Where do I begin five stars across the board. For one their website is up to date. The car I had my eye on the day before was still on the lot. As soon as I enter Esther took me and my children under her wing and treated us like family. The experience was top notch from the beginning to the end. I got there first thing in the morning and had to run to go do something came back hours later and they were still there all smiles with open arms. Everyone there is very professional from the owner to the mechanic to the assistances. I can truly go on and on and on but I dont have that much space. I walked out with a big smile and Greg the owner telling me that Im just not another customer we are family and thats what I needed to hear after a long day. We drove off in a vehicle that is reliable and comfortable for my family. I highly recommend going here for a vehicle theyre not like any other car lot that wants to sell you just anything for money they really take there time and listen to what you want for yourself and your family and that is above and beyond.

Please PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT purchase from this dealership. Extremely unprofessional and bad business. I will never refer anyone to them or ever return for business. They will sell you a vehicle with underlying issues and clear the check engine light so that you’re stuck paying for costly repairs. An inspection wasn’t even done on the beforehand, it was done after. A day or two after having it the light came on and turns out both catalytic converters had to be replaced. Only one was replaced the first time so the light came back on and I had to take it back to get the second one replaced. The only reason they replaced the catalytic converters is because the CEL (check engine light) came back on BEFORE the finance company had finalized the loan so they had absolutely no choice but to pay for the replacement of both catalytic converters (as the finance company would not finance with the light being on). I hadn’t had the car for a full month then the light came back on once again and it was for the timing chain, a $1400 repair!! Mr. Gregg told my finance company he would be able to assist with the cost of the repair and even instructed me to take it to an affiliate shop; only to tell me after receiving the quote he would NOT be able to assist and that’s something I have to cover. Please DO NOT purchase any vehicles from them!! If you do, make sure to get it inspected BEFORE you finalize anything. They will screw you over so bad if you let them. They do not care about their customers at all. I would never refer anyone to them, their business practices are despicable.

After we got home with our vehicle ( we had to wait after we purchased the vehicle it needed to have repairs made that we noticed while test driving the vehicle) no prob there. But then we noticed some knocking when we drove it home. when we call them to let them know all they did was refer us to a mechanic. Fine. Then the cherry on top. when we took it by our mechanic to have them look at it, they told us it looked like the oil hadnt been changed in a very long time. How do you sell a car without having a fresh oil change? I get they are used vehicles but really? Never again. Look out people. Be smart and shop the dealership. You get what you pay for. They sell off vehicles that dont pass their standards to these types of places that sell them without an oil change 😡

And explained that i had a #change and went on with life. The insurance i was with made a mistake in charge and added it to my bill wtich i did not like seeing that the mistake wasnt on my end. I work hard for my money and dont have alot of it so i didnt renew it cause i just couldnt afford what they were asking cause of a COVID shutdown at my job.. 8 or 9 days later my car get Repo.. And im in full shock i pay my bills and for a 8 day mistake cost me $2300. Nobody wanted to talk to me or work something out, there hearts was cold to the fact my family was loosing $2300 that we did not have.. Just think before you jump into anything with these people.. Just bought a VW Beetle convertible from Evan at Rising Fast Motors. And so happy with my decision. Evan and the crew were so courteous, informative and helpful. My daughter had purchased a Lexus from them recently and recommended them to me - for which she received a $200.00 referral fee. Gregg invited me to bring my Beetle back to them for service work since they have very reasonable charges. There was a problem with the window on the drivers side of my Beetle, I made an appointment, took it back in, they repaired it and loaned me a car to drive while they worked on it. Window repaired nicely. Fine bunch of people.

We just purchased our most recent vehicle from Rising Fast Motor Cars. It took Greg months to complete this deal because he worked to find the car I wanted with exactly EVERYTHING I wanted. I have paid this vehicle off on 7/30/2015 assured that i would receive the title by the end of August. Just called on 8/27/2015 to see if it has come in yet only to be told that it usually take 45-60 days which is not what i was told the first time, rep put me on hold then asked to call back. He quickly called me back to tell me that the title is there!!!!! I cannot wait to pick it up when i get off so i can finally be done with this company. Please take your business elsewhere people!!!On November *, I purchased my vehicle a **** ***** ****, from this company, before the purchase i was made aware that the motor mount needed to be replaced, two weeks later I came in as scheduled for my appointment, none of the co-workers knew why I was there as if nobody had booked my appointment, so unprofessional, they took my vehicle in anyways and kept it there for 6 hours, after the repair a few days later the car began to make a squeaky noise along with the continuous shaking of the car which was supposed to be fixed when they replaced the motor mount, before i took the car back to the dealership to make them aware of the squeaking along with the problem of the shaking, I took my car to *** tires to get a mechanic to look at the problem, and for a second opinion, he found that the belt had been improperly placed back into my car, the cam sensor was bad, there is a leak in the coolant, an oil leak on the valve, I had *** put this in righting along with the estimations on how much these thing would cost to fix. I took this paper up to the dealership and show the manager Min, she assured me they would fix the problem but I had to leave my car once again with them, I went without transportation for three days. After picking my car up they told my mother that they were not going to see or repair my car again for free next time I would have to pay. When I got my car back, I immediately took it back to *** tires to see if all the things listed were repaired. My car was still squeaking and began to only go no more than 30 miles an hour. The mechanic pointed out that my belt was never fixed, it looked as though they power washed my valve but the oil leak was still there, the only thing that was fixed was the cam sensor, that day i spent $250 to get the oil leak fixed, now I have to get my belt tensioner/belt replaced along with the coolant leak fixed which is estimated to be $528.02 to fix, why am I making payments for a car that needs all these repairs, these problems should have been fixed.

I went to Rising Fast Mototr Cars to get my headlights fixed and the service was absolutely amazing! The mechanic was very fast and efficient and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They constantly kept me updated as to the status of my car. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

I have been a fan (i.e., purchaser) of other large dealers for a couple of decades ever since I learned that buying good quality used (e.g., good shape, but a few dings, dents or scratches and low mileage or under 40k miles) cars saved me a good deal of money. Now I feel like I really have hit the jack pot with my new find for Excellent Quality Used (e.g., like new with no visible wear and tear and with very low mileage or around 20k or lower miles): thats what I found recently with Austin Rising Fast Motor Cars. Its like the boutique version of the large, impersonal dealerships. My experience started when I gave them a wish list of make, model, color, etc. that I was looking for to replace my daughters mustang - she now has two large dogs and the small two door car was a serious hassle for transporting dogs. Anyway, I figured why not give them a try and see what they come up with. Well, the first part of my surprise was the new looking, 20k miles 4 door Lexus NX Sport version that my daughter selected. We went in looking for a Rav4 and she upgraded to the Lexus for just a couple thousand dollars (very surprised at the low cost of this upgrade), but with so many upgrades that I cant start listing them here. The ride, feel and luxury for 2k extra was worth it to her and the quality of this still Toyota brand, etc. was not something she could pass up. She knows she will be in this car for many years to come (a decade or more), and feels very confident that it will last and age beautifully. That is where the story begins, but the best part... yes, there is even a better part to the story: the staff (and I mean every one of them) all treated us like VIPs!! Even more like family. They were as concerned as I was about safety, but every bit as concerned about quality and making sure we were satisfied. There was NO HARD SELL, there was NO JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER and GET EM IN AND OUT FAST impersonal treatment. We were the stars of this show and they genuinely wanted us to be happy and exceed our expectations! They did so much so that Ive put in my order for a new (to me) car even though I was not in the market... see ya on the road in my future, beautiful, great rising fast motor cars vehicle!

Beautiful cars but dont like the fact that they play the guessing game when fixing your car. I spent $100 to have something done to stop the overheating. Car still overheated. Then paid $300 for something else to be done but car still overheating. Now, they say its the wire, and I have no more money. Cars are much too expensive to play the guessing game.

Austin Rising Fast Motors is a very good used car dealership in Austin,Tx. They consistently helped me get the car I wanted. With my poor credit, the process was a struggle with many banks. However I was able to ride off their lot in 4 days with a 2010 Cadillac DTS. It had low miles and it is a great car with a powerful V-8 engine. The car is well maintained and I love it. I would recommend this dealership to friends.

We purchased our car from ARFM 3 months ago. First issue: At the time ofpurchase they agreed to pay half on new tires for the car. After the fact,they changed their mind and took off $200 from the balance of the carinstead. Second: We had to pay almost $500 to get fluids changed, tune upand A/C recharged a week later. Third: The transmission totally went out 2weeks after purchase. The dealer agreed to pay half for a transmission aswell as offered free labor. The transmission we were purchasing had the sameamount of miles and no warranty. We chose a better one with a warranty,dealer refused to pay any part of it. Still offered free labor.They kept the car for 3 weeks, when it was returned, it was in terriblerunning condition, lots of damage done during installation of transmission.We gave it right back to the dealer. They kept it for almost6 more weeks, and after a nightmare of going back and forth with thedealerships owner, we were told to come get the car and take it somewhereelse to get it fixed, they couldnt help us. At this point, wed just preferto get our money back and take our business elsewhere. ARFM believes theyvebeen nothing but fair to us and has refused our request.Guess were stuck with our LEMON!
