Great parts store. The Morning manager is awesome.I wish I could remember his name. I was tight on money and desperately needed rotors and pads. He gave me an excellent deal on everything I needed. I broke a cheap ratchet I bought just for the replacement and went back to upgrade not expecting a refund on a $4 part that I abused. And He gave me a refund and a discount on the better ratchet. I highly recommend this parts store. Thanks for helping out a person in need of a break.

Helpful staff.Local nearest store had the specialty K&N replacement filter I needed, same price as Amazon Prime. Difference was having the filter in my hands, 20 minutes after seeing it In Stock, and calling the store to verify that they did actually have it.They also had the Mobil 1 oil change items needed, CRC Intake Valve cleaner, MAF, as well as Throttle Body cleaner. I threw in upper cylinder injector cleaner-lubricant for good measure.After performing intake valve cleaning, MAF sensor cleaning procedure, replacing filter, and also doing a spray and wipe throttle body cleaning - I stopped by the next morning regarding my check engine light.AdvancedAutos generally have an OBD code reader customers may borrow.I took pictures of the apparently, 3 codes, the reader detected.I will Google them after submitting this review.If you use their OBD reader, start your engine and let it idle a few moments before plugging the OBD reader into the OBD port.Usually on the left side where the drivers knee would be. Somewhere in that area behind a door or flap often marked OBD.Car runs like it should now.Before self servicing, I had rough idle and occasional engine stalls at stop signs and red lights.Now if I could find the secret to clearing the codes.Check-engine light is annoying given that now my engine is running like new.There are 53.5K miles on it, so I will in a few moments be installing new spark plugs gapped yesterday.Also purchased from Advanced Auto.I also much appreciate the store clerk throwing in a packet of dialectric boot grease with my spark plugs.Advanced Auto Parts, Baker Road. Acworth, Georgia.

I have mixed feeling about this store, the employees knowledge seriously lacks.. had to do a simple brake job on an older accord and they swore up and down that I was doing something wrong when THEY were the ones that gave me the wrong parts and even insisted they were correct... after literally showing these people the correct parts and proving they were wrong, they shrugged it off and really didnt care at all for wasting both mine and my clients time..

Friendly and very helpful on finding parts. They even offer help on how to install parts. If your battery is giving a problem they will check it out and install a new one if necessary. They also keep a record of parts you purchase there. Good for novice and professional.

Customer service was poor, I needed to have my car battery charged. The very unenthusiastic employee, Jacob, was CLEARLY annoyed while helping take the car battery out also stating “we used to get paid for this, but we don’t anymore”. When I came back after an hour, he simply handed me the battery and said “here you go”. it wasn’t untill I started putting it in myself that he came to “help”, however he demonstrated his lack of experience by putting the nuts back on IN THE WRONG PLACE and forgetting to put a washer back on between the nut and bolt. I will not be coming back to this location.

Staff very friendly and helpful but need to have more than one or two associates working on a Sunday when a lot of DIY people work on their cars .. we waited for about 15-20 min for assistance and there was only one other customer in the store at the time

I used to live by this place and in the past theyve given me good information, so I went back today even though theres a few places closer to my house. I had to get my battery replaced and Greg was incredibly helpful, more so than he had to be. I feel better about my car now.

People who have a microscope to see what you were saying were true and you were saying were you not going anywhere in this state of mind you have a lot more than you think of it but I dont know what to do along the lines you have a microscope in the game you have a microscope in stock lol I have vacuum that can only make you look more comfortable in a little more space with your body to get to know your face or whatever your own needs are the same as your last chance of doing that for the last few months of this week or something you can just say to the store that it was the only way you would get it to work with you in

Bought a radiator and the first one I ordered had a leak in it and lost about 3 gallons of coolant. Andrew the manager exchanged my radiator and replaced my coolant without any hassle at all. Definitely a place I will recommend to shop at for your parts.

I have to say, I dont much care for the policy that you have to order online in order to get the discounted prices(offered, through email/otherwise, directly from Advance Auto Parts). Its degrading to employees/makes them appear ineffective, inefficient, unneeded. Why they wouldnt allow employees to allow same pricing only makes me think theyre attempting to phase them out, altogether. I would say shame on corporate Advance Auto Parts, I guess its just a sign of the times.Not to mention, their discounted prices are still more expensive than Walmarts regular prices!

Its a parts store so as long as they have what I need thats worth three stars. The two extra stars are for the freindliness of the staff, their competency, and eagerness to assist.

Chris is a POS! He should be ashamed to have a nasty attitude and doesnt believ that HIS company gave me a refurbished alternator! (Yes Chris.. your company does sell refurbished alternator that arent store brands!!!) and guess what A-hole.. I got my alternator replaced!!!! Dont go there... drive the extra few miles for better costumer service... or do like me... dont go to any advanced auto parts anymore.. that was my last business with that company!!

I do my own oil change and this is a good local place to get supplies and they recycle the old oil.

I Bought a battery .$162.00. Did not use the battery in any way. Did not try to put in. Took it back but they cant accept returns. $23.00 for the core because the return policy is written on the receipt. I had the option of lying about it being the wrong battery but did not take it. The one star is only there so I could post this.

Service sucks. Dont ask for advice. Sent my wife to get a spark plug socket. And the worker gives her the wrong one. 50/50 chance of getting it correct😶

I came to this place to check the battery, which was not working well, I was attended by a very friendly employee who even though it was raining, checked it and confirmed that it was wrong, and helped me choose a new one.Beyond just doing his job, the kindness of Mr. Helps to spend a not very pleasant time and return to this place if I need to buy another spare part.The previous review is because before coming to this place I had gone to the place where I had bought the battery, located at 41 and Acworth du West, the two employees did not want to look at the battery because it was raining (a few drops of time fell from time to time), if possible I will not return, although surely these guys are not working here for long.
