I had a very positive experience at Jarrett Gordon Lincoln. I feel the price I paid for my new vehicle, as well as what was allowed for my trade-in were competitive. Dealing with Jeff Ryan, their Internet Sales Manager was a pleasure. He took the time to walk me through the vehicles features so that I could operate it safely, and followed up quickly when I had subsequent questions. I will definitely consider them for future vehicle purchases.

The dealership does not respect customers. I’m a black veteran and first responders. Everyone knew that a vehicle was being sold to me . But was given to someone family members in the dealership. I understand that wish they would told me not the day of I’m supposed to pick the vehicle up . Now I have take the vehicle off my insurance. Now they want me to go up 10k more dollars to get other vehicle that they are saying a cutting me a deal. Lol
My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle and found what we thought was a great deal. The price was listed at $7900 over the weekend then jumped to $8555 by Tuesday. Then after trying to negotiate an offer the price rose to $9800. Very shady practice and the reasoning was they were trying to bring the used vehicle to market value yet just a few days prior you were willing to sell it at 2k less?
They did me great they washed my vehicle give me a new tire I would give them 5 stars

Just bought a Lincoln Corsair from Jarrett Gordon. This is the second sales experience I have had with the Jarrett organization and I must say that everyone was very professional. My salesman was Chuck Watson and from the very first email inquiry to the final decision to purchase he was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was patient with our questions, and he exhibited excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership....had a very positive experience.

Took my 2015 Lincoln Navigator in for oil change and tire rotation on Monday. Car is now leaking oil. Checked oil level and it reads full. Can’t believe they didn’t check for leaks before releasing the car back to me. I’ll find somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced next time.
I came there with a 100% pre approved loan and was told that I needed to put down an additional 6k to purchase the car. Even the loan company said that was wrong being that I was approved for more than the car was worth. I don’t know if they regularly practice this thievery but the sale person Chuck is definitely a crook to say the least.

Sadly, a terrible experience with no ownership to their mistake. On 11/16/19, Anthony, the general manager, sold me a demo vehicle. During the test drive, warning lights indicated Collision Warning System. The salesman said it was showing me that there is a potential collision (I dont think he was trying to trick me, he simply didnt know). I accepted that answer. Driving home, error came again and again. They are in the process of repairing my new vehicle but I dont want a vehicle with front end damage and I certainly dont like being lied to by Anthony who promised he would look for a replacement vehicle, and never did. Today, speaking with Anthony, who refuses to let calls go to the owners, actually accused me of causing the damage. That infuriates me as the vehicle had issues before I took possession, as evidenced in the attached screenshot (thank heavens I have a log history of the vehicle). Now I feel like they are not taking responsibility and Anthony is deflecting his own mistake on me. I would not recommend this particular dealership.

They gave us the keys to a vehicle said it was ours all we had to do was sign the papers this was a three day ongoing thing after they ran our credit still no vehicle from this dealership but we did end up getting a vehicle from another dealership which we did not need a co-signer when they said we did and they were also supposed to only run my credit once but it ended up getting ran several times thank you for your time but in the end it was no help at all but were all taking care of now buy another car dealership
