I guess if youre Caucasian you get treated properly. Went here for a oil change and they clean the car inside and out. But somehow NOW the floor mats, back pocket behind the seat and the 1 of the back seats needs to be replaced. I believe all of this was done on purpose for a car that only needed a oil change. If you are not white I suggest you stay there and watch them fix the car, because if you leave and come back you will have more issues than what you started out with. I only put 1 star to post my review.

The sales staff and the managers provided exceptional care during my recent purchase of my Lavante. Staff went above and beyond their duty to deliver my car on time, with little face to face requirements. My sales person Roy made it a seamless process. The manager extended the use of a loaner car while my new car purchase was being processed. I was able to attend a family member’s funeral without having to find a commercial rental. It is this level of Excellent Customer Service that has brought us back to this dealership for the purchase of our 4th Maserati.

This is my third year of driving to Austin from Ft Worth to get my Evora 400 serviced. First year, service was adequate at best. Second year, some difficulty getting an appointment, this year, new personnel and what a difference. They only had one day to service my car as I had other commitments. The MAF sensor had failed and they didn’t have one instock, but they understood my circumstances and bent over backward to get me back on the road by allowing me to find a sensor on the open market and get it installed. Although this is against policy, service writer Sam and manager David did what it takes to get a repeat customer. They’re open to working with you if you let them. That’s customer service that’s hard to find.

Worthless service department for Pre Purchase Inspection. Go elsewhere. Was charged for 3 hours of work to do a PPI which took under 2. Whoever did the work missed so many obvious things. I do not believe they ever drove the car or they would have noticed many things. Then I got an estimate of about $26,000 for repairs for a 17 yr old car that is not worth that much. And to boot, they gave no explanation why these things needs to be addressed. Just an estimate to replace them. I honestly think that they had no interest in the car as it was not a $100,000+ new one. Only good thing was that it gave me quite a bargaining tool with the seller. But still. I would not return to these guys for anything.

Their service department is entirely unresponsive. They never answer the phone and I was lucky if the returned my phone call / message half the time (thats being generous.) Now that my car is past its warranty period, I will go elsewhere. There are a lot of good mechanics in Austin that offer better service for a lower price.

Maserati of Austin has been incredibly dismissive of my service requests over the last three weeks. I have attempted to contact Corey every few days for weeks regarding getting my Ghibli serviced to no avail. Left messages as well as filled out a service request and.....nothing.I would not recommend coming here if you have urgent matters.......Its not like Corey answers the phone anyway.

I am so over this car I got. I purchased a new Ghibli. Just received my 7th recall notice on this vehicle. 7 recalls, and I am not even kidding. Everything from floor mats to door locks to suspension system. We have spent a total of 6 weeks without the car over these recalls.I brought it to their attention and the response was Oh, in the first new year of a totally new car type, you can expect a ton of recalls, and that was from the sales manager. Why didnt they bring that up when I brought the car?!? I bought a Toyota Land Cruiser the first year of the new body style and didnt have a single recall on that.When I said that I was interested in just getting out of the car, I was offered $10,000 less then the same cars (year and model) are selling for on the lot currently. So they discount it heavily when your tired of the issues and want them to do SOMETHING for all the hassle AND they are willing to pass on a car with so many issues to a new client. And I doubt they would mention the ton of recalls to that client (not a fact, just a guess).I run a local business too. I built my business over the last 30 years on customer service. I would never put one of my customers through this ordeal... I couldnt sleep at night. Very Disappointed.

To Whom it May Concern,I would hope this statement is every bit as true as you claim it to be on your customer care home page but it is clearly not with this location, “Just as Maserati are dedicated to building outstanding premium automobiles, we are equally committed to providing best in class customer service to our loyal customers.” My purchasing experience with Maserati of Austin has been the exact opposite, less than satisfactory and the furthest from delivering on this promise from your organization. I am surprised I did not receive a survey either to date? Wonder why?I strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership to reconsider their purchase. For the record, the GM Apollo Chang to this day, has made zero effort to reach out to me personally or directly to address the remaining work that should be completed on my vehicle. Maserati of Austins leader’s do not respond with exception to Alex Adams, my service attendant, he has been exemplary throughout the process. Apollo had his Branch Manager, Elias Nawas call me who proceeded to tell me the vehicle did not go through a full inspection and that it was the services department’s responsibility to cover the work on their cost center and not sales. Elias has been less than helpful as clearly outlined below. Frankly, I do not care whose responsibility it is, I am the customer and just want it fixed. Surely, a “luxury” car dealer of Maseratis status can address what is a very minor issue or maybe not? I can tell you, in my industry, when you treat customers this fashion, we lose them, that simple. Not to mention, the transaction happened so quickly because my sales agent had to go on vacation the next morning, they did not inspect the vehicle themselves and I had to bring it back to complete inspection.

The staff at the dealership made the process easy, straightforward, everybody was extremely helpful and friendly and the service I received was more than excellent.I would highly recommend this dealer, and particularly, Tanya Bilisoly, in a heartbeat, she is highly knowledgeably of all of the features and functionality of the cars, offered to have a one on one session with my wife to go over the cars technology. Ive been buying cars for close to 30 years. Courteous, professional and attentive is the way I would describe them. Im very happy that they will be taking care of me and my wife’s new ride for the next several years and I highly recommend them to anyone!Tanya offered me the best deal, I was looking at a dealer demo with 2500 miles on it, and she was able to give me almost the same deal on a new 2017 with no miles. Worst car dealer. Got a Maserati back in Boston and had to move to Austin after couple of years. I tried reaching these guys for a scheduled service and they took an appointment for the next day but when I reach there for appointment, they said they have 6 cars to look at before me and it would take 5 days to look my car! I was shocked - why take an appointment when they know theyre booked? Ive also been trying to get a loaner from these guys whenever I have any scheduled service - these guys bluntly say that they do not have any loaner vehicle for the next 2 weeks. This has been happening since past 2 years now, worst service management.I have hardware warranty on my car and it needs to be looked at, am trying for an appointment but not sure if I will get an appointment before my warranty expires. WORST experience coming from a Maserati dealership. Spend on such expensive cars and get the worst service. WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

Angelina was spectacular to work with! Her responsiveness and follow-up were first class and the entire buying process was fast and straight forward. Our car even arrived earlier than expected and Angelina delivered it to our home so we didnt have to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. That is what I would call first-class service!Had a small service light come a few days later and Clint in the service department got me in the same day, fixed the issue in 15min, and washed the car for us.I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and specifically Angelina, if you are in the market for a Maserati.

I am an Ex Pat living and working in Houston. Maserati Austin was the only dealership country wide that got me the exact car and package I was looking for and with an exceptionally fast turnaround time. I had very specific wants that are not easy to get when new to the US and was told were not possible by pretty much every other dealership. Elias Nawas, Natalie Watson and Luis really put an incredible amount of hard work and effort into getting this deal done and I was cared for expertly and professionally throughout with excellent communication. They even had the car, which is pristine, beautiful and showstopping delivered to my door. 5* plus service like I have never encountered before. Really impressive.

Every negative stereotype of a car dealer is true here. Maserati of Austin and Audi NORTH Austin delivered an awful experience in every way. We own two Audi’s already and found a third, a used Audi at Maserati of Austin (which appears to be very closely connected to Audi NORTH Austin), that we purchased this week. Won’t go through all the sordid details but suffice to say we do NOT recommend either the Maserati or Audi NORTH Austin dealerships/service departments. On the other hand, Audi SOUTH Austin has been great to work with. Will only be working with and through them from now on.

I bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Maserati of Austin 2 months ago. Angelina helped me pick the right used BMW from their lot. Used Car Ricky put the finishing touches on the deal by getting me 2 new tires to match the other 2 new tires already on the vehicle, and by obtaining a second key and getting it programed for me. After the sale he picked it up twice from my work site and returned it to me to complete the work. I am very pleased with the Beemer and the service I got from this dealer and I would buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I dropped my car off on June 6th 2018, I received an email yesterday from parts and service manager yesterday saying it was ready for pick up. But through out the almost two weeks they had my car I was never updated on my car. I was told by the service advisor he would call me and get back with me end of business day about my car twice. He did manage to call 1 time and never followed up the following Monday about the car. Then when I get the final bill it was twice as what I was quoted. Now trust me I understand it is a foreign car, but give the courtesy of updating the customer. I too have worked in a car dealership environment and I know that the customer greatly appreciates updates especially if it comes to vehicle taking longer and costs. When I called the 4th time the receptionist asked if I had a loaner car in the meantime I told her I wasnt even offered a loaner car, and that the service advisor had told me they would drive the car back to me at my house. But that wasnt the case at all. I never got my calls returned that I left messages for not even the ones the receptionist left either. I was supposed to purchase extended warranty from this dealership but that was never brought up again upon me picking up the car nor did anyone from the service dept come out and say at least sorry it took so long for the repairs. So I know I will be taking my car elsewhere in Dallas for further maintenance and care and for my extended warranty. This place has no class at all, especially for being a high end car dealership.

This dealership managed to deliver the worst buying experience possible. We requested to drive an advertised car. When we arrived it was still on the showroom floor. We test drove another car that was supposed to be similar. My wife liked the car so then we were driven to an Audi dealership next door to sign papers. We go back show room car is dead. They cant deliver @ 5 pm on a Wednesday there are no mechanics that can fix it. We still have never had a proper delivery. My wife has no idea how to operate the car. We have been on the phone with Sirius XM twice with India and that still does not work. What you will also notice if you own any Dodge or Jeep product the electronics are the same BS. My advice is buy a BMW or Benz. We are locked in to 36 months of BS with this dealer who was very clear when we wanted to return the vehicle with 30 miles on it that the deal was final.

Horrible car buying experience, everything about this place was Slow. Missed the 15 day payoff on my trade in vehice. It took more than 2 months and a couple of phone calls to do a simple transfer of registration. Experience was far from pleasant cant see buying from again!!

BEAUTIFUL CAR. But paid for the Maserati name. Not worth the money. Customer service below par even though sales person reaches out to follow up. Not a solid car. Doors shut like a rubicon jeep...actually that is not fair to compare. Jeep rubicon is a rugged vehicle....Maserati is suppose to be a luxury car. Poorly put together/manufactured. Backup camera terrible. Back seats uncomfortable with very little leg room. Im stuck. 3 yr lease. Be smart. Could have bought any car I wanted but loved the look of the Maserati and I didnt see a lot of them. NOW I KNOW WHY😕

Service is terrible. Took a month to get an appointment for my Maserati, because I needed a loaner car, and then the day I took it in they said no loaner available (despite the fact that I had reserved the loaner)... so they booked me THREE WEEKS LATER... and then ANOTHER 3 weeks to put in a very minor part. All total, 2.5 MONTHS... Consistently bad experience since the day I bought my new Maserati from them.

I had a very unusual but extremely positive experience during a recent visit to our local Maserati dealer here in Austin. I was not in the market for a new car at the time especially a beautiful exotic like a Maserati, however, after meeting one of their sales specialists, an attractive blond named Angelina, I came away with a totally new perspective. First, I didnt pretend that I was going to buy a car, but Angelina still made me feel comfortable while spent time showing and explaining to me the different models, options, horsepower and performance, (Im all about the speed and handling), and why people dont need to buy a Maserati...they want to buy a Maserati. The cars are like a piece of art, a fine sculpture...something you would be proud to own and drive. The sales person must have noticed my excitement for the cars, especially the Gran Turismo, and offered me a test drive. I jumped at the chance and had a total blast in the beautiful Gran Turismo. After about 30 minutes of playing Sterling Moss we returned to the dealership where I thanked and said goodbye to the very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and non-pushy sales lady. I now know what that passion for driving a very cool and beautiful car feels like and can see myself in that car in the near future.

Service dept will lie and take forever to get back to you. Had to go to corporate to have things handled. Once I did that it got even worse, they said I should have worked with them first.. I guess they got chewed out by corporate. Was glad to get out of the car, which I traded at a vw dealer. Had a horrible experience with the car and the dealer in the 1 1/2 I owned it. So many problems, that I would reproduce to the tech, but they would say they couldnt reproduce or nothings wrong.

Pathetic arrogance. Sent them an email and absolutely no reply. I expect service and warranty from a 150k car. They are only great and friendly when they want to make a sale but afterwards, they will want to rack up a large service bill or not reply. Worthless dealership. Im making a call to Ferrari NA and making it known. Ive given plenty of business to FerrariNA, this maserati dealership is ruining their reputation.

I can confidently say that dealing with Taylor Amos and this dealership was truly a fantastic experience. They are upfront and actually do everything they say, and kept every promise. I bought my Maserati from this dealer. Their responsiveness and service was less than average for any car and I will attempt to avoid using them in the future.Their website was inoperative for making a service appointment. I called the number listed (November 6, 9:00 AM and was routed to voice mail. Left a message. My call was returned on November 7 around 3:00 PM. I went over the issues with the representative (needed my 2 year service and an alignment). I made an appointment for 11/12 at 9:00 AM. I arrived on time, the rep that I spoke with did not seem to have any documentation on the services required so I went over them again. They did provide a loaner car pursuant to the car purchase agreement.The rep explained that the alignment would be $599. Pretty high in my view but most things for this car are high. They indicated they would call me when the repairs were complete. I did not hear anything from them that day. The next day I got a call from the rep about 10:00 AM. He told me he was at the Porsche dealer and not with the car (not sure why he told me this but...) He said the car needed 2 new tires on the front. The alignment had only been out for a week, so I was a little surprised as the car only has 16k miles on it. He told me they only typically last 15-20k miles. Surprising since they come with a 60k mileage rating. I did not have them replaced. I did not hear back from them until about 3:00 PM 11/14 indicating the car was ready. The bill for the 2 year service and the alignment was more than $2500. $1800 for the 2 year service and $600 for the alignment, plus taxes etc. My 1 year service was $500 I was under the impression that the 2 year service was going to be $1000 (because that was what I was told after the first service). I contacted the rep regarding the price difference and he informed me that nothing they do from a service perspective is less than $750 blahblahblah. So, the dealer I originally purchased from changed ownership. To be fair, I should have asked them the price so shame on me.Although there is a long list of services they include for the nearly $2k. I get that it is a high end car but nothing in what they did justifies the price. The organizations responsiveness, scheduling, timeliness were all below par. The only thing above average was the price. I was back and forth between 1 and 2 stars. The people were pleasant so I made it 2. No reason to use this company if you can avoid it.

Place is beyond horrible. I cant even fathom why anyone would buy a Maserati or any car for that matter from here after the experience I had with them. That manager ELIAS NAWAS knows nothing about business so why is he a manager? and hes always hyper and unprofessional. I think Elias may have some mild form of slowness because he couldnt even calculate or figure out simple math and HES A MANAGER. I felt bad calling him an idiot and loser with my friends in there because you could tell hes struggling with his mental issues but they just gave him the position. The service is bad, the prices are mediocre and you might as well shop at another dealer in the state or outside. I wouldnt even shop there if I lived down the street. BUYERS BEWARE they have already been reported to Maserati USA several times from several people im told.

My experience with Maserati of Austin has been long, exhausting, and miserable. Having just moved to the area my wife was looking for a good used car. She found a Quattroporte at Maserati of Austin. Mark was our sales contact. He is, perhaps, the only individual there (that we met) with a passion for Maserati and loyalty to the brand. The car was purchased on 7/13/2016 (Wednesday). I had a few concerns about the keys they provided (broken and taped) and the braking system. I was told they are fine.Less than 24 hours later the car was dead with a flashing battery light—charging system indicator. We talked to Mark about the issue. He assured us everything would be fine. He scheduled the car to be taken care of. Perfect! This was fine as I thought Maserati would stand behind the quality of their cars. I couldn’t have been more wrong.We drop the car off as scheduled. It sits for a week. This is when we first meet Ricky Walter. Immediately he informs us that the battery will be replaced and we are going to pay for it. He said he replaced the battery but it was never confirmed if that was the problem. We asked about the alternator. He insisted it was fine but wouldn’t say if it was checked or whether it was working. An argument ensues over who will pay for the battery. The dealer finally decides to pay for the battery (which was not the issue). I had also asked about the brakes. Ricky informs me it will need new brakes very soon (It has been driven a day and needs new brakes!). But the pads are at “legal limit” No was clarification was provided. This is important point to consider when purchasing a car from Maserati of Austin—they are indifferent to the safety of you and your family.After a week of waiting we pick up our car with a new battery and untested alternator. My wife takes the car to pick up our 4 year old daughter from daycare. The car dies on the side road in 100+ degree Texas heat. They walk back to her school to get a taxi home.It is painfully obvious that the alternator is failed—I had it checked myself. Ricky’s unwillingness to inspect the alternator left my wife and daughter stranded. Ricky took a bandaid approach--zero effort on his part to resolve this.The car is towed back to the dealership. I am told by Clint this will be resolved. That never happens.Days later and we call for a status. Ricky said this car was now our problem. Ricky talks to my wife and his indifference towards her and the level of disrespect levied at her was unacceptable. He won’t touch the car, not even diagnose, until she commits to a price % to pay without disclosing information about repair costs. My wife asks to speak to his boss, Zack Adams. Ricky refuses unless she agrees to say he has been helpful.We sit down with Zack. He assures us this is unacceptable and not the image he wants Maserati of Austin to project. Zack says the car will be taken of. The end of the month is approaching, we have driven it a few times and it has died each time. It still sits at Maserati without even a diagnosis. Zack promises a better experience. Spoiler: He didn’t deliver.We wait a week and call. The car still not looked at but they were going to get to it today (coincidence?).30 days without even a diagnosis it was time go elsewhere. Active Motorwerks quickly diagnosed the car. What they found shocked me! Not really, it was the alternator as predicted. A few days later Active had the car fixed with a complete inspection done. Numerous issues were found. Could this be a reason Maserati refused to touch the car they sold?During Ricky’s disrespectful conversation with my wife he said the car went through an inspection and checked out before it was sold. A checklist was never provided nor any inspection documentation to support his claim. I find it difficult to believe these issues were missed. Who knows, maybe they were found but Maserati didn’t care.The car is now running. No thanks to Ricky and the team he manages at Maserati of Austin.Am I being helpful now Ricky?

Had just taken delivery on a Jaguar F-Pace when I recieved an invitation to a showing of the Maserati Levante where I met Tanya Bilisoly. Only had the Jag for 2 weeks but was more impressed by the Levante. With the able assistance and due diligence of Tanya, I decided to trade in the Jag and order a Levante. YOLO!!!
