic and have it looked at. So I show up at 9:45am to pick up the vehicle and Tony shows up with the vehicle. I get in the car which DIDNT HAVE AN INSPECTION STICKER and WASNT EVEN VACUUMED (Dirt and crumbs on the floor and seats). Also the center console top cover was wiggly because they put it back on backwards, which I fixed for them. I then go to the shop and have the vehicle checked which is when I found out the OIL PAN WAS CRACKED and punctured and was fixed by a welder instead of replacing the oil pan. Also the BRAKES WERE BAD, TIRES BALD, WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORN, MISSING SKID PLATE, and PARKING LIGHT OUT which added up to $2,300 IN NECESSARY REPAIRS. We had an agreement of $9,000 which included TAX, TITLE, and LICENSING. How can all that be included if the car WOULDNT even PASS a STATE INSPECTION. You need an inspection to get the registration, you need registration to get the license plates, you need license plates to complete the transaction we agreed upon. I offered them $6,000 and ill do everything myself and they didnt take it so I LEFT WITHOUT MY $300. Thanks AUSTIN CENTURY AUTO SALES YOU WERE TERRIBLE!

Looks like a hole in the wall. Went in with low expectations. Discussed my limitations with Jeff and he worked with me to get a car that was in my budget that fit my needs. Will recommend to my friends as they have car needs.

Love my new to me truck...an hour and a half away from our house....even though all paperwork was supposed to have been done we still had to wait for my truck about 3 hours, it wasnt on site and had to wait and still more paperwork

I had a really great experience here. I got an amazing deal on a used truck and a very fair trade-in. I honestly do not know how they made a profit off me; it is refreshing to drive off a sales lot feeling like you got a better deal than the salesman.I kept looking for a catch and couldnt find one. As a warning, this place is very small -- the building they operate out of is not much more than a trailer and I think there are only about four employees including the mechanic. Because of this, there were a few times when I had to wait a little while for service; I could not hold back stars for this, however, because they were obviously working as best they could to provide service to everyone. My salesman was George Oliva; Id describe him as honest, friendly, helpful, and not pushy in the least (walked in and said I wanted to look at the truck,he gave me the keys and left me alone to check it out. I told him I wanted to test drive it, he copied my license and let me go on my way.) Id recommend this place to anyone, they are an exemplary small business.

Planned with the owner a week prior to come and test drive a vehicle. Came down on a Saturday and he said he forgot and that the car was at the dealership getting transmission work on. He was trying to get a major issue with the car fixed without telling me what was wrong with the vehicle. His lot is also tiny and run down, doesnt clean any of the vehicles, vines and vegetation make it hard to walk around, cars with flat tires, dusty, etc.

I was hesitant to buy from this location due to its small size and because there were no reviews to be found for their services.Both George and Reza were easy to work with. Additionally and most importantly they were honest and caring, and went out of their way to help me. Allowed me to drive the car as well as have it inspected by my own mechanic. When the car passed inspection with only minor maintenance issues needing to be addressed (transmission drain & fill, as well as an oil change and a new air filter), I drove immediately back to the lot to complete the purchase. The process was simple and hassle-free. No attempts to sell me things I dont want or need, and 100% fair. I love the car, and will come see what Reza and George have for me the next time I need to buy a car. Thank you both!

Terrible service. We walked in and the workers saw us yet they failed to acknowledge us. We stood by a while waiting to see if they would help us but received no help. Once we left we saw all the workers just sitting inside, when they saw us leaving they finally followed us to ask if we needed any help but too late, we werent willing to buy from somewhere that has poor customer service. They also have terrible parking and the whole lot is very cramped and the actual building looks like a shack.

I am thankful for Jeff, Reza s and Fridas help!!! They have an amazing selection of cars (the lot is always full) with low prices. My Acura RL has been running smooth without any problems since the day I drove it off the lot !! They are honest and understanding. The prices are unbelievable. This is the ONLY used car lot that I will recommend.

They sold me a car that had a gas leak, I could have died driving around like that. I just bought it a month ago and Im already having to pay more money out of my pocket. If that was the case I should of kept my old car and money or went to look elsewhere.
