I found this place by using autotempest.com they had a car I was interested in. Came by they were extremely nice people, small business owned and operated by the same group of guys. Really trusting guys I told them which car I was interested in and they handed me the keys for a test drive no questions asked. They worked with me on the price and we made a deal. There was an issue with the car I bought 2013 Hyundai Sonata which is apparently a known issue that I didn’t catch when I first test drove it. I called them a couple days later and explain the issue they told me no problem to just bring it in and they would take care of the issue.That was on Wednesday so now it’s Friday I bring it in they didn’t have a loaner vehicle and weren’t able to bring me back to my house because of the distance (about an hour or so away). I was trying to figure out a way to get my buddy back and still get the car fixed today they said they were able to push my car to the front of their line and fix it within an hour and a half which is okay with me and my friend to wait that long.I would 100% recommend these guys here to any of my friends, family or soldiers who are looking for a used car dealership that is willing to work with their customers!!

This was our first experience buying all-virtual AND in the middle of a pandemic. When I found a truck listed on CarGuru for this dealership, I did as much vetting as I could, since this was a new-to-us way of buying a car. I sifted through many comments and ratings and other places to make sure it was on the up and up. It was. Rami was great to work with and he was prompt in answering questions via text or phone call. The truck was as advertised and he did a video walk-around via FaceTime. Due to the holiday season and special pandemic related circumstances, shipping took longer than my inpatient self liked but he paid extra (out of pocket) to ensure I got my truck. I will most certainly consider doing business here again. Also, this is one of the very few places that aren’t over-inflating truck prices.

Bought a Fiat 500 from here. My only criticism would be a missing reflector upon arrival. Overall I really like the car and the quality is what I expected for the price. So, I bought a used Subaru Outback in December. The process was easy and smooth. The price was very fair and when I came to pick up the plates, they asked how the car was running and I mentioned that I was having some minor repairs done which would cost $100 and they cut me a check for $100! I was fairly shocked because used car salesman jokes. I will be back and get my sons car there.Edit: the cars bottom is completely rusted. It has a serious oil leak coming from the rear main seal. A 2000-3500 dollar repair. Mainly because of the rust. Rami returned my call immediately and the owner never got back to me. Yes, I bought the car as is but they had to have known about this.

I would give this 6 stars. After spending the morning looking for the right combination of price and value and some frustrating drive around town arrived at this little boutique run by a gentleman. Found a nice clean car of the model and make we were looking for at a good price. The inventory is limited but quality. Easy, quick, no pressure experience. Straight forward negotiation. I feel like going there again if I was looking for a vehicle. I wouldnt say that for the rest of 90%.

On Nov 17, 2020 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Rami at Prestige Autoplex in Austin, TX through CarGurus.com. On Jan 19, 2021 the temp tag expired so I contacted Rami to ask about my title and tags. He told me the DMV was behind due to Covid. I explained that my temp tag was expired and couldn’t drive my truck so he said he would email a new temp tag to me. The following week, I contacted his office again because I hadn’t received the temp tag, and was told he was out of the office but they had looked into my issue. I was told that their title was missing a signature and getting that signature was what caused the delay but I would have my title and perm tags the following week. A few minutes after the call ended I received the 2nd temp tag by email. At the end of the next week, I called the DMV and was told the truck was not titled in my name. They told me I could file a complaint with their office to have this looked into so that’s what I did.

Very great dealership they went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle!!! I bought the car before they even had time clean and and inspect it. I took it to my mechanic and vas only very small minor things called them back and they fixed it with no problems. I highly recommend!!

Wow, what a fantasic and honest crew of gentlemen. As a car buyer this was the best experience I have ever had. I purchased a subaru from them, and throughout the process Rami and his team got with me on every problem and every concern that I had. Anything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and all my questions were answered in detail. The building and lot itself were a little small, but it only shows the heart and character of these gentlemen. I’ve always had a sour taste from buying from a small dealership because I got ripped off with my first car when I was younger but these guys really made me change that!!! They’re amazing to work with and understandable. I bought a car from them and I had a small little mechanical problem (not engine wise) and they offer to fix it. I was just going to go through the insurance they pair you with but they didn’t want me to go through all that trouble and they fix it themself! They were really convenient and they even worked around my schedule. These guys are GREAT and they have AMAZING deals, I definitely recommend them!!!

People are friendly and nice. No complaints there. However they sold me a lemon and I haven’t even gotten to really drive my truck. Was super excited about it. Every single time I call to see if they will fix it they say oh we will call you back. Been 3 weeks now and I call every week yet no return.

Advice to all customers: when buying used, you should always do the following:1. do research, 2. take the car to a mechanic you trust for their feedback, 3. test multiple cars (if you have the time).Our insurance felt the price was good and we did all three of the above as well. We decided on a van held by prestige. Rami let me borrow the car to take to my mechanic who gave it a thorough look-through. I can not stress highly enough that you should always do that no matter where youre buying from. Ramis team replaced a couple tires before we drove it off the lot and we are happy with the purchase.Rami did not pressure me into their own financing, the price debating was simple and unemotional. The whole process was easy and simple. The team was nice to work with, but honestly its all about two things: the car (do your homework) and what youre willing to do, thats pretty much it.

One star. Because they had the vehicle I wanted. During Covid-19, Prestige Autoplex repoed my car. Not because lack of payment but tampering with a GPS tracking device. Since I have put down roughly 4/5 of cost, No way are they going to auction off my car. I guess to sooth my soul, I was told they would offer a much lesser than value car. Upon researching said vehicle, found out it was recalled in May 2020. Carfax shows that this vehicle was never sent to manufacture. Yet Prestige is trying to pawn off a lethal car. Watch Out! This Father, Stepson LLC. Is a very SHADY company. Avoid buying anything from Prestige Autoplex in Austin, TX.

Purchased my car completely online and had it delivered to my home. After dealing with multiple shipping companies that never picked up my car, Rami went above and beyond to make sure I got my car. I only gave one star because I had to. I purchased a Van from thus place in late December (Rami) or whatever his name is!! My husband test drove it, there was a burning smell Rami assured him that his mechanic had changed out some gaskets or something and there had been some oil wasted he said just drive it a little and it would go away. He told me he wouldn’t sale a van that wasn’t any good and pluse he would have to give the bank the money back if I returned it. It was purchased as a transport van for my clients and I told him I needed something dependable Rami assured me that this van was in excellent condition. Well the smell subsided but you could still smell it a little we took it back several times and was told nothing was wrong. Around Feb it started to pull like it didn’t want to change gears I called and asked about the transmission “Rami oh no no transmission is good. Well needless to say in March 3 months later the Van stopped!!! Rami wouldn’t pick it up to check it he tried to have me pay. Towing service to pick it up. I was able to get it there but COVID is here he never called or anything every time I called he said no one was working all his mechanics were out and I understood that. So finally around the end of June I called and he said it’s the transmission he knew this in the first place. Then he tells me he was gonna get with the owners to see what they were willing to do.. He calls me a few days later and says that the owners weren’t willing to do anything! This is a piece of car dealership beware of buying from they lie and they don’t honor their word or cars.. Yes I said it stand on it but God will fix it. I was out of 2600 on a transmission

Very bad business. Watch out for Remi, he will stab you in the back and take advantage of you. Do not trust this dealership. Don’t let him take advantage of you.So, nice try trying to cover up you shady tactics. You initially agreed if we purchased the vehicle you would replace the dash at Covert GMC which you then found out I work there and asked if I could get an employee discount to help you out. I then got a quote from our parts department to help you . The parts alone would cost you $1000. With my EMPLOYEE discount I could save you $400 . I sent invoice showing you my discounted price and you had the nerve to go to MY place of employment yelling and causing a scene at OUR parts department because I was able to get the parts cheaper than you and you could only get wholesale discount. Then I was able to save you $350 on service. I was trying to help you, Remi, but I should have made you pay the $1750 to repair it yourself, as agreed. But the fact you went behind my back when I was trying to help you shows your character.And then you tried to offer me a check for less than my discounted rate at work. WHAT!!!! You try scamming my wife and people in general that are decent. We never purchased your vehicle and you by law have to give us all our down payment back. The fact your a scam is disappointing. Why would you yell at our parts department because I get parts cheaper as an employee than you do as a wholesaler. WHAT!!! Complaints have been filed with the state.

We found a nice looking Ford Fiesta .We took it for a test drive and right away it needed a wheel alignment . They took care of that . It also had a leak in then tire. They fixed that to . They had no idea the radio didn’t work . You would of thought they would know that . So they gave us money off . Not even two weeks later the car broke down . Oil pressure light came on and the belt broke. Guess they never checked that . $1500 later the car was drivable . We called but the owner didn’t help out at all. Then we waited for ever for the license plates . They sent them they said . Well after contacting them again, they said we sending them now . Don’t let the nice people fool you . Go somewhere else . They obviously don’t even inspect what they sell

I found a 2009 Nissan Titan on cargurus.com. Everything about the truck looked good. I was in contact with the dealership and we were working out numbers and everything for a couple of days. Rami was very patient with me with all of my questions. I would be buying the truck sight unseen since I live in Missouri. Rami said he would throw in a 90 day warranty just in case anything went wrong with the truck after I received it. Which was nice. To give my self peace of mind I decided to have an inspection done on the truck before I had it shipped out to me. Rami recommended a 3rd party company called auto p.i. They did a very thorough inspection of the truck and unfortunately they found to many things that needed to be fixed mechanically. But I do thank Rami for recommending Auto P.I. For the inspection. It was very honest of him. I’ve known other dealers that would have just told me they would knock $500 of the price of the vehicle and have there own mechanics inspect it. Overall I’m happy with the customer service I received I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars only because I believe there mechanic should have seen all of the stuff that needed to be repaired before they put the truck on the lot. I spoke to Rami and told him that if they are willing to fix everything on the truck and allow me to have Auto P.I. Come out and inspect there work I’d be more than happy to buy the truck at our already agreed upon purchase price. We will see what happens. Overall I’m happy with my service.

I was referred to Prestige Autoplex through AAA while in the market for another vehicle and honestly, I cant say enough about the staff and vehicle selection here! The customer service we received at Prestige was MATCHLESS! We werent hassled and had access to view any vehicle we wanted without a saleman breathing down our necks talking about credit and financing lol My husband and i drove off the lot with a BEAUTIFUL 2014 Dodge Avenger that we had already determined would be our purchase and they made sure we got the lowest possible interest rate. There were some minor repairs needing to be done and when we arrived the next day to finalize our purchase the repairs had been completed. I have ALREADY recommended Prestige to my friends and family!

Great process and great place to buy . We bought a suv from there and Rami worked a good deal for us almost to good to be true but I had the car checked out today and it is a good suv . So these guys are good ppl and I’m going back to buy a truck . Highly recommend this place .. Don’t forget to ask for the free energy drink :)

Rami is extremely nice and made the car buying process fun, enjoyable and easy for our 2015 Nissan Versa Note. He made me feel like hed help myself or my girlfriend out if we have any car troubles. Im surprised to see some of the 1-star comments and will update my post if I get deceived but for now I couldnt be happier.

He was straightforward in letting me know the car just had AC work recently done, and if any problem was to pop up he would handle it and that’s exactly what he did. In the meantime he even gave me a loner car while the repairs were being made. I truly believe I made the best choice when I chose prestige autoplex.

Rami was friendly and had a decent selection of vehicles. The problem was that the 2017 Jeep Compass with a great price that we were interested in was previously flooded. Our mechanic reported: Vehicle has most likely been underwater- mildew smell, dirty/muddy carpet, mud/silt underbody, rusty metal parts behind dashboard.We ate the inspection cost and passed on the vehicle, but it is still for sale over a week later with no disclosure of prior flooding. Prestige denies that the vehicle has ever been flooded, based on their own inspection and lack of adverse documentation on the Carfax report.

I saw a Mustang online and called Prestige Autoplex and upon learning it was still avaliable I drove straight there. The customer service was great, unexpected. It disarmed me. I purchased the car that day, paid in full, it was my car. Most people write a review upon purchase and dont know what will probably happen shortly after purchase. I drove the Mustang about a week give or take when all the hazard lights suddenly came on. An independent mechanic looked at it and said the codes had been erased and not fixed so the lights would come back on in less than 100 miles. This began the start of about two months of my car being kept on the Prestige lot either being fixed or waiting for the plates and registration. Until one day I looked online and saw my car for sale. I immediately went to the lot, to the previously kind Rami who refused to return my keys or my purchase money. The constable tried to help to no avail, DMV investigators tried to reason with them and also noted all the scams they were running. Next time I went by Prestige had sold my car. (Recall they were owed no money). If you read the reviews even the good ones mention a major problem. As well as reselling my car without permission they apparently have a pattern of this.

Purchased a vehicle from Prestige Autoplex. When I took it in for repairs found out it was a flood vehicle and was never told. $3000 in repairs were done and then transmission failed. Had it towed back to Prestige Autoplex due to them stating they would help out and fix the transmission. Didnt hear anything back for 3 weeks, called and was told they sold the vehicle! Still to this day have not received even a penny back! $6423 gone! Guys are the scum of the earth STAY AWAY!
