I brought my truck in with three check engine light codes that I provided the mechanics. I was charged roughly 150$ for them to tell me they couldn’t find what was wrong. And I asked what exactly am I paying for and they said “their time”. But I left the store $150 less in my bank and a whole day of my vehicle gone with work missed for the mechanics to tell me absolutely nothing. Themes actually told me the we’re gunna charge me to look at it any further

Phenomenal customer service when purchasing my 4 tires today. Highly recommend and they will continue to have my business. They didn’t have the exact tire I wanted (Michelin) but they offered a comparable option in which I am very happy with (Yokohama’s). I’m sure I could have waited for the tires I wanted but I needed tires the same day.

We were about to leave go to head home (Indiana) when our breaks went out. They had 6 hours of work, we had had three children under the age of 5. The customer service is amazing the gentleman we had was wonderful he went above and beyond to help us, looking for a rental car once we weren’t able to get one due to spring break he drove us somewhere that we would be more comfortable and the kids would be entertained he kept us informed about our van and even picked us up and brought us back to pick up our car.Thank you so much Cody you were awesome!

I noticed my front drivers side tire was considerably low. I swung into the nearest shop. Within a few minutes of waiting I was fixed. A nail was found in the tire. I was handed my keys and was not charged at all. I will remember this kind deed. When the time comes that I require tires this will be my first choice. My appointment was at 1130. After 5 hours of having my car they call to say they dont have tires in stock... unacceptable...like I get it if you dont have them but it took you 5 hours to figure that out... now all tire places close in next hour and half no way Im getting new tires today..... very disappointed in customer service.

I will only talk about my experience. My mom had a flat tire, and she went to this place for it to be fixed, they let her waiting in there for a while without even taking the tire off the car and when my husband went there to help my mom asked the people/staff what was going on and all of a sudden they said that the tire will not work anymore as it’s damaged. My husband and brother are together and they asked them if they could see the tire, and the tire was still in place in the car, looking perfect from the outside and no one had taken the time to have a complete look at the tire yet, but the staff (multiple people from the office and the people that actually do the manual work said that she needed to replace the tire with a new one, and that it was going to cost $300.00, my mom was not given any other options. That is expensive for average people and they did not care, just said and repeatedly confirmed that it was the only solution. My husband and brother asked them again to see the tire and they finally took it off the car and it was not damaged but had a little nail in it, so they asked these people if they could put something just to fix it, and they treated my family like trash, talking in a very bad way and saying they could not do that as that was not going to fix the issue. At the end they did put the thing and fixed it, after going through that horrible argument. They said they were not going to charge us as again, that was not going to fix the issue and they did not charge us. My daughter, niece and mother were there and the staff of this place all of them combined wanted to take advantage of this lady with two kids she just picked up from school. Thanks God I asked my husband and brother to go and help her. The fixed tire is working perfect. What a shame!!! What a bad service!!! Sometimes people do not realize that they are just pushing away potential long term customers. Just because they wanted a little extra money??!!!! This is not ok!! 😠☹️

Not happy with TIRE CHOICE, did an oil change and they didn’t do it correctly I had to pay someone else to fix it and I took time out of my day to show them there mistake and they didn’t even care and they don’t want to refund all the money I spent to take care of the situation. manager there didn’t really care either so I called customer service and they don’t care as well TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! and please don’t tell me to call your customer service number because she didn’t care either!!!! and I will never go back there again. Anyone reading this please don’t take your car here!!!! And if I could give it a ZERO STAR I would..never go backJUST AN FYI people it took them about a week and a half to give me the money back for the oil change but not the money I had to pay someone else to fix there mistake!!! as you can tell from the response from the owner they don’t care your just a NUMBER THERE!!!! so don’t go there it’s not worth it.. that’s all they responded with it just shows you how much they care about your vehicle..

Good experience with the manager. Even though they could not find the source of the problem with my vehicle they were very honest and upfront about it and did not try to fool me into getting a unnecessary repair.

So I brought my car in today they have brakes put on all the way around front and back the people to make sure real real real polite and respectable they tell me that it would be about an hour or two so I was prepared to wait 45 minutes later they brought the car back with brand new brakes lifetime pads never need to replace him again very professional very satisfied highly recommend

Being a professional driver for the past 40 years, I need a team that I can count on, for oil changes, free tire rotations, belts and anything else I can do without paying ridiculous dealership rates. The waiting room and restroom are clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and puts my safety first, and honestly lets me know of any problems that exist. Terrible experience. Took the car in today to have our tires checked out. We purchased a set of Goodrich tires here 20 months ago. Was told by Cory, the service manager, that the front tires needed to be replaced as they were old and had developed cracks. The front tires developed slow leaks at around one year/10,000 miles. They now have 14,000 miles and 5/32nds tread and need replacing. So Im on the phone with Cory and he says he can offer a 25% discount on two new tires. So i explain they are 60,000 mile warranty and have been dangerous and defective since 10,000. He stated while they are still low mileage, they are old in age. I said they have only been on the car for 20 months. I am looking at our receipt and suddenly realize why he said they were old. The mfg date of the tires is on the receipt. They were 3 and a half years old when they sold them to me. Heres the best part. Cory says, I didnt put them on your car! Really? Thats the official Tire Choice response for selling me defective tires that last 14,000 miles. Then he starts yelling at me when I was critical of the warranty. I asked him why he is yelling at me? I wasnt yelling or cursing. So I go in to talk to Cory while picking up the car. No way I was buying new tires from this place. I asked for his boss contact info so I could discuss his rude behavior. He point to his boss standing next to him. He also said I dont let anybody talk to me like that!. Like what? Complaining to him about being sold old, defective tires that are worthless at 14,000 miles? Again, i did not curse or yell but let him know I was incredulous that he said he didnt install them so its not his fault. Of course the service manager does not instal tires. The store manager was no help either, but more professional. They gave me the phone number to bf goodrich and told me to take it up with them. Let Cory know I will never do business with them again. Discount Tire treats you with respect and stands behind their tires. Thats where Im getting two new tires next week. of course, neither was wearing a mask. G Vanaski

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.I came here last year to have multiple items in my car replaced relating to the coolant system (water pump, thermostat, hose). After a little over a year (30k miles) my water pump broke again. The mechanic himself said water pumps last 80k - 100k miles! Cost me 640$. Not trustworthy or willing to help. I repeat do NOT come here for repairs.

I pulled in to get a long overdue oil change. The representative at the counter recommended tires as well, which I knew I needed. He gave me a fair quote and the technicians had my oil changed, 4 tires mounted and balanced, and an alignment done in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff is always courteous and professional. I will definitely be back!

While Ive only been here a few times, Ive been impressed every time by both staff and service. Service is quick and well done. The staff are friendly and very informative and willing to answer any questions one may have. Im also very happy that while they do inform you of upcoming things to watch for they DONT push and try to talk you into it. Hector whom Ive had the pleasure of having helped me the last 2 times is one of the best sales associate Ive ever dealt with for this kind of place and have not left unhappy yet.

Came in today for my first time since moving here from Michigan. Was not overly impressed. I called prior to coming and was told my cost would be $54.99. After arriving was told it would be $69 plus tax. They also asked if I wanted my tires rotated, I said I want whatevers included. On my receipt it states a tire rotation is included, but looking at my vehicle that was clearly not done. Really missing the place I used to go to in Michigan today. Theyd show me and explain to me everything theyre doing. Never try to upsell me something I didnt come in and ask for, always offered free water or soda. And I was able to sit in my car while they serviced my car. Today we waited inside on some chairs that were falling apart. Just wasnt overly impressed. I came in because of the reviews, but Ill go elsewhere next time. Also, they didnt put a sticker inside my car so I know when Im due for the next oil change? Thats the first time thats ever happened.

Very standard service, they were very helpful and understanding with my finances and did their best to give me every discount possible they were happy to answer any questions I had. The representative I had was Giovanni Martinez, he was very nice and helpful. I came for an oil change, it was a little pricey but I also need more expensive oil due to the car i have so that wasnt their fault at all. Very nice place to go, would go again.

I ordered tires through amazon and had them delivered here. When I received notification that the tires had been delivered, I called to see if they could move up the installation from the appointment time I had set up when ordering the tires. They said I could come on over in a few hours. They took my car right in when I arrived. They have been friendly and efficient. I was a little worried about ordering online, but everything had worked out well!

Rip off artists! They tell you every time you go there you need to buy new tires. I bought new tires from these people a month ago that has lifetime tire repair then I got a flat on one of the tires and they claimed it was a nail and its not covered and then said that we need a new tire instead of repairing. The point is they are completely ripping people off and do not honor their word or agreements. Save your money and go elsewhere to people you can trust because these people arent trust worthy!!!

My mom and I went in because I had a nail in my tire and they instantly checked to see if it had air coming out instead of nailing us with the conversation of having to get a new tire like all the other tire places we went to. I have been to a number of shops over the years, but I must say, dealing with the tire choice has been the most pleasant experience Ive encountered. Conveniently located off of Cypress Garden Blvd right across from Taco Bell. Customer service was good and they got me out within an hour. Only negative would be- They are not as in depth as Im used to. Usually I get a paper with things that need my attention ( check engine lights, fluids etc..) But all in all pretty good.

Most places are closed today being a holiday and it’s understandable, however with my drive to work, screws don’t care what day of the week they appear in your tire...I needed it done today. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I popped into The Tire Choice & Total Care with no appointment and they fit me in despite obviously being busy. It took a couple hours to identify and remedy the leak around the rim. They explained that a faulty machine extended the work time. (I watched them take my car back about 20 min after I arrived and work on it continuously the remainder of the time. You can see the bays from the waiting room wondows.) They thoroughly explained the issues and were very professional throughout my experience. Because it took so long, they refused to charge me anything! Im flabbergasted! This level of care and consideration is something you rarely see anymore. I will definitely go back to them!

These guys Mike and Kyle are awesome, I had a blowout to my tire and they did such a great job helping. My car blew out down the road, they drove me to my car to get the tire information drove back to get the tire and again went to change my tire with no hesitation!! I used to take my vehicles to Firestone and they would nickel and dime me every single time I went in. My cars would end up being in worse shape after they’ve worked on them. I’m beyond happy to have found Tire choice and I must say my experiences there have been top notch. Paid for alignment.Steering wheel was off, brought it back to get it straightened out and was told I needed 2300.00 worth of front end work.Took it home and fixed it myself in 30 minutes.I would also like to add that they charged me sales tax on my alignment and argued with me about it.For everyone’s information there is NO SALES TAX ON SERVICE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.I was in retail for several years.

Stopped by The Tire Choice to get an oil and filter change after work and the new manager was a complete delight. Not only did he stay open a little later to perform my service, he spotted an issue with my car that would have cost me hundreds down the road but next to nothing now. If you have to get service done I advise coming here.

Unfortunately I have to go to this place to get my vehicle serviced. I have been there two times to get an oil change. First visit took 4 hours to get a simple oil change. Second trip took 4.5 hours. I simply start stop watch on my phone when I walk in front door and just sit back and wait. Bring your phone charger and a snack. Youre going to be there awhile.

I went in to McGee tire last night, 10 minutes before closing time and Chris greeted me right away and was happy to take care of me. I had been told by Nissan during a routine oil change that I had a slow leak caused by a nail in my tire and they wouldnt be able to patch the tire, I would have to purchase a new one (my car is brand new - so obviously the tires are also). And it was going to cost a pretty penny to replace.I finally went to get my tire situation fixed and was very pleased when the kind gentlemen at McGee said they patched it up no problem!These are people you can trust! While the man at the counter was charismatic and successfully talked me into buying a credit card with them, I was very unhappy with the treatment I received there.I was originally told that the price of my oil change was $69. When I got the bill, it was $65 even though I had several discounts due to signing up for the credit card and other things. I asked him about it and he said that the price was actually ≈$80 in the computer system, which they have to abide by. He agreed that it was ridiculous and misleading that there are two seperate price points.I am not one to complain so I paid and went to leave. In the parking lot, I saw that the cover of my favorite book had been torn horribly down the center. It was in a safe place and the only way I can see that it could have been damaged was if someone opened my center console (roughly. It was on top) but there would have been absolutely no reason why they should have opened that. Still, I did not complain. The next day, I was driving my child to school and I saw that the hood was threatening to pop up while I am driving only 50 miles per hour on a busy road. They had left my hood unlatched. This is my silent cyber complaint about this business.

It isnt everyday you discover a mouse in your car, but one had found its way into my AC fan. I didnt know what was making that noise, but after a few days of Florida heat, you can imagine what happened. Took my car to my trustworthy oil change guys, and 15 min later had extricated the problem. They also refreshed my car so I no longer had dead mouse smell. The mechanic Tony did everything with a smile. I owe him cookies for doing such a great job!!

I have been doing business at this location for many years(since the former name). I recently needed my breaks replaced on my Tahoe which are under lifetime warranty. I was helped by the store manager Jacob Hanson after inspection I needed additional work done at a cost that made me very upset. I have to admit I was livid, Jacob remained calm, professional, and sympathetic and guided me through how he would help me. Not only did he help me with my vehicle needs and get the cost at reasonable price, but he went above and beyond to make sure I knew me and my family’s safety was his top priority. We all have heard the fears of dealing with auto repairs and the price gouging, but I can honestly say Tire Choice is worth doing business with because of people like Jacob.
