Took my Son here for an exam, new frames and lenses. It was the most professional, friendly and easiest process weve had over the 15 years hes had glasses AND the prices were great. The service was so great, that my entire family will be going here as well. Highly recommended!

This is my first visit to Harrel Eye Care and it was due to the fact my optometrist (Dr. Anderson) joined their team. The office and staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable - they listened to and answered all my questions. And Harrel has hired an outstanding Dr. He is very personable and works with the patient rather than trying to push things down their throat. Harrel made a good decision with this hire. I’ll recommend them to everyone!

Good visit. Very professional staff and the Doctor was very helpful to explaining our concerns in detail with imaging to further ensure our understand.The assistant was fantastic with our nonverbal child while obtaining images. The doctor also shared how they determine issues for non-verbal children.Length of visit was good, very minimal waiting during the entire appointment.

Technician was very helpful with allowing me to try a different brand of contact lens that what I have worn previously. She also took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the new prescription and how it affected my astigmatism.

The service was excellent from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out the building. The staff was friendly and very attentive and my eye doctor was amazing! The prices weren’t bad either.

I felt rushed by the Dr. during the exam when I asked twice to see if we could try to improve the vision in my right eye, she just kept saying..well go back to that. Well we never did. She talked so fast and rolled right thru the exam and was out the door! Worst experience I have had here!!

I’m from out of town and I was needing contacts ASAP. I called around and a lot of eye doctors wouldn’t help me out but Harrel was able to get me a set of contacts after I sent over my prescription. I talked mostly to Teresa and she was so kind but the rest of the staff seemed friendly and helpful as well. The office was really nice and super clean! If I lived in Tulsa this would be my eye doctor for sure.

I brought my family in. They were efficient and good at analyzing what they saw in my eyes. They took the time to explain how to put contacts in and out to the Minion. We left and for contacts, one pair of glasses, teaching the minion about contacts, and four exams with pictures of our eyes it was $500 with insurance

My tech Shelby was fantastic — friendly and still professional, helpful with all of my questions, willing to explain what all the machines did, and efficient. Whatever they’re paying her, it ought to be more!I saw Dr. Anderson, and I actually followed him to this office. I’ve been his patient off and on for over 20 years (the off years were when I was not local), and he’s been my favorite out of all the eye doctors I’ve seen (including overseas!). He is always in a good mood, listens to all my concerns and answers my questions, and gets me seeing better than 20/20.But the real star of the show is Becky. I am horribly indecisive and overwhelmed when it comes to picking out new frames. She guides the way and helps me narrow down to some fantastic options but never pushes. She can tell you what is happening in terms of trends, she is also attuned to what shapes/sizes/colors suit people, and she takes personal preferences into consideration as she helps you locate frames to try on. There is no pressure to buy glasses in office, but each pair that Becky has always been a home run. Since I wear glasses everyday, I completely think it’s worth paying the extra money over an internet site (and those cheap internet glasses never quite get my Rx right either). I fully adore her, and I secretly hope she clones herself before she should ever stop working!

Dr. Harrel was great, assessed what I needed quickly and I was set up for the glasses that would work best for me. A nice selection of glasses, cannot wait for the to return from the VSP shop. I had the best experience at this office. My appointment was at 4;45 because I work late and they were very understanding of me absolutely needing glasses so they graciously stayed late and allowed me to choose a frame. The frame selection is incredible. The techs were awesome. The opticians were so helpful. And lastly, the ladies at the front were so so so kind. 12/10 experience.

Becky, their optician, is exception at what she does, make you feel very comfortable snd give honest, well thought out opinions where needed. Dr. Anderson was also fantastic, did a very thorough exam and took time to explain what he was seeing and what it meant and how I can proceed moving forward for my overall eye health. Very nice facility too, btw.

This was my 2nd time visiting Harrel Eyecare at the 81st and Mingo location and it’s was a very good visit. Dr. Baggs is so nice and all the staff was so helpful.

The office is beautiful! Very light, bright and ultra modern. They need signage on outside of the building itself. Even just their name on the glass doors. The banner out on the street, signs in the parking lot, let you know youre at the right building. Without anything on the building itself, youve no clue, you can actually enter from either side of the parking lot.Ive trusted Dr. Anderson with my vision care for the last 20yrs. I hope hes happy with this new group.

Prices are way to high. I lost my glasses and they wouldn’t order me new ones til I had a exam. Had to go to south Tulsa location for exam then back to Harvard to finish order. Kinda of a hassle. But they are trying to rush my order before I leave for vacation. If they come thru I’d give them 5 stars even tho their prices are crazy high.

I was happy with Tiffany Harrel and her assistant. However, I was not happy about the charges I incurred. Before the appointment I gave my insurance information by phone. I did not find out until after the appointment that it was out of network. I was charged $85 when I was expecting $25. I called my insurance and they told me Harrel was in network. I called Harrel Eyecare back and was told I was in network for medical, but not for vision. It doesnt make sense to me. If I had known that Harrel was out of network I would have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I had a pleasant experience at Harrel Eyecare today. Dr. Savannah Sayler is very knowledgeable and explained the scientific details of the eye in such an interesting manner that I came home to do much more study on the wonderful design of the human eye. She is kind and easy to talk with. I felt much confidence in her diagnosis as well as in her warnings and helpful suggestions.Her tech and assistant, Shakayla, is very personable and thoughtful. She made some of the more tedious tests more pleasant as she gently led me through them.I would highly recommend Harrel Eyecare as it is run professionally with excellent doctors and technicians. One of the most friendly staff I’ve ever come across at any appointment! Great with myself, my 13 year old, and 20 year old. They had great glasses selection (very trendy and cute). They explained various aspects of my insurance so I could understand fully what would be covered! SUPER nice while explaining everything as well! It’s great to feel like the doctor/staff truly care! Family friendly and would recommend to anyone in Tulsa (multiple locations makes it very convenient).

Im new to Tulsa. Randomly chose Harrell. Glad I did. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Anderson was so thorough with my exam. The techs are great too. They do dry eye testing and treatment. ( I already knew I had dry eyes, their testing determines the degree. ) My eyes are happy 👀 They are measuring me for contacts and glasses.

Spacious room and modern design result in appealing environment; Everyone was smiling and courteous and helpful from the receptionist all the way to the Doctor Who examined me, including everyone in between! There was excellent communication from each person so that I knew what was going on at each point in my exam as well as in my whole time in their offices. Would highly recommend this office which is filled with people who invite you in and treat you well and expect the best results for you.

I scheduled appointments for both my husband and I with Dr. Anderson. When we arrived we were put in rooms and told another doctor would be seeing us. We’ve seen Dr. Anderson for years and prefer to stay with him. Had to reschedule to see Dr. Anderson but as we were driving away we received a call saying they would see us now and we were already several miles down the road. My husband‘s glasses had a broken earpiece so they did repair it that day and ordered new frames. When the new frames came in they were a different brand and size so they had to cut down his lenses to fit and in doing so they altered his prescription so now he cannot see very well out of his glasses and both earpieces on the new glasses are coming apart which makes it obvious these are poor quality frames than what we had originally paid for. So basically now he has a 300+ dollar pair of glasses that don’t help him anymore.So is it worth going back or just find a new eye Doctor and facility?

Dr. Sayler is the best. She’s so knowledgeable and kind. Her assistant, Lanie, was also very sweet. I highly recommend them!

The people are very friendly and well organized. When I arrived they took me right back to a room and I wasn’t there very long before the doctor came in. Had my eyes checked and got my new prescription.

Dr. Sayler & Lanie were absolutely WONDERFUL with my son. He is 11 and is high functioning autistic. He gets very anxious easily, but with the help of Lanie & Dr. Sayler, we had a very positive experience. Noel was wonderful with picking frames to adjusting his glasses when we picked them up! Which, we picked them up the SAME DAY in just a few hours! I would (& will) recommend Harrel Eyecare to everyone!

All staff very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Each item/exam was explained in terms i completely understood. The office was clean. I didnt feel rushed at any point. I was given some options and not pushed to buy a pair as glasses unless I decided to chose that option. However I noticed they had quite a selection of eye glass frames. I enjoyed this appointment and when necessary will return.

Very professional! No gimmicks, no price surprises and no upselling pressure.

I wanted to order replacement lenses, and they told me I “had” to have an exam since its been more then a year since my last. Made an appt, got right in, and got through the initial process. But when it was time to see the Dr., I wanted 45 minutes in the room before I decided to leave. Told the receptionist I wasn’t willing to wait any longer, and she just asked if I wanted to reschedule. No apology, no offer to find out what was taking so long, nothing. I could tell they’re double or triple booking clients to pay for the new facility and line their own pockets. I’ll just find another office that isn’t as greedy.

Our visit this time included the staff giving us information to be able to have my sons new glasses ready before he left to go back to college. Wow I was expecting to just have a boring in and out trip to the eye doctor but every single person I met could not have been any nicer! Seriously! They were full of smiles, passionate about their job, fun, personable, and so incredibly sweet! I’m going to recommend them to everyone!(Also, they give a military discount which makes me love them even more!)

It was Dr. Anderson’s first day so it wasn’t smooth at all, but they ended up giving me the wrong trial prescription. I need a -2.00 in contacts and was given -1.5, when I brought it up to receptionist she just said oh yea we go down if we don’t have your prescription in stock. Crazy.

The staff was excellent, they took the time to teach me how to wear the contacts I was going to be using, and got me into a cute pair of new glasses!!!

Fantastic service. In tulsa for work from far out of town, and my main glasses broke, leaving my so-so spare set to use. Harrels repaired my main set asap. And no charge. Fantastic. If I lived in Tulsa theyd be getting all my optical business. Very nice and professional office. Thanks so much!
