I had a 2019 Toyota 86 GT that i just bought back in Nov2019 and within 6 months got the rear bumper hit while parked at my moms house. Came out and the rear bumper was cracked the paint scraped off and the brackets snapped.My Toyota sales rep recommeded this body shop to me. It was the first time coming here and my experience was top notch. This is by far the best collision center around our area near Ann Arbor who not only does outstanding job on the cars body repair but also I had an issue with my BMW 3 series fractured under body cross member (a product defect) and they fixed it for me. An important job that required extensive knowledge of body and sheet metal tolerance as well as BMW mechanical. They did this job for me for a fraction of the cost of what the dealership quoted and saved my car from being totaled. Their mechanic is the best and know BMWs and foreign cars in detail. Being a car guy for over 30 years I highly recommend Ali and his team at the International Collision & Frame.

International collision and frame did an amazing job on my 2019 VW Beetle! I just purchased my Beetle back in October of 2019 brand new and I had a fender bender a few weeks ago. Ali fixed my car so well that you can’t even tell that I got into an accident. I am also glad that international collision was honest with me about the quote that Allstate gave me, Allstate was wanting them put a piece from a junk yard from Tennessee on my new car!! Kim told me right away no way will we do that, we will use a new part on your car and it will be fixed right. Also some years ago on my 2005 Beetle Sheets collision ( which Doug has now team up with international collision) did a great job, so I knew you guys would not disappoint. Was recommended this place by a friend and it was the best advice I could have got when it came to getting my car fixed at an auto body shop. Ali explained to me what I needed to have done and compared that work with me and told me the work that I did not need as well. I have been taking all of my family vehicles to International for over 10 years. Weve had work done from glass replacement to brakes and all aspects of engine work. Without exception, we have always been very satisfied with the work completed. The level of quality work can only be out done by the professional service and attention from the staff. Ali has also helped my mom and brother with all of their vehicle needs. Its comforting to know, if we have car issues, we have someone we can trust.

DO NOT TRUST ALI!I went here to get my check engine light diagnosed. He had me wait more than a week, then gave me a diagnoses that some spark plugs and other things had to be replace which added up to $800. Ali then calls me after doing all of that work and tells me it’s actually the timing chain that needs to be replaced, and that will cost over $1000, and he was wrong. He told me the car could last from 1 week to 1 year - which had me furious, he was going to make me pay $800 for maybe a week of my car working?! I ended up paying the $800 and I barely made it home because my car was stalling every 5 seconds- couldn’t even get a week out of it! I then take it to another place and they said that Ali was incorrect for a third time and it was actually my entire engine that needed to be replaced not my timing chain. So basically this guy had me waste $800 in a pandemic, when door dash was my only source of income because he is not thorough. DO NOT TRUST ALI!

They did a great job with a minor repair to our bumper. They were able to save our original bumper so the overall fix wasnt too expensive, they got it fone quick and itblooked better than before we got the van.

My new 2018 was rear ended in my first week of having it. And my insurance company insisted on him fixing (bonding) the bumper. A 2018 truck that doesnt even have 1700 miles on the dash. But Ali insisted that this new truck be repaired with a NEW bumper. I tell you these insurance companies that we pay high premiums to want to hold onto every dollar we send them. Although it takes me 20 min to get there, Id rather drive to ICF than the shops in my area within 5min radius. Why?First, having body shop and mechanic in one place saved my time and money. Second, the engine light of my car was on and off for four years and no one could find the reason but ICF.Third, they dont charge for unnecessary things. My car had a leak on power steering hose. They fixed it without replacing the whole hoses saving me almost $190😊. Was involved in a little bit of a fender bender, front end was a little bit crushed in, had to get new sensors, new airbag, and my seat belt fix. They estimated about two weeks, and got it done in one. They offered me friendly and knowledgeable service and even fixed up my front bumper for free. Reasonable price I think!I had my Ford Fusion rear bumper replaced through International Collisions in July 2019;, everyone at the service center are friendly. First they found a bumper with same color of my car so that they did not have to paint which reduced the final cost. However, the bumper they received did not have sensors(even though it was verified while I was there) when it was received. It took couple more weeks to receive another matching one. I think the price they charged is reasonable. They completed the job in one day with the new bumper. Gave 4 stars because of the delay and I felt like I had to make the purchase decision while I was there during the first inquiry and still received the wrong part. Overall- I am happy with the service.
