They even washed it, cleaned the interior, shined the tires and let me come pick it up on a day theyre closed to work with my schedule and avoid having a rental for another few days.Thanks!

Hawker & Son Collision provides efficient, friendly, professional, and quality body work. After a minor fender bender I contacted Jim Hawker to have my car repaired. They are an AAA certified repair facility, and the process couldnt have been easier. There is no wait for an adjuster or need to get quotes. My car was completed 2 days earlier than expected. It looks good as new! I highly recommend this shop for any collision work.

I cant recommend Hawker & Son enough! Not only was their service friendly and professional, they even managed to offer us a discount on the final cost when it ended up requiring less work than they initially thought. Driving my car home the first time, I noticed an odd sound that I didnt initially know about when explaining what I hoped they would help with. They asked me to bring the car back and managed to fix the remaining issue at no extra cost! Not sure if it was just the holiday spirit or if they are always this nice, but I have to say it was a great experience recovering from an unfortunate accident. All of their sponsorships of local charities and community are also wonderful. Its great being able to support Hawker & Son knowing part of it goes back to the local community.

My son wrecked his newish truck, and Hawker and Sons fixed it. When my son looked over the truck, he found a gash in the drivers seat, and after my son drove it home, that night something broke loose, and we had to have it towed back to Hawker & Son Collision. The owner was extremely apologetic, and was a little leery of the slash on the seat claim... but within 2 days, He had the truck up and running, and replaced the seat. He wasnt even sure if it was his employees that caused the rip, or the tow truck driver, but he was willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem. With this kind of customer service, who would go anywhere else? They are honest, have integrity, and want to do a good job!We are very happy customers. Thank you for going the extra mile!!
