Got a bunch of quotes from places in the area and they all said $100 to $200 more than Great Lakes quoted for a paint dent repair.They did a fantastic job, looks like brand new. Really friendly service and they stayed later to make sure the job was done. Definitely recommending them to friends if they need to get any work done.

I ran into a trash can and broke my tail light. I called Kam and in 2 days he ordered received and installed my tail light. They did an amazing job fixing my car on multiple occasions, very down-to earth, affordable price, no games, and up-front, honest about the repair and the price! Many times I asked if something is needed and they gave me the whole explanation of how things work with the engine, and say the part really does not need replacing and only if it makes a certain noise, to come back. Most mechanics will say it needs a new .. everything... just to scam you and get your money. So, all my respect to them, totally recommended!

My car was undriveable due to terrible damage from a pothole. I called a few shops and none of them could take my car in quick (some of them had openings a week or so from that day!!). Needles to say, this was a very stressful situation; then someone recommended Kam. I called him and he took my car right away; he reassured me my car would be fixed as fast as possible, and did not treat me like “an ignorant woman in a car shop”.During the time my car was in his shop, Kam kept me informed of the status of the repairs and communicated to me promptly of any issues or delays getting the parts. Kam made a typically very stressful situation a smooth one.I hate taking my car to shops; a lot of these places try to sneak in unnecessary repairs (because I am a woman) and are rude. Kam is a very trustworthy person, him and his team offer great customer service. They treat you like a person and not like an ATM.The work they did on my car was fantastic and did not have any issues.A wonderful bonus of this shop is Dakota, Kam’s dog comes to work with him every day and she is ADORABLE!!

This was the best experience that I have had dealing with Collision shops or dealerships. From the moment that I talked to them when I had my accident, they walked me through the process and made me feel like I was the only customer that they had.They explained everything to me to make sure that insurers, dealers or anyone else would take advantage of me. And when the insurance ruled my vehicle as a total loss... they offered me a vehicle for a price that was impossible to turn down. EVERYONE IN THE SHOP WAS GREAT. Even the dog.

We recently brought our Honda CRV in after a fender bender. From the beginning, the staff was professional, upfront and courteous. They clearly explained the work and cost and kept us in the loop throughout the process. I call Great Lake collision last Saturday to do my brake on my van but they only. Do pick up and drop off on Saturday but they said they can do on Monday and they come pick up car from my job and when done they drop off before I got off work and they do great job on my car

I got three quotes from three reputable places and i truly felt most comfortable with great lakes collison. They were extremely knowledgeble and seemed to care about my vehicle more so than any one else. I hve had them work on my car several times each time i was more impressed than before!!!!!!!!

An update at the bottom.Dont want people to get misled by their 5 star Google Reviews ( I was a victim of the same), as I dont think they deserve it. They did extremely poor job at repairs and customer service. Below I have given more details on both.Customer Service- Front of the car was completely damaged and I was told it would take around 10 days for the car to get repaired. I did not care until it was more than 15 days and there was no update on repairs of my car. I called them after 15 days for updates. They kept delaying the repair work saying wrong parts are being delivered by the company they are ordering from. If they really are professionals this delay could have been avoided as they would have known how the order process works when placing an order for parts of a particular car. In my opinion no one would ship wrongly ordered items and this delay was to save money resulting from slow shipping of parts. I got my car after more than 30 days. For 30 days I had to use Uber to drive to work and used Enterprise rent a car over the weekends, both of which costed me around $1000 for whole month. Insane it is, when someone says 10 days and gives your car after 30 days with ZERO compensation for inconvenience you have undergone!Repairs- They did a terrible job at repairs. Horn doesnt work after repairs. CD Player doesnt work after repairs. This is very unprofessional work. I called them to let them know about this and requested an appointment on Saturday. But they denied helping me on Saturday. This was a mistake on their part and if they really are helpful and professional as other people described in reviews they should have given me an appointment on Saturday as anyone would be busy during weekdays office hours.Anyways, I dont trust them so I wont even bother going there for these remaining repairs. Will spend some more money out of pocket and will get it done else where. I feel cheated!Update!!I just noticed the owners never ending reply to my negative comments. I find it amusing how they say the initial quote was $8000 (which never happened - because I would never agree to pay that amount out-of-pocket) just goes to show how EXPENSIVE this place can be when you go for repairs. Also I find it amusing that instead of offering a short reply saying Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Please do provide us another opportunity to serve and we will do our best to compensate. they want to indulge in a never ending BLAME GAME with an unsatisfied customer. This just goes to show how POOR really is their customer service! They really need to UP their game if they want to serve their customers best mechanically, financially and ETHICALLY (almost everything in their reply is a LIE they are using to defend themselves).Sure, let me agree that they probably are doing something right that they continue to get 5 star reviews. But they should also be humble enough to accept criticism from an unsatisfied customer and work on areas where they can improve as opposed to playing the BLAME GAME.
