I recently wrote a negative review about this company. I was immediately contacted by the owner who expressed his concerns and proposed a reasonable solution to alleviate my dissatisfaction. I now credit the disconnect to a lack of understanding of my expectations. Once clarity was achieved the issue was resolved. Thank you for going above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer.

I had my vehicle repaired by this company and did not find out they offer free loaners until I was there to pick up my car. I even called the car rental company from their location. At time of pickup I saw a vehicle in the parking lot that stated free loaners. They seem to only offer loaners to certain people. I find this to be totally unacceptable !! The work completed was satisfactory, however I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Quite the contrary!

This is not one of the best, but this is the BEST. Amazing team and work perfection is just amazing!! Hopefully I should never get there again. But I would recommend if any one need a collision center.

I came here for an scratch quote. In and out within 15 minutes. The people were very nice and I had a good experience.

The owner John Wu is a stand up guy. Hes always very polite and talks to you so you can understand whats going on as opposed to talking down to you. I was in an accident and insurance took care of most of the bills. When I got my car back it was like new. I had two doors, a window, and my rear quarter panel replaced. The paint looks like its right out of the factory.They have free loaner vehicles, are open on Saturdays, and everyone you talk to at dependable is always very polite and helpful.Make sure you call Dependable the next time you need any body work done!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Owner, John Wu, personally walked us through everything and called us to come see the work that was being done on our Ford Escape. He even gave us tips on where they tend to rust and what signs to look out for. Free loaner car was a life saver as my husband and I only have one car and one salary. They did a great job fixing my SUV after a 90 yr old man ruined 3 panels when he side swiped me. They were very quick and made dealing with insurance, ect a breeze.

Not the best place to get repairs done. I had to go there two days and wait for hours to get an estimate. Insurance paid for my repairs. They did not align the edges of the panels properly.I got an estimate for a damage to my other car as well. The estimate they gave for that repair was $500 higher than what other places gave me. It was a mistake to get my first car done there.

Great work

My car was left there for an insurance assessment. Came back with a screw in one of the tires, some kids toy left in my console (because I guess the techs just let kids climb around in your cars?), a scraper with a broken handle in my back seat, other trash that wasnt mine, and slash marks on the drivers seat. Dont trust these people.

I visited this location a few days ago. My initial reason for stopping in was to get a quote. The shop guy came outside and took a look and asked me what I wanted. Truthfully, I just wanted some scratches to be fixed so I could return the lease car. Instead of giving me a qoute he pulled out some equipment and started buffing up all the scratches... for Free !! They didnt charge me for anything. He also gave me some usefull free advice!! The nearby Bodyshop (Heritage Collision) gave me a qoute of 850$ !!!Ill definitely be going back when the time comes that I need it completely fixed.
