Customer service was absolutely amazing. Was assisted by Anderson. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty to get my vehicle back on the road. He definitely deserves a raise. I went in to purchase spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter and more for my husband to do a tuneup on our Toyota Tundra.I gave the employee a paper with the trucks information and she looked everything up and grabbed the stuff for me in a matter of a few minutes.5 stars 🌟for promptness and being friendly.

Çàlled them about my alternator seeing if the warranty was still good on it. Looked it up and it was. Didnt have it in stock but a store that even closer did. Called that store to make sure they did and it was waiting on the counter when I got there. Easy Breezy, no headache just simple for once. All couldnt of happened without the Good Lord to begin with. I stopped by this place with a car that I was test driving and considering purchasing, although this is a difficult time and extra precautions have to be taken, I was helped above and beyond by a guy name Travis. I just absolutely love place where the people actually care about the customer. Very cool guy, very knowledgable and very professional.
I went to this location this morning to get light bulbs for my company vehicle. When I got back I noticed that I had been charged for an item I did not want or ask for. The Item was only $1.65, bulb grease. I could potentially loose my job because I used a company card for this purchase. This was a dishonest act by your team at this location. I understand trying to increase average basket and margins, but to do it in this fashion is illegal. I will post this on social media and I have not decided if I will look into the potential legal aspect of this or not. But heres the real deal. This could turn to a class action law suite. Follow selling process dont be lazy and throw something in a bag hoping someone doesnt notice.

If I could give a negative review I would give it a negative 5 stars. I dont normally go to AutoZone here on Glade rd for the simple reason the stores employees are not very friendly not very helpful. For example just a few minutes ago I was leaving the store after asking an employee if they had tire blugs he acted as if I should have known where and didnt even inquire what my needs were. I have no clue as to what a tire plug looks like or even how to put one on a tire. They had 4 kits and as I was looking confused and noticably not sure if it was what I needed. So I decided to go to ORileys auto parts next door. OMG as I was leaving the door alarm sounds I didnt notice it but an employee said that I didnt beep on the way in so I asked him if he wanted to search my purse he refused and said hed rather get my tag number. So we left and when I got out of the car at the gas station I saw one of those sensors for security stuck to my foot! I brought it back he just said okay very rudely. How embarrassing it was for him to call me out in front of the other customers. I will not be going back ever
As a savvy shopper I look for more than competitive prices. AutoZone adds value to the customer experience. Its clean, well lit and service is stellar. Another great part is these guys know what theyre doing. Jerome came outside and installed my windshield wipers in the middle of a rainstorm. I recommend going here before anywhere else. AutoZone is my go-to for parts and supplies. 5 stars!

We were driving through Georgia, on vacation, when our CV joint in the half rear axle broke. As we were trying to figure out what we needed and how to fix it, the store manager, Amin Izquierdo, came out to help. Since Vince left this location its went downhill!!! No customer service and they are rude!!! Im highly dissatisfied with this location now! Sad part is I live walking distance and I was a regular but not anymore! I will go out of my way to not go to this location ever again!

My car was smoking and overheating. Thank God there was an AutoZone right off the highway. Mike Nelson and his crew really saved my car that day and my wallet. They fix the solution and instructed me on how to take care of it from that point. Great customer service and great information.
My phone was acting goofy and I accidentally posted a 2 star rating. I blew a trailer tire and didnt have the right size socket to change it. I pulled in to the store, bought the tools I needed and changed the tire right there in the lot. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Long story short, the staff is not familiar with the job, and one staff perpetually, Mr. Douglas has an almost hostile attitude when I tried to used a compensation given by the store manager.Earlier night the cashier spent half hours but cant refund my money back, because he is trying to refund a gift card into a merchandise card. Spent half hour and no progress at all! Had to go back on second day.Then it is the only good part of the store. The Store Manager Vincent found out the mistake, apologized for the employee and give me a coupon as compensation. I mean it is not really his fault, and he still do what he can to make up for the customer. Thumb up to him!But thing goes down the hill after that. Today when I go back the staff Douglas doesnt honor the coupon. I was shocked because that is not what the manager told me earlier. To make thing worse, his face is like no way I am gonna let you use it. Thats enough, I paid and walk out b/c I dont wanna waster another half hour.Listen Douglas, I dont have to shop at your store. The only reason I go back is because Mr. Vincent is so sincere and convinced me the untrained staff is just a accident. I am so stupid to believe it and have you destroyed my trust. I have been fool once, and today is the second time, shame on me!
One has to stand in line forever to purchase anything or to ask a question the place is way understaffed. ..UPDATE... I guess I need to be patient because at the end of the day they will try to help you will serve me to get you the right part at a good price. I thank you for helping customers and I see you guys out there changing batteries, windshield wipers. I appreciate it because theyre getting free labor from unpaid mechanics.

Stood in line, only customer at the time for 5 minutes while the guy talked on the phone to who I assume was a customer, not a problem. The problem was I was never acknowledged, a simple “be with you shortly” would’ve sufficed. So I decide to walk through the store, as he was on the phone for quite some time. So I’ve more people came into the store I decided to stand back in line, waited a few more minutes and then another associate whom was not there initially helped me after he finished helping another customer. His attitude bordered I don’t want to help you but I am going to smile and pretend to because I need my job. At this point I have still received no acknowledgement of my wait but here’s the kicker another customer comes in not long after I finally get to the register and is informed someone will be with her shortly.

Always keep your receipts their return policy is very strict if you do not have your receipt and packaging youre out of luck no dice and you just lost money because you cant return something you do not need always open packages very carefully cuz you might have to return it hopefully Im just telling you something you already know
Very helpful finding the part I needed.
Went here Monday 7/29/19 to get a battery about 4:45pm. Some female manager gave a horrible attempt to assist me. She came out with the battery machine to hook up to check if my battery needed to be replaced and didn’t even know how to hook it up. We literally were out there 15+ mins due to her incompetence. Then when she finally figured it out, she got the battery but couldn’t install it. So we’re both looking crazy outside and she’s looking at me to explain how, but your the worker?? It took another male manager to come out there and hook it up after 15 mins of her being confused. Autozone why would you have a manager that doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. She is not manager material. I felt like my teenager could’ve been more competent at this. Are ya’ll just taking walk up managers with 0 experience. Very disappointed. I am a female as well and love to see women in the positions but hire someone with a half of a clue what they’re doing.
Guy behind the counter was helping us look up a product and stopped midway to assist another customer, got the new wiper blades from the shelf and went outside to change them. He never returned to finish helping me with item. Wont be going back
