I have been to many and I mean MANY Chevy service centers and this was the first time I could say I had a great experience. My appointment was on Friday but they let me know they couldn’t get to it until Monday. However, Bo made sure to take care of me on Monday and let me know exactly what was going on. Great service. They were very attentive and the car was done before the promised time .

First time I went was for a flat tire. The person at the front supposedly couldnt find my account and went ahead charged me for service when my insurance covered it; had to call other locations for them to find it and reimburse the service. Today their services told me to come in at 12:15 for an oil change and the man at the front said they cant do it because theyre closing soon. This is the second time they disappointed, dont bother with this location. Team is clearly lacking communication.

Great team !!! My mobile 1 oil change for my Corvette was 30.00 dollars less than the Chevy dealership in lake Wales.

I had my vehicle to another Cheverolet dealership for a screeching noise coming from my air vents. This other dealership decided to replace my power steering, and I still had the screeching noise! Cheverolet Center knew right away the problem and had my vehicle back to me the same day! Amazing service!
