Great service and good selection of affordable cars to choose fromI am a first time buyer so i had seen a few used vehicles from certified dealers and they werent the best bang for your buck ill put it that way.But here, i was blow away with how clean their used cars were.I had been looking all over Texas for a decent priced car, and AEM had just what i was looking for, i had my eyes set on their blue Subaru Outback that had just come in.For a car that is 10+ years old, it looked great. The interior was free from any major wear and had been treated very well.This was my first car purchase so i was unfamiliar with the process, but Eldon walked me though it and i was good to go in no time.They even fixed some minor issues with car for no charge, i was grateful for these guys at AEM they really made my car buying Experience a breeze.

The guys at Austin Elite Motors are great! They had a very clean 2003 4Runner that was exactly what I was looking for, and was just as advertised when going to see it in person. I had been looking for a 4Runner for a while, and had a few be sold out from under me while I was in the process of having it checked out. They held the car for me for a week while I sorted out my financing, even though there was a lot of interest in the vehicle and they likely could have sold it faster to someone else. Theres a personal touch you will get here, that you wouldnt at a typical dealership. Highly recommend.

They were nice to work with an all but the vechile was over priced an his mechanic didnt really check it out good. I got home an ended up having to replace shocks,wheel bearing in both front wheels along with both brake pads an rotors. Plus both A arms in front. So dont take their mechanic word go to ur mechanic to check it out before buying vechile from them.

I purchased a 04 Scion XA for my son back in May. Over the years I have purchased many used cars and dealt with many dealerships. Q. How does one know if they are dealing with a good dealership? A. When the dealer responds to your calls, texts, or emails in a timely fashion after you have already PAID. These guys do, many dont.

I recently decided I no longer needed a pickup truck and I wanted to take advantage of a new car special at a local dealership but I did not like the trade-in offer I was given. So I purchased the new car with no trade-in and consigned my 2019 Toyota Tacoma to Austin Elite Motors for sale.They took my truck and detailed it for me so that it would have great curb-appeal and promoted it on multiple online auto sales websites to generate interest.I had a price I was looking to get from my vehicle and Eldon Bryan and the team at AEM told me I could get that and maybe even a little more. They showed it to several tire kickers and a few people who wanted it but offered less than I was looking for and they advised me not to take any low-ball offers.In the end, they sold my truck after about 30 days for over $7,000.00 more than I was offered on a trade-in, even after their consignment fee was taken out. I was so impressed with the value AEM provided that I referred my wife and she consigned her 2017 Audi Q7 with them as well.

They select the best examples of vehicles available in my opinion. My Mazda came with 4 nearly new Continental tires and a recently passed State safety inspection. These folks really took care of me! The no pressure sales experience was the most important criteria for me. I found them on Autotrader and saw their advertised Honda as a KBB Good Price. All their vehicles are clean and clearly hand selected for quality. We took our time to carefully go over the vehicle inside and out and had an extensive test drive. The paperwork was quick and easy with each cost carefully explained in detail. We fully understood what we were paying for and the great value we were getting. We opted against the offered extended warranty but this was never pushed on us, like I said, no pushy salesman. For a sub $9,000 car, we felt it wasn’t necessary…things are going to break on a used car, but we would rather pay as they happen. Ultimately, we got a very high quality used car for the price we paid. Thank you!
