I can’t thank the guys at Mavis enough! My tire blew out minutes before they closed. I called them and they didn’t hesitate to walk over to where I was and check it out. They got my car over safely and started working on it immediately. They stayed open almost an hour after close, making sure my car was ready to get back on the road. I’m so grateful and I’d recommend them to anybody!

Clean environment, competitive prices, and excellent customer service! This was my first time to a Mavis and certainly wont be my last. I went in for 4 new tires and an alignment. They informed me of a couple of other minor things i should keep my eye on but wasnt pushy (super important to me because that lets me know they care more about their customers than money). Went to our Acworth MAVIS for the first time last Friday to have a tire repaired on my older GM car. The Service Tech working the counter greeted me immediately and surveyed what was going to be needed to repair. Tech told me with the current workload it would be about one hour until they could get the car in the bay and should be fairly quick service afterward. Gave me time to get a cup of coffee at the adjacent STARBUCKS and answer some texts. One hour and five minutes later I paperwork was complete and I was on my way. Very impressive. From my view this is a very professionally operated business and I will return when I need additional services.

Beware! They tried to sell and oversell everything from brakes I had just replaced, to wipers to changing dirty brake fluid to thin rotors…. Didn’t mic them but said they were bad .Beware, other than that, neat and clean shop

These guys ROCK!! I showed up with an air issue in my tire, they fixed the tire free of charge, I showed up asking for a new tire because it kept going flat, and they inspected the tire, said I didnt need one, fixed the flat and charged me NOTHING!! Alec who was the guy who I spoke to was very kind, attentive, helpful and just great. Starbucks is right next door, I got to relax for a bit then come back to find I had $0 charge for them fixing my tire! I tried to offer Alec a tip but he refused. These guys are AMAZING. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! Made an appointment at 9AM for 2 new tires and an oil change… took them 5 hours!!! On top of that, they did something to my battery that completely killed it within the next 24 hours and when I called to discuss it the guy tried to tell me they didn’t touch the battery when my invoice specifically says they did. So now I have to go buy a new battery!! I have been to plenty of other Mavis shops as well and never had any kind of experience like this, horrible just horrible.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

I brought my car in for an oil change. A mechanic there by the name of Ian assisted me. He was great. He checked out my whole car and looked at some concerns I had. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. I will definitely be a repeat customer for his service!

Asked for code readings on my car since my engine light came on. The guy up front said I’d need to get a new 02 sensor & that it would cost $1,000 or probably more if they find something else. Though I am female I do know a thing or two about cars. The price of a replacement ranges between $30-$115 The max would be $450 including labor since it takes a few minutes to replace. You’re not fooling anyone. ($1,000) That’s a SCAM.The mechanic nearby was willing to do it for $264. Be very careful. They take time to fix your car because the longer they take, the more cash in their pocket

Should rate this location with zero stars or even negative, went in for 2 front tires, said they didnt have the ones that were online which was fine, found out the next day when my daughter went to get an alignment at another location that they broke a lug, didnt balance the tires, and one wasnt even put on correctly. My vehicle should never been allowed to leave the shop with what they did and didnt do. Will never go to this location ever again.

Not the same since Kauffman. Been going there like a decade. Showed up to Mavis the other day and plywood over busted front door. Looks like its about to go under, bad shape. No one inside. Shame because everyone that has worked there has been awesome.

I came in with 2 small children to have an oil change done. David and his team made sure that the work done on my car was efficient and timely. They were all very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Ive been to this location numerous times and I always get the best service. Im always very hesitant about going to dealerships or service places without my husband because women always seem to get ripped off for service. I can say that I dont feel this way when I come in for service. Im always satisfied with the service here.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting work done to my car! We had a gentlemen named David who helped us and he was phenomenal! We told him our budget and he did everything in his power to give us the best prices as possible! He truly went above and beyond. His costumer service was fantastic and he kept us updated throughout the entire process! We got 5 services done and it was extremely timely. Sweetest and most honest guy ever. Went in to have my front brakes replaced because of a bad wobble and the guys were honest and upfront with me that it wasnt my brakes and were able to show me what was going on. They didnt get any money out of me today but they earned my trust and my business and I will be going back to get new tires and shocks !!

Absolutely terrible experience! Went to get a oil change and have one of my tires looked at. They told me that I had 2 nail holes in 2 different tires and that they couldn’t patch them. I bought new tires and took the old ones with me to a different shop and they said that they could have been patched! I also asked about a veterans discount and they told me they don’t do it anymore when if you clearly go on the website it says they do!!! Also went into my glove box without asking me looking for my invoice from the previous time. Worst experience ever!

We had just bought our tires a couple week ago from here and had a great experience. Yesterday, we had a nail in the tire and they were able to fix it quickly. David and Luis provided excellent service. Definitely have found a new place to have our car maintenance done.

This was my 1st time going to Mavis and I will NEVER go anywhere else for tire related work. They mounted/balanced 4 tires(that I purchased elsewhere) and aligned my truck faster than I expected. Mike provided excellent customer service when I dropped my vehicle off, advised me there was no wait to get me in, and called me when it was finished. Give them a try next time you need tire related work and you wont be disappointed!!!

Visited this shop on last Sunday to repair tire with nail on it. after inspection, they told me that they cannot fix the it and told me to get a new tire. (my all tires have 12,000 miles on it) i wanted to visit other shops to get checked. I went to other tire shop and they said they can fix the hole. however, i found out that Mavis tire damaged side of tire.(#Note: I visited this shop with tire that had nail on, If my tires side was damaged I can not drive my vehicle). I paid a new tire for replacement.I wont be visiting this shop againUpdate*Contacted Customer service thru email, no response.

I would give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment, show up no tires. Call back later in the day was told tires will be there Friday, 10 min later a different person calls and says they wont be in till Monday.

I had a issue with my travel trailer while en route to Florida. I stopped at this location to get some assistance. Dwayne and Barry both attended to the issue quickly and professionally. I learned what I thought was a problem, wasn’t. The gentleman explained fully to me what I was seeing and that my trailer tires were safe. When I tried to pay them, both men said ‘don’t worry about it’. This is a business that promotes professionalism and kindness. The employees made me feel like I was in my hometown. I cannot begin to express how kind these men were. I highly recommend Mavis Tire for any type of automotive service you might need. Rest assured, they will handle it quickly and professionally. Epic failure! This used to be a good tire shop when it was Kauffmans. Mavis bought and destroyed it. 4 days after dropping off a single flat tire and still not fixed. They called yesterday and told that my tire had been discontinued. I told them to put something on I needed my wheel back on my truck. Stopped b today and no one knew anything. I told Steve the manager to just give me my wheel back, Id go somewhere else. As he literally stumbled out of the shop rolling my wheel he falls over in the parking lot. He acted drunk or high. Not sure which.Do NOT go to Mavis. They are terrible!

I needed new struts and shocks on my truck. The dealership was going to charge me over $2000.00 for repairs and service. I called Mavis Tires, who doesnt carry the special type of magnetic wiring struts and shock I needed. Mavis Tires want above and beyond by calling around to locate the parts and going to pick the parts up out of town. Two days later Marvis Tires replaced my struts and shocks for a little over $700.00, which included labor.I am a teacher on a budget and Mavis Tires took very good care if me.
