They did a great job with the body work they did on my vehicle, but communication was definitely lacking. They had my car for nine days and I was given three different time frames of when my car would be ready, and each time that time frame would pass with no communication from them. The only time I would get an update on what was taking so long for the car repairs is when I would call them. When I was told I would receive a call back, I never would receive a call. But other than the lack of communication, the body work repairs were excellent.

We bought a 2017 Fiat here today. Here is what we experienced:We looked all around the lot. Someone from the dealership came walking by, but just as we were bracing for a sales pitch, he just nodded, smiled, and walked on to the garage. We finished looking and went in the lobby. Very clean and smelled nice. A salesman asked if we needed help, and we told him we wanted to look at a particular car. He showed it to us, answered questions and generally acted like a friend, not really pushing the car at all.We decided to get it with our trade in, and that process was great, believe it or not. The manager who actually came over and didnt hide in an office somewhere talked about the deal and was very open. The finance manager (Pete) was remarkably helpful, explaining everything clearly and was friendly. Honestly we laughed a lot, never felt pressured, threatened, or even stressed. The whole thing felt like visiting cousins, who also happen to sell cars and you pick one up while you are there.I 100% recommend this place for anxious people buying their first car or someone getting their 20th. Fair prices, honest people, and they treat people with dignity. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Alfa Romeo FIAT of Winter Haven. First was as a 2008 Jeep Wrangler as a customer. After seeing the way they do business and take care of people, I bought a 2016 FIAT 500X as an employee. My girlfriend and I are both very happy with our cars. Her Jeep is beautiful and fun for our frequent trips to the beach, and my FIAT is great for commuting to work and driving around town. They were so great, I had to join the Low Payment Kings family.

Let me start by saying that the sales team is phenomenal. They do everything they can to get you in a car at the price you can afford. No pressure, no tricks. The rest of this review is about the service department.NEVER take your car to this place for service. Hands down, these are the filthiest con artists on the planet. I have had my car serviced here 4 times now. Each time, they try to upsell you things that you dont really need. Thats not a shock and its not hard to say no. Its a nuisance but I understand thats part of their job.In May, I took my car for an electrical problem. A week later, they called and said they changed the battery and it would be $185. I thought that was fine and clarified that it would be that amount. I did request that they do further diagnostics because the issues were with the back up camera, error lights on the control panel, and intermittent drive mode issues. I thought it was more than a battery. They said they would keep the car and run diagnostics and get back to me. I called a week later. Left a voicemail. Called again. Left a voicemail. This went on for over a month. I went in person at one point, they were slammed, so they took my name and guess what? They never called me.They had given me a loaner vehicle. I figured that when they wanted the loaner back, they would find me and give me my car back. The loaner was a cheap version of my own car anyway, so I didnt mind it too much. On June 17th, they called and said I owed them $535. I said that I thought the battery was the only issue. She claimed there was labor and shop fees and taxes. For a battery that every auto parts store installs for free? She said shed call me back after she talked to the manager. Guess what? They never called.So today I went in person AGAIN to figure it all out. They said I owed them $1365 for a rental car for 40 days! I was shocked. I dont have that kind of money. After much negotiating and being called names by the service manager, I paid $268 for a battery, with parts and labor and yes... you read that correctly... they charged me parts, labor, and a shop fee for installing a battery. Lo and behold, they never fixed any of the electrical issues at all. What were they doing with my car for 40 days? Probably running a rental scam on me.Also, my car is filled with bug carcasses, has a scuff on the leather, has a broken visor clip, and theres a scratch on the rear quarter panel (which I hope is superficial and will buff out). Im out $268 (AutoZone couldve done it for free with a $155 battery). Plus, they damaged my vehicle and they are trying to get me for another $1225 because they waived a few days of the rental they gave me.Ive attached pictures of the error, scratch, leather scuff, and dead bugs, including larvae. Im in complete shock. Sadly enough, Ive purchased 2 cars from them. Fool me twice... I guess I had to learn the hard way.One more thing, my car is under warranty. So, any of the electrical repairs they did, wouldve been covered under the warranty. Odd that they would pass up free money like that.

Took my car there to repair a broken bracket under the car, I agreed to the repair price and was told it would be a 3 day repair. After the car was there for a week I went up to grab something I need out of the car to find 2 large scratches on my passenger side door. After brining it to Nick’s, the body shop manager, attention, his reply was “i didn’t do that, the car has been in this spot since you dropped it off, l’m not painting your door”. First of all I never said HE caused the damage but it was clearly done while the car was in their possession. The car was sitting in a back lot surrounded my other vehicles that are constantly being moved around. Was he sitting out there for a week watching my car to assure it wasn’t their fault??? All it would have taken was some good customer service to take care of this issues, but he decided to point the finger at me like I scratched the car while it was with them for a week. Towed my car to a dealership in Tampa, was a mistake going there to begin with.
