They were very very honest with my back brake repairs. I forgot to tell them where my wheel lock was! They let me know the job was complete (on time) and I was worried, what did they do about the wheel lock? I was thinking, I hope they didnt drill out my wheel locks! They found where I hide my wheel lock in the car and used it ! I was super happy they did this!Awesome job, very honest, for an honest price! I will use this auto repair shop again in the future

Communication with the owner is very difficult, who is impatient & rude. My problem is not fully resolved after the repair, but I am not going back to this place due to the unpleasant experience. I would rather spend the money somewhere else.

Will the mechanic, was able to remove an overtighted and stripped 10mm oil plug that a quick oil change place had done. He was able to remove and replace oil plug and complete quickly. Have had 3 different cars fixed here all with good honest work . Good local business without all the upcharges that Uncle Eds tries to sell. Thanks

I have nothing but the highest praise for the service at Wolverine. They took in the Jeep when it broke do own far from home - a vulnerable position - and gave outstanding service, fair prices, and professional, courteous customer care. Outstanding job. I spent that week with grand kids and am now home - very satisfied with an excellent automotive service.

My car needed body work to replace and repaint my rear bumper and sensors. The color was an exact match (which was a huge relief), and everything looked and worked like brand new! I had to call to find out updates and it took a week to finish everything but I wasnt in a tight situation where that was a problem. I would definitely go back!

I walked in without a appointment. At first I had a problem with getting my vehicle in because of my job. But this his company took that inconsideration and squeezed my job into there daily agenda. Because they did me a huge favor. I tipped my mechanic $50. Awesome place.

The guy sitting at the front desk is mentally unstable. The story changes every time when you call them. If you try to tell him he just flipped what he said initially, then he would yell at you with anger. NOT recommended.

Had my truck towed here at 9am on a tuesday, it is currently saturday and still my truck is in this shop. was called once to inform me my fuel pump was bad. i said for the fuel pump to be replaced, now i can only assume im going to be blasted with a massive repair bill. so lack of communication is a major problem on the part of this shop. i am just hopefull that my bank account doesnt suffer.edit. may 7th got truck back today. didnt cost the arm, leg,and side of thigh i expected. however now trans needs replaced. if not for bad luck i would have little to none at all.

Got me my battery for a good rate and if thats all they did this review would be a lot better, but then after mentioning I needed an oil change, they had me waiting around for 60+ minutes with no updates just for me to be charged double what a normal oil change for me would be. Should have left after the battery. On top of that, nobody in the store was masked.

Sammy and the guys over here are A1. They always take care of me and anyone I send there. They always give me options and a fair price when it comes to repairs. They do good work and get you back on the road efficiently. They work with AAA too, convenient to get a tow and repair there

I always check reviews it’s my rule of thumb! They managed to get us in and put in our heater core and brakes on our Durango and thought it was a good deal! But then we bring it home to find our gear shifter to our 4 wheel drive is broken and said they had a witness saying it wasn’t, My husband and I was in the Durango and I witnessed my husband saying look we have four wheal drive! We bought this car a few months ago and getting it road ready. Very disappointed!

Busy places are usually really good. I cant rate this place accordingly due to the fact I didnt have any work done because they were to busy. When i actually had time to have it sit they didnt have the equipment to do the job. They did however refer me to someone who could do the job, but they couldnt either.

Nice guys but...I had my car towed there by AAA. The AAA driver recommended Wolverine and I happened to be nearby so I took their recommendation. Service person at Wolverine said I needed a new started and quoted a great price (AAA discount). So all was well for a couple of days. About 4 days later the starter quit. This time I was far away from Wolverine and would have been stranded there waiting for a repair. So, I had my car towed to another place and got another started. Heres my complaint. Turns out I didnt get a new starter from Wolverine. I got a rebuilt starter and Wolverine would not give me a refund for the bad starter. I didnt expect a refund for anything more than the part which they said cost them $167. That would have been fair. so although they were nice enough, I cant recommend them.

My mechanic. Need I say more? Trust. Female customers and auto shops? Shouldn’t be like oil and vinegar, but yeah. I tried to enroll in auto mechanics in high school: “No!” - Mom, counselor, principal, I didn’t. Today, I make it my business to know @ cars, especially my own.

We have had many opportunities to take our vehicles here and I rarely comment on businesses. I would highly recommend this business. They have always done right by us and have not mislead us on jobs that didnt need to be done. We have had various things done to our vehicles and have been treated with respect and they have been honest about the work. They were completely amazing when our car broke down and we almost were unable to make a trip to see our sons family in another state but they made it happen!! Thank you Wolverine Auto!

Never called back when they said they would, resulting in my car sitting in their lot for several extra days. Didn’t do any work on my car but charged me $225 dollars for “storage” and a pull out fee even though they weren’t the ones towing it out. Never again.

I sent my car here to be repaired because thet did such a good job with my husbands car a few months back, however I have had to take imy car back 3 times for them to get it right and its still not right. Now theyre telling me its something else which is not true b/c I had it serviced just before the winter. I am not pleased with their service this time around and I will not be going here again. Had work done back in Oct, Oil pan Gask and Valve cover Gask replaced. 452.00. Sounded Responsible Todd was super nice. Took my Car back today to have a brake line looked at. New mechanic told me I had oil leak, no oil in car, brake line needed replaced and brake caliber needed replaced. Gave me quote of 475.00 just for the brake job. I asked where was it leaking he stated it would cost me 2000.00 or more for him to figure that out. I explained that i had that work done 4 months ago. He then stated that this was a new leak that was not there before. I went to get my car he told me it would be 85.00 dollars for the diagnostic. I told him i was always charged 45.00 by them and the sign in lobby states 45.00 for diagnostics. Check out person introduce himself as the manager and ask if he could check my oil. he went to my car and sure enough i had oil in my car. I left took my car to Firestone for second opinion and was charged 45.00 dollars to get diagnostic. Just as i thought i did not need caliber. i only needed brake line. ALSO they stated that NO WORK ON THE OIL PAN GASK OR VALVE GASK COULD HAVE BEEN DONE four months ago because both had horrible leak. I called Wolverine back and they refused to take responsibility or help me out. They stated Todd no longer works for them and he did change the part as far as they see on the paperwork. Stay away especially if you are a person that does know about cars.
