Ladies at the office were very polite and did a great job to take care of the customers. It seemed like a busy day as the wait times were excruciating. Despite the great service inside, the first impressions at the entrance of the building were not quite satisfying. Copart being a very profitable business, I’d assume they can afford to pay for some asphalt on the customer parking at the front. It was a windy day and the dust was getting everywhere. There’s definitely a room to create a dedicated parking/ waiting area for the pickup drivers. The shenanigans at the entrance were exhausting. I like the added technology to get on a waiting list to enter the building, but most of the drivers had no clue what to do and kept banging on the door. Ultimately, the competition for this industry is growing by the day and if they don’t fix these issues, they will face the consequences.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. There was one man who came and helped get my knee scooter in my trunk. And took my stuff to my car for me..so very kind..I wish I would have gotten his name. He was African American short in stature. And the African American lady inside at the counter was also so kind. Thank you all so much!

I wish that communication and times had been kept. When a time is scheduled its hard to move your schedule around as it is but I was at home waiting all day and was late to work. Beside the run around for 2 days and being late I do have to say that they met my price closer than anyone else and when my car was finally picked up the tow driver was friendly. Had they had better communication pick up I would have absolutely loved my experience. I appreciate the fair price and how easy the car and check exchange was with no last minute haggling. I just recommend that you schedule your pick up for when you have a free day and evening since the pick up is a lt tow drivers discretion and schedule and not coparts.

Office was quick and good but the wait for loading was waaaaay too long, need to fix this, my time is valuable, I cant afford to sit around for hours on end.

Bought a car that runs and drives but for some reason it has some issues.

If it were possible to rate 0 I would have. Only encounter that was pleasant was the lady who helped me. Waited for over an hr and when my vehicle was brought up, brought the wrong truck and not even the right color. Such a lousy experience

Very horrible customer service, the manager james is very horrible, he told me to shut up, because i was trying to explain to him that I came in before 4pm to pick up my cars, he refused to let me pick up my cars. the workers act like they scared of him, cant speak up, am sure they scared to loose their jobs. copart needs a better manager that can accommodate people.

4) cars was picked up from my property was promised to sell .tried to check several time on the status .never got result !!never get paid any money .basically I got ripped off!!! high end cars

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. My complaint is, why make transporters use the app and schedule appointments, if you cant keep them. My appointment was at 230. I arrived at 220, was immediately qued inside to get my paperwork. Then sat outside until 320 to get loaded. Very aggravating, especially when that logbook is ticking down.

The ladies in the office are above amazing. They are well knowledgeable very prompt and always respectful andhelpful. The gentleman out on the lot all the way from the gentleman that works the front end loader to the gentleman on the ground theyve always been prompt polite and courteous willing to go the extra distance to help out excellent excellent staff you have their I could not commend them any higher its always a pleasure

Horrible customer service. Employees give you different information about everything. Fees and charges are outrageous. Very regret about getting the membership. Its always an excuse to their favor about charges or bad service. People who works in the office are extremely rude. It will awesome that the Corporate oficce pay attention to what us going on with the customer service in that location.

McPherson. Vanessa is an absolute treasure to work with. You can tell when someone cares about the people working around them and that is definitely what she does she cares. Miss Vanessa has always been extremely patient,professional, and honestly caring for the drivers. personally I believe she deserves either a promotion or a raise. 4 now with that being said I dont know her on a personal level and we dont talk about her pay or nothing but I retired from the military with over 25 years Ive worked in a civilian Workforce in charge and not in charge and Ill tell you what that employee you have right there I would take one of her over 10 of anybody else.

My totaled vehicle was towed here. When I went to retrieve my tag and a couple belongings my tag is bent up for no reason. My KU tag cover is missing, and my locking tag bolts are also missing. The manager James Leete didnt care that my tag cover and tag bolts were stolen by either him or his employees, so I was given his card with an oh well. I wouldnt use this company for anything, they are thieves and dont care.

I quoted online and dealt with the representatives in Brooklyn first. They were helpful and walked me through the entire process. They gave me a fair value for my moms car and it was even $103 more than other salvage yards were offering. Turning over the car and getting a check was surprisingly easy.

A bit rude about masks and they will let other people that they know cut in line after requiring that you get in a queue to allow you in. I go to htmmthe cooart in OKC a lot and it does not operate like that.Go to OKC! Youre just treated better.

Manager there in Wichita is extremely rude and offensive, always acts like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. They make false advertisements for example rebuilt cars are listed as clean title or they say vehicle runs and drives but doesn’t even crank up or they say key is present but tell you they can’t find it and say they don’t guaranty keys? Fees and charges are getting out of hand. They will even fraudulently add more fees and when u ask them for an explanation, they tell you off and demand you just pay. Caveat Emptor for those who will listen

Copart is always such a mixed bag. They almost always have things that would be great projects, but if you go to the wrong location the people are not helpful. The Wichita location has great people. You can win a auction at a really low price, but their fees can more than double your final cost.

Ive been blown away with how friendly everyone here is. Its clear from every employees attitude that Copart is doing something right!! Genuine hospitality at its finest. Other businesses should come take notes.

I ended up needing three affidavits of error to fix my title because they put someone else’s name on it. They also had to fix my sales tax form. The customer service in my experience was not the good. They tried to pass blame onto myself and the Copart in Kansas City that I was dealing with.

Prices and fees are starting to get out of hand but you get your bang for the buck

Good selection of vehicles, clean facility, friendly staff, great auction technology. Very hard to register as a business to get lower fees though.
