Brought my Blue 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat in for paint and body. My vehicle was vandalized (paint solvent/paint remover gel was thrown on it) so it required some extensive paint work. This was not an easy task being that the 2018 F-150 is an aluminum body, so it required special prep work/painting. Also, the paint was only peeling on the front end/half of the truck, so matching the vehicle paint to the other half of the truck was tricky as well. Being retired military, I am a huge attention to detail person, I am not an easy customer to deal with. I can promise you if the truth was told, Stewart Auto Body would say the same thing, but I have to give credit where credit is due. They were patient and understanding of my anxiety on whether the job would come out correct. Stewart DELIVERED on their promise to make the vehicle right, the way I wanted it and expected the job to look. The vehicle is matched perfect. Stewart always kept me informed and ensured the vehicle came out as promised. The paint turned out flawless! The quality of work is one any military person or attention to detail individual would expect. To give some background, my wifes 2021 Hyundai was also damaged in the vandalism and had to be re-painted as well. I let another shop in the area take care of her vehicle. They didnt get it right. Her shop felt rushed, no attention to detail, very disappointing. I WISHED I would have brought my wifes vehicle to Stewart Auto Body. I highly recommend Stewart. Went in for a brake inspection and Stewart Auto Repair provided a whole vehicle inspection, and recommended appropriate work on the brakes, which are working like new!

The work done by the collision department was excellent. However, they did not put the proper air stem cover (silver vs black) on the repaired wheel. My husband noticed right away!

Heard some noises and car was pulling when I drove after a unpleasant and poor experience and conversation with a different representative I eventually ended up working with Mrs.Amy and she was absolutely the best she got my transmission checked out and radiator as well. She resolved all my issues and going forward I will only be dealing with her if I need anything she’s very professional, nice, and great at her job. If or when you go here ask for Amy! My score is four stars for overall experience because Amy really left a great impression on me and if I hadn’t worked with her my score for overall experience would have been much lower my score would have been a five had Amy been the person we spoke with originally walking in.

These people are amazing!! First of all when you walk into the collision repair office they have a team of wonderful women at the front desk, all of them were so nice AND they have TWO Pomeranians just hanging out at the front as well which was a bonus!But seriously these people are amazing especially Kurt! he kept in touch with me the entire time my car was being fixed and kept me updated with any information regarding my car which help me be more at ease with the process.They told me it would be done in Two weeks but got it done a week early! They are amazing my car came out looking brand new, it’s perfect, the price wasn’t bad as well, and they got it done in a shockingly fast amount of time! I’ve had my fair share of collisions so I definitely appreciate their service and how friendly and quick they were. I called Stewart’s on Monday to ask about an issue. They scheduled me the following day (today), diagnosed and fixed the issue all in one visit. I have dumped thousands of dollars into vehicle dealerships that do half the work at twice the cost.Robert was my service rep and he did a very thorough job explaining the issues, causes and how to fix it. All work orders were discussed and priced prior to services so there were no surprises and I was able to do some research without feeling pressured to make a decision today!Very impressed and happy to report I don’t feel like I got screwed! Never disappointed. Staff is honest, professional, and friendly. Another company quote $470 plus more for one headlight (labor not included) when all I needed was a bulb for $40 (needed two) plus labor final cost $207.31. Gotta love the honesty.

I have a 2016 Volvo that we bought last year. Due to Covid, we didnt drive it very much, but had a a manufacture recall so had to go to the dealer in Winter Park. We knew the AC was not working well, so asked them to take a look at it while we were there. And they told us that there was a broken motor mount, as well.I did an internet search for Volvo auto repair in Winter Haven and found you. Im so glad I did. I spoke with Robert and he felt he could fix the motor mount, check the A.C. and the rotors that we discovered were bad. While it was a big expense to do it all at one time, they were safety issues that needed to be done. When it was all done, it was still less expensive than at the dealer. The positives for me: dealing with a local business, saving about $500, and getting into a cold car! The car just felt like it was riding better, no more shimmy in the brakes, AND the AC works!I couldnt be happier! Thanks to Robert, who listened to what I was saying, was pleasant and respectful. I hope I dont see you soon, but if I do need service on my vehicle, I will bring it to you.

Kurt communicated with me better than my own insurance! I knew from talking with him he would make sure my car was returned to me in at least the condition it was in before my accident, and it actually looks better! They made sure my insurance would replace what was necessary and made my car look brand new.

So far so good. My car wouldnt start even aftet a new battery. Had to have it towed to stewart auto repair. And in one day they had it running. Simple fix it was a couple of fuses

Stewarts does great work and I wouldnt take my vehicle any place else, but this was just a minor repair for paint chip on the bumper and was supposed to be 2-3 days but took more than double the time. I realize some things are out of their control, but it was very inconvenient being without the vehicle for such an extended period....

Best place to get an oil change. I bring my oil, normally Walmart has great deals on Mobil 1 oil and is the cheapest. Dana takes care of any extra needs that I might ask him to do. My bill normally runs about 12 dollars for a change! They also have a auto body shop directly located right across the street. Overalll they are the best place to go and not get ripped off even by car dealerships. I stopped going to the Ford dealership in Davenport after coming here once!

Attempted to establish new Car Shop to care for my Avalon. Had a previous repair that I was aware of to Radiator but was stable.Went in to have ONLY Tire Rotate & Check Transmission Fluid. I asked them (While looking, advise on anything you see) THAT Was All I asked for!!! The initial goal was to find an Honest Service..... :((20 minutes later they presented me a 600-800 bill UPCHARGE and had my engine torn apart without my approval !!! They had masked the radiator and uncoupled my previous repair without my approval!After making CLEAR this was NOT what I asked for, they put the car back together & Finally Rotated my tires. Charged me $753 hours later after fixing what they tore apart at home, my radiator & hose is not repaired and functioning properly.Summary:I consider this experience as if going to a Commission based Dealership looking to Upcharge all customers vulnerable. When I was a younger man, I worked at Sears Auto as an Advisor and we were instructed to do exactly the same to all women and old folks ..... I suppose Karma in some fashion, I pray that they do not experience the same in 30 years when they too will need the same economic service...The Service Advisor got the ONLY $50 of my SS Disability Income they will ever get. Instead of thousands of long term customer loyalty !!

This was my first post covid visit with my car. I made an appointment online and called to confirm the same morning, everything thing seemed fine.Once I get there, the front desk knows nothing about it and I am told it is going to be an hour and a half wait in a waiting room filled with people! I do not suggest making an appointment because it makes no difference, it is still first come first served.I drive to Stewarts from Orlando because of their quality of craftsmanship and integrity! I will continue to have them service my car, however, my expectation with making an appointment does not aline with waiting in a non- social distanced waiting room for an hour and a half.

My car was hit in the front end. Stewart Auto Body fixed the front end replaced all broken parts and painted it. My car looked better than it did when I purchased it. They dealt with my insurance company and did what was best for me and not them. They put me first. I will never use anyone but Stewart Auto Body for all my needs.

I ask about a diagnostic check on a truck engine and was told if someone work on an engine they dont go in after anyone for a diagnostic check

If you like being ripped off, this is the place for you to go. The customer rep. Dan is nothing but a liar. Took my car in for a service engine light on, and it’s still on, 3 days to tell me his machine was broken. Then say he replaced both headlights to find out he didn’t when it was time for me to pay. When I picked my car up they had changed my oil witch I didn’t tell them to do, left with the same issues I came with, with a tab of 288 dollars smh

Stewarts did warranty paint work on my car. There was a defect in the factory undercoat. Stewarts had to strip and repaint the entire car. They did a beautiful job

I took a diagnostic and wanted to get a wheel alignment and there wheel alignment machine could not align my car so I was told that just for putting it on the wheel alignment machine that they could charge me but they didnt but they charge me for a diagnostic results that I bought in with the same results I feel I have been taken for a ride I work in customer service and I know that I got taken for a ride
