Just picked up my F350 ordered 4 months ago. Chuck Watson was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Answered questions right at the start about the ordering process and the steps that go along with it. Checked out a couple of other dealers before coming back to Mr. Watson at Winter Haven Ford as he wasnt pushy and was easy going with us. He answered the few questions and retrieved info requested several times throughout the process within minutes over emails.The day the truck was delivered Mr. Watson wasted no time in working with the finance dept. and myself over email and getting everything together. We spent minimal time when we came in to pick up the vehicle.When it came time to close the deal Mark Laidley in finance was also easy to work with. Was prepared and ready to get paperwork done.Overall, a very good experience over the last several months and today.

Just returned from a worry-free trip out of state - thats due to taking my Transit in before leaving to have a problem corrected and a wellness check performed. Problems were corrected in a timely manner thanks to Kevin and Byron.

The crew was very welcoming as soon as I stepped in the door. She got me in and out in a timely manner. I used the shuttle to go to and from my home and back when my car was ready, the driver was one of the nicest and social stranger I’ve ever met. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me. I was and still am very grateful for that. If you’re in a limbo with choosing this establishment for services, I say go for it.

Fair pricing, and good staff. I enjoyed a nice cup of flavored coffee in the waiting area, and walked the dealer lot while waiting for a battery, oil change and two tire repairs. No harassing sales reps came out to try to win my business, which is a plus for me.

I stopped by Jarrett Gordon Ford on a Saturday to see if I could possibly get an oil change. The service did get me in and the department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely matter. I also elected to get an alignment, due to the uneven wear of the tread on my tires, which made a huge difference. In closing, my visit with Jarrett Gordon Ford was my first but with the overall experience it definitely will not be my last! Great job team!

I have bought 5 new Fords from Jarrett-Gordon starting in 2007 have had the oil change at your shop But the last 2 oil changes I had to bring my car back the next day to get my tires aired up because they didnt do it when I got the oil changed. The idiot at the service desk thought it was funny for some reason so I will still buy Fords but not from Jarrett- Gordon. Stanley Williams

I have had all the service work on the car done since owning done atJarrett-Gordon Ford. The service work has always been done properly and in a timely manner.

I would have given this 0 stars but it makes me give it at least one.I went to Ford about 2 months ago for an oil and filter change. I trusted that they did it, today I was out and my car started driving really slow, then it completely stopped and there was smoke coming out from it. We checked the oil and it barely had any. Ford stayed with my car for almost 2 weeks and they never did the oil change.And let me say that I barely use my car since covid happened.Extremely disappointed with Ford. Next car I don’t want to know about Ford at all since they don’t do the service.

Called me with results, offered delivery of my Navigator even did a “ reset” of my entertainment console in parking lot when my Serius Xm wouldn’t work correctly. My tire pressure gauge indicator on my Ford Escape had been on for about two weeks. I had just recently had it reset when I hat Jarrett Gordon Ford do an oil change. I went to Jarrett Gordon Ford to schedule an appointment to reset the gauge. The service writer said she would reset it now. After taking my car into service I was told I had a leak and they would fix it. Soon after I was informed that a nail had penetrated the sidewall and that I would need a new tire. They had the tire in stock replaced my tire and I was on my way.All without a prior appointment. Thank you for you quick thorough service.

I waited well past 1 1/2 hours before my vehicle was taken back for an oil change. The quick lane should definitely be faster than this.

My car was picked up and delivered to the dealership for an oil change and to see why the Auto Stop Start was not working. The car was also detail while it was there. It was returned but the Auto Stop Start is still not working .
