Despite lack of inventory due to COVID, the staff are very personable and do everything they can to work with you. Im a loyal customer because they treat me well and give me the best deals they can.

All star place. Dave and Rik; despite me making a jerk of myself over credit union issues; gave me exceptional service. Highly recommend! Recommend letting dealer run credit thru CUDL vs finding your own financing - it made my transaction harder going to credit union direct.

After visiting several other motorsports dealerships and receiving next to no service we were quite happy to but from i5 Sports. They were friendly and helpful through the entire process. They educated us thoroughly on the machine we bought and made the whole process seamless. Will definitely be giving them our business again in the future.

Very comfortable environment to shop in. Dave was respectful, informative and great to work with when I purchased my Polaris 850. When it came time for the first service on both my 850 and my wifes 570 we were impressed with the detailed information the service team gave us regarding the maintenance performed and how to take care of our machines. Since we came from out of town, they got both machines done by noon so we didnt have to wait around all day. All in all a great place to buy fun machines and have them serviced!!

Well they where the only UTV/ATV shop within an hour and a half of my home that had the part I needed for my UTV, so that earns 5 starts from me.

Dave made me the best deal around on my turbo s rzr! Took my machine back a about 6 months later for a couple small polaris warranty issues and Preston and crew got it fixed quickly with excellent communication. Lance helped me load when I picked up on a Saturday and gave me som really good info on a set of tracks for the snow. All around great experience with i5 crew.

Dave and Rick treated me with great care and professionalism when I bought my 2020 Can AM Maverick X3. But I think the service department needs work. They didn’t program the keys before I left so first ride was pretty slow and confusing. Plus, I had to haul it back up from Eugene to get them programmed correctly. Then later discovered the service department didn’t do the clips right when they installed a roof for me, so after losing a clip and buying more, I learned the way they are SUPPOSED to be. Apparently a lot of dealerships put the clips on wrong, like not using the plastic keeper disks that come with them to hold foam washer in place. And I can’t believe the Can Am doesn’t come with a bracket for the flag whip!!? Weird.

Very friendly group of people who went out of their way on a can am for me. Will be back for service and more in the future. Low pressure environment and knowledgeable ! Dave was a great salesman. Also nice modern new shop !

Although i havent bought anything motorized from here i have bought some small parts, helmets, tags, flags and permits and everyone seems very helpful and kind. i did take a look around and am thinking of purchasing my son a quad one of these days. i will definetly do some shopping around but would seriously consider buying here. I look forward to coming back.Side note: i mentioned to someone last time i was in there that it would be really cool to set up a small course in that oversized lot. put some rocks and logs in there with a whole bunch of dirt and set it up as kind of a test area. just saying i bet it would appeal to a lot of people. thanks

Bought a Brand New CB500F recently from this dealership and could not be happier. The guys that work at the sales area are great. They have great knowledge and understanding. My utv was equipped with an extra front shock. As you could guess that was not going to work. They sent a guy out to my house and got the problem fixed super fast. I dont know to many companies that would or have gone that far above and beyond to make sure that a customer was happy, and taken care of. Im very happy that I chose to take my business to them. I will be buying from them again.

Freds Honda at the Corvallis address has closed - its now a mattress store - and has been relocated to Albany, OR about ten miles east along the I-5 corridor. Large and spacious, but the inventory was focused more on ATVs than Honda motorcycles. Not a problem, just an observation of how the contents of the old small dealership was dwarfed by their other business.

I go there often for parts and advice. Buzz is knowledgeable and hepful; willing to share his experience with customers. Parts and service are reasonable and they work hard to get things done right. I have never been disappointed by the staff at Freds

It may have just been bad timing but we went and hung out for about 20-25 minutes and didnt get any help or acknowledgement. Also when I went and asked the parts counter a question he indicated he really only had experience with Hondas which didnt help me with my Can-Am and Polaris questions. The show room seem well organized and clean with a lot of inventory but I think I will try a different location/ dealership for my 4 seat UTV purchase. Hopefully you have better luck than I did.

I went to I-5 Honda in May 2018 to look at Motorcycles. I had no notion of buying anything, I just wanted to see what they carried, and the differences between a Honda Shadow and a Honda Rebel. I had never ridden a motorcycle prior to this. When I went into the shop, I met Dave and Max. These two were very tolerant of my hundreds of questions. They showed me how to properly get on a bike, the controls and operations of the bikes, and most of all they werent pushing to sell me anything. Max and Dave made it such a comfortable atmosphere for me that I felt like I could drop by the shop whenever I wanted too. I did eventually decide I wanted a bike, and I picked out a Shadow with ABS. Dave was willing to hold the bike for me until I completed the Oregon Saftey class, and then he helped me with financing and preparing my motorcycle. The parts crew (Steve and Matt) helped me pick out a helmet, and look into extras for my bike. When I finished the class, I was ready to get the bike. I live in Corvallis, and the shop is in Albany, so I was concerned about riding it home as my first ride. No problem, Max just delivered the bike for me!Its worth mentioning that my bikes fuel pump went out before being delivered. Instead of making it a Honda issue, the crew at I-5 Honda fixed up the same day at no charge. They are truly easy to work with, and compassionate about their customers. I would absolutely reccomend anyone to this dealership. Not only for motorcycles, but for ATVs and side by sides as well.

Ive been a customer of Freds Honda for many years, and was worried about what the change of ownership to I5 might mean. Its great to see the same faces and fantastic service that has made it a pleasure to visit the Honda shop in Corvallis for decades. Keep up the good work!

Bought 4 wheelers here, not a terrible experience, but the service department is a joke. It has taken twice as long as they tell me every time, (3 times so far, and once they had a machine for 2 months!) and your machine comes back disgusting and dirty from being stored in the sun and rain in there back lot. It would be nice to return them clean after paying to have them serviced but not expected, I do expect it to come back in at least as good of condition as when it was dropped off. Unfortunately this is the only dealer around here so if you live here your stuck but if you can avoid this service department I certainly would!

I have been to I5-Motorsports in Albany a couple times now. It seems like they dont want my money. I couldnt get the attention of anyone there. I walked around, sat on some bikes, and looked around to see if I could get someones attention. No luck. Most likely wont go back.

Recently bought a bike, being new to the dirt bike world I had my bike looked at after my Craigslist purchase. First shop was in Salem that I will never take business to again. Every cent that I spend on my bike will be done through I5 motorsports in Corvallis. Not only did the customer service go above and beyond. Every little question I had, not mattering big or small they dropped everything to answer it. They weren’t there to take my money. They were there to help keep my bike running for years and educate me at the same time. Great guys, prices were great. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Quick, easy buying process

Ive taken my bike to I-5 Motorsports (their new name) a couple of times, and have had mixed results. Theyve had some recent change-over with their mechanics, and the recent work has been fairly good. Sometimes theres give and take with the people who work there, but over-all the service is good and the people are friendly. There arent too many (if any) places in town with the stuff that they have.

Just bought a Honda limited edition today. It was great being there and Dave did a great job and I didn’t felt any pressure to buy anything I didn’t want. Thanks Dave !

Got my tires changed there, they did a great job in a couple of hours. Great service and reasonable prices

They seemed nice with great price. Replaced the tires on my bike because a nail got into one of them. Got the bike back and it came with more problems then when I took it in. The bike has trouble starting now and I have to push start it every once and a while. Im taking it somewhere else to fix whatever happened while it was there.

I walked in to this ATV dealer after getting a positive recommendation from another business owner who said they were the best ATV dealer around.I met Dave Goode their finance manager. Dave helped me narrow my search and then purchase two ATVs. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.I was never talked to any other way than highly professional.

WARNING! Deceptive business practices. Took an ATV in for consignment that was running and starting fine. Salesperson Buzz drove it around back and came back 5 minutes later complaining it wouldnt run, he then shut it off and then it wouldnt start. He wanted us to pay for a carburetor rebuild before taking it on consignment. After taking it back home and troubleshooting it, we discovered the fuel line switch had been turned off---something we never do. BEWARE of these swindlers!

Youll pay dealership prices there, but you wont get good service. I took my CBR in for the 16K service and fork oil change. They didnt change the fork oil citing that it was labor intense. Well duh, thats why I was going to pay to have someone with the know how do it. They didnt change the spark plugs as part of the service either, even though I specified it. When I got the bike back the idle speed was set too low. Sloppy work.
