While on my way off southfield freeway getting onto northwestern hwy there was a mattress on the ramp which numerous drivers, including myself couldnt avoid hitting. The results of that was it caused my bumper to detach. I didnt notice it until I drove to my Dr appointment. These guys took me right in & reattached it safely for my drive home so I wouldnt miss my appoinment. I had to come back the next morning for them to fully fix it, & they did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

Emad Zachary has been my mechanic for 20 years. I follow him wherever he goes and change his business locations. He is unbelievably talented with cars diagnostics like an expert doctor. I actually call him cars doctor. He is very sincere and reasonable with his fees. He will always take care of you. Ive 4 cars and always sure he get my back if any problem arise with any of them. Jimmy also has been a chief mechanic at Chrysler for many many years so he knows his stuff as well. Really nice and professional people.

Honest, straightforward, nice, and fair. I didnt get jerk around.

I have always felt these guys were being upright and honest with me. I used to go to the dealership for my van repair. The mechanic, Jimmy, was able to diagnose and repair a problem with my brakes that the dealership had never been able to diagnose. I am so pleased. The cost was less than half of the dealership cost and the dealership could never fix it!This is definitely not a pretty shop. Very old school with a level of integrity seldom seen these days. Not parts people and they dont inflate the bill.

Jimmy has been my trusted mechanic for quite a few years now. First at Zaks and now at Arbor Auto. I do not invest my trust quickly, Jimmy has earned it and I feel very fortunate to have such a relationship. Arbor Auto has maintained my high mileage Subarus at minimal expense and I am more than willing to take my business to Ypsi even though there are a few well reviewed shops much closer to me.

Friendly, kind, and helpful. Prices are fair and they complete the job quickly. Not sure what else you could ask for.

I am not sure whether he knows the trade. I took my car for a non functioning AC and he said the compressor solenoid clutch has gone bad. I was given an estimated cost of $600 to re do the clutch. I wanted a second opinion so visited A&B radiators on Jackson road. They checked and said it was a small leak in the hose and fixed it for $60 . Arbor Auto just tried to cheat or they really do not know the trade. Avoid this place or waste your miney
