Did real nice work on my vehicle touch up paint.

Went above and beyond what I expected to be made right. I was actually surprised they were able to pull off the repair work they did. They underpromised and in this case over delivered above my expectations. Awesome Awesome work!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time having a collision with a repair (my last accident totalled my previous car) and the staff walked me through the process and the process of obtaining a rental car with ease. I would definitely use them again!

Top notch work an kudos to these guys! They not only took care of my Jeep Wrangler but they took care of the insurance coordination from the rental to the billing. These guys have me for life.

Very unprofessional staff (the guy I spoke with at least, also the two ladies were unfazed as if it was normal practice), dishonest with their quotes, was not happy to have me from the minute I walked in (probably had a lot of business that he didnt value any customer)I highly recommend getting a quote from several places before settling with these guys, maybe their mechanics, painters, body repair guys,,, are good but the front desk are like wolves, not with the mind set of trying to figure out the damage and be helpfulmy car was lightly hit, asked for $2500 after 10 seconds of looking at it... got it fixed at a different shop for $1400 (looked perfect)

Sarah kept me up to date on my repairs from the time my car was towed to their location till I picked it up. Fantastic customer service!! They had my car ready more quickly than I expect and did an excellent job fixing the damage. Would highly recommend them!

I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT that I put alot of money into working on it by myself and unfortunatly I had a accident. I didnt know where to go because I dont like people working on my car but Mike and Sarah took great care of me! I am fortunate enough to drive a truck as a backup during winter so I told them take there time (was over 7k of damage) they got it done in about 3 weeks! Which is actually fast because my insurance tried to send used parts that werent good quality twice and Heritage declined it and demanded correct and oem equel parts! I went over my vehicle at home after getting it back and they did everything perfect! They are honest and people, people. A+++ Thank you!!

Great people to work with. Good communication during the whole repair process and fabulous results. I was worried my car would have noticeable repair evidence after sustaining a large hit to the rear wheel area. Not only do the panel gaps meet perfectly everywhere, the blending of the metallic paint is flawless. The car drives straight as an arrow with no squeeks or rattles . Unfriendly, dishonest.....

I’ve been to Heritage twice in the last six months, and each experience was incredible- the people were kind, and the work was fast and done well. The whole team, and especially Christine at the front desk, went above and beyond both times. The most recent time I visited Heritage, I had two separate spots of damage on my vehicle, but I was only getting repairs done on one spot. I told them they could ignore the other area of damage and that I would deal with it later when I had the money. When I came to pick up my car, I was informed that they complimentarily removed the paint scratches from the other area of damage- the spot that they weren’t even repairing! So not only was their work excellent and done quickly- they went above and beyond just to be kind. I have recommended Heritage to all my friends and coworkers in the area, and I will never take my car anywhere else.

I brought my Lexus in here for repair of both the front and back bumpers. I have had no experience at this shop-but the local Lexus dealer recommended it. I could not be happier with the work that was done. The paint match was perfect. The panel alignment was just like it was new. It did take them an extra day because they said they did not like the finish on the rear bumper so they re-sprayed it. I thought the price was fair.By the look of this place I had some reservations. These were unfounded. It may be a smaller shop but they were very pleasant and took good care of me. Dale-my contact-was very informed and kept me up to date on the job.Over the years, I have tried several other shops that came recommended and was disappointed in the end result. Not this time.

I recently had body work done here at Heritage and have nocomplaints. The work done was excellent and pleased withthe results. Exceptional customer service and workmanship! My mother referred me to Heritage Collision when I was rear-ended a few weeks ago. From obtaining a repair quote, securing a loaner car, to receiving my car back when promised, the process was seamless and painless! And did I happen to mention they cleaned /detailed my car inside and out! SUPERB!!

Took my car to this shop last week; I was not pleased or impressed. They were recommended to me by a friend who stated it is a reputable shop. The guy came out, gave me an unreasonable price and asked if I were looking to sell my car as if he was interested in buying it. I ended up taking my vehicle to Stony Creek Collision who was 100% less and did an outstanding job! I’m just saying, before giving consideration, you may want to call Stony Creek.

Very nice staff I had a little scratch on my bumper and I came here for a quotes. Was in and out in about 15 minutes with some paperwork.

I brought my 2019 Fusion Titanium into them due to a collision with my 2 passenger side doors. The first time I got it back the door was rubbing since it was not adjusted properly and already took all the paint off. They took it back and fixed it very promptly. A+ customer service.

Great job of repairing my Ford van. Was repaired first at Dusty’s collision, but the window was off center. the door did not fit correctly, the head liner stuck out, and there were still broken plastic parts. I took it to Heritage to have it fixed correctly. Now it looks like it just came off the Ford assembly line. If you want the work done right the first time take it to Heritage Collision and Frame, a family owned business that takes pride in their work and where customers satisfaction is the priority.

Ladies, this is where you want to go if you need somebody you can trust not to patronize you and to give you a fair quote. To make it even better, the owner (Matt) treats you with respect. The service exceeded my expectations on both quality and low price. Cant say enough about how glad I am to have finally found Heritage!

My vehicle was taken here for an estimate. The shop removed the head light and fender. There was no damage to the front. My insurance could not cover it so it was towed back. I received the veichle back with the pieces still off. Tried getting my car back to the shop to have it put back to the way it was, before it got there and they refuse. SCAM.

Had to take my car back 3 times. First time was to remove primer over-spray they got over the entire car. Second time is because they billed for an alignment but never had it done then they didnt take the car to the place i directed them to. The third and final time was for them to repair the headlamps they chemically destroyed when fixing/removing the over-spry and they also had to finish polishing the seam between the door jam and the rear quarter (had viable rough sanding marks). I also had to wait for them to order the retainers for the rear wheel liner they didnt put back. I had to fix the weather seal they didnt reattach. Owner would not stand behind his employees work or meet with me and had his wife call and speak on his behalf. Worst body shop I have ever been to. What they did to my Audi was deplorable. I feel bad for the shop manager Dale.

I dropped in this afternoon because I was involved in a fender-bender over the weekend. My initial reason for stopping in was to get a quoteThe shop guy came outside and took a look and asked me what I wanted. Truthfully, I just wanted my hood to shut so I could drive. I told him that and 5 minutes later, that was the case. They pulled the frame forward and latched my hood. They didnt charge me for anything. I had been worrying about the cost of fixing it, because everywhere Id been thus far was quoting thousands, when all I wanted was to be able to drive. Ill definitely be going back when the time comes that I need it completely fixed

Heritage did exemplary work on my 2016 Buick LaCrosse. They even touched up a few scratches and dings from flying peeples. Look no further for you auto body repair needs.

Great work. Just make sure they dont use an impact wrench to remove your locking lug-nut; ie key socket for lug-nut(s) on many imports.
