I purchased 3 Rebuilt cars from Lydia over the past 5 years. ( Dodge Avenger, Chrysler 200 Hard Top Convertible, and Chrysler Town & Country Mini-van. One for my Son, and other two for us, Have been Totally satisfied with our purchase(s) they were extremely cooperative, gave me a great price, We still own and currently using them every day. I recommend Lydia 200% have met her husband and even her kids. Great Family people. The next vehicle we buy, will definitely be calling them.

Purchased a vehicle listed as Excellent. Within 200 miles issues started to arise. It became apparent that the engine codes were cleared prior to selling me the vehicle. Found out the engine codes I was getting, existed in the car almost a year prior to me becoming the owner of the car. Lost a lot of money and a lot of trust in used car salesmen.

I bought a car from Nezar and it has been great. We live 4 hours away from the dealer and there were no issues. Our car we were driving down to look at the car picked up a nail and Nezar fixed our tire while we were test driving the car for sale. Nezar also found a bracket missing on our car and replaced that as well. Nezar went above and beyond to serve us. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a great used car for a good price. Nezar was friendly, honest, and communicative.EDIT: A couple months later the car stopped working and needed a lot of work. It seems likely Nezar knew about it but didnt disclose. Its possible he had no idea but I wouldnt risk going back.

I come back to them time and time again to purchase vehicles. I won fleet of 14 vehicles and I have most of them from this company. KARS R Us LLC is number one in my book and I m going to continue to do business with them until I m no longer in Transportation or they no longer wish to sell me vehicles. They are the KOBE Standard of Vehicles in my book.I have taken a few of the vehicles to Florida on trips with family members and they stood strong and continue to stay strong.I Reccommend that if you want a vehicle please call and get them to sell you one. They are straight to the point and not trying to Scam you or get over on you in any kind of way. I m so confident in them that I dont even have to test drive the vehicles any longer. I send somebody to just pick them up when ever I m in need of a vehicle.Thank YouDerrick

I purchased a rebuilt minivan through this dealer and had a great experience up until the end.I was told my plate would be mailed to me (Im about 2 hours away) once it was received by the dealer, but I still havent received it and its been almost 3 weeks. My temporary has expired now so I cant drive the van. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said the plate was sitting on the counter. He took zero responsibility for the issue and instead of saying that he would take care of it, he blamed it on his employees and me (for not coming to pick it up). I get that miscommunications happen, but Im disappointed with the way that he handled my issue.I did receive a call back about 15 minutes after speaking with the owner from the lady who ran my plates and registration and she said that the plate would be mailed out today. She was courteous and explained her side (thank you!).That said, I will not be going back to this dealer and I would not recommend this place unless you are local and can follow up on these types of things in person. There are too many dealers out there who pride themselves on great customer service to risk going through something like this again.Update 12/20/2019: Im updating this review with more information after having the van for a couple months. The cruise control was not working properly so I took it to a local dealer to make the repair. It ended up being a much more complicated issue as the PCM and wiring harness were damaged in the crash so the dealer had to replace everything. The dealer said something about an aftermarket wiring harness being installed so it appears that the repairman for Kars R Us knew that there was an issue there, but did not repair it correctly to save money. I messaged him directly a couple times to ask for any information about this and he did not reply back (no big surprise there).On top of the electrical issues, when I was inquiring about the van, I was told the tires were fair (Im 2 hours away). The tires looked ok to me when I got there (Im by no means a car expert so I didnt know what to look for) so I didnt think twice about driving it home after the purchase. When I took it into my local shop for an oil change, they said that the two of the tires were so bad that they would not have recommend driving it anywhere for safety reasons. Its so disappointing to trust someones expert opinion (Kars R Us) only to find out that they arent truthful and put their customers at risk just to save some money on repairs.Ive purchased rebuilt titled vehicles before and have had good luck - you really can save a lot of money. I wouldnt recommend Kars R Us to anyone based on this experience though.
