The receptionists, nurse, and Dr. Scavezze are all very nice and welcoming. Very thorough exam and only $30 contact lense trials, my last doctor charges $75. Will definitely use them again.

My family has been a regular customer for decades and have never received poor service. The eye exams are thorough and there’s a good selection of affordable frames and services. Great customer service keeps me coming back!

Terrible optometrist office. Take your business elsewhere, poor professionalism, time management and treatment of employees. They run the place like a mom & pop hole in the wall instead of a respectable practice. Plenty of good eye care facilities in Tulsa in better parts of town too. Replace your management if you guys read this! I’ll make sure everyone I know or talk to doesn’t give you guys their business

I have used this office since it was in Eastland mall and I will drive by a half dozen other places to get to this one. From letting me know about my vision to adjusting my glasses to the most recent experience of replacing the destroyed lenses they have always treated me right

This place is awesome! They have people to translate Spanish most days and are always willing to help. The doctors are very thorough with their exams and willing to answer any questions. They have unbeatable prices on contacts and accept most insurances. They also have a very wide selection of frames and sunglasses, and even if they dont have the frame you want they are will order it for you! Overall the staff is very nice and welcoming and truly care about their patients.

I have been going to them for years. The front desk girls are quick to greet you and are polite. The doctors are good, but they always seem to be wishing they were elsewhere. They both always have a stern look on their face and it feels so awkward. The office is good about getting you in and out and seen without an appointment. The optical side staff are nice, but seem to rush you in picking out glasses. The first time I got my oldest glasses I was asked if I wanted extras like scratch resistance on them. This time around I had to be the one to ask if it would be added.

Highly recommend this place! They have great doctors and the staff is very nice and helpful. The optical also has a good variety of glasses. Definitely going back!

BUYER BEWAREIf only I could give this place Zero stars. Been here before fore regular plain lenses and worked just fine. Thought I go for another pair but buy the extras, “scratch resistant/glare protection” and none of those extras work!! Lenses scratch just as easy if not worse and doesn’t prevent the lightest bit of light. I baby my glasses and have taken care of the same frame for years and when I bring the issue up to staff they order a new pair but it’s the exact same thing! Are they even ordering the correct ones or are they just poor quality all together? I don’t know but definitely money and time wasted.

I believe out of 3 different visits to an optometrist that this one got it right. The frame selection is limited but the diagnosis is the best i have seen. The place is very busy on weekends, i would recommend a week day visit if your planning to go here

Ive been a patient of this office for more than 20 years. Ive aways received excellent care. The wait has never been more than 10 minutes. Friendly staff, caring, knowledgable, precise doctors. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years. I currently have the flu and one of my last contacts tore. I asked them to sell me one contact until I get over the flu. They wanted me to set up an examination appointment while I have the flu. This makes no sense on so many levels. They would rather I come in and infect others by either use of the equipment or proximity than to provide me with one contact looks like I will be finding a new optometrist. not because of the contact but because of their lack of concern for peoples general health.

Friendly staff, I have had some issues with a failure on their part to communicate and them being frustrated with me when trying to clarify things. Just remember that you are a customer and they are earning your business, they seem to forget there are other places you can go.

Ive been going there for about 5 years. I have always had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and kind. I intend on going there always and I would recommend them. The Doctor takes time to listen to your questions and has been very nice.

Good doctors. Knowledgeable and informative. Glasses take a week or more to get in which is annoying. Go for the doctors but get glasses elsewhere.

The doctor is really nice but the clinic staff and the staff in the area to get glasses are rude. Have been going there for years but both my spouse and myself have witnessed this rude behavior the last few times we went there and will not be back.

Ive been going here for years i love my eye doctor but really disappointed that i have always had an issue with a lady that is always rude, always seems like she hates life and really doesnt ever want to help even when shes the one answering the phone saying eastland eye care how may i help you She makes you feel like you arent worth talking to her or belittles you just by even asking a question. Brenda is her name. She gave me the information i asked for in such a rude way then proceeds to ask me if i would like to set up an appointment, which i was so thrown off by her rudeness i just told her i would call back at a later time to schedule. Ive worked in the customer service field for 7+ years and yes i have had my bad days but not to the point i would belittle someone and make them feel less of themselves just because im having a bad day, but this lady has been having a bad day for years. Frankly, i think she shouldnt be there if she is this rude on the phone... all i was calling to do was see when i was eligible to get another pair of contacts. I really only keep going here because of my doctor :( Im really considering on not going back, but its hard to find a good eye doctor, i dont want to leave just because the front office lady doesnt know how to treat people.

Ive always had great service here. The staff is polite, the doctors are great and you can usually get in within a few days.

Staff was very friendly and the wait was minimal. Most importantly the script was right, i was having issues with my previous doc getting my script right and need glasses fast and Eastland has walk in policy. Awesome eye care facility very clean and professorial.

My wife, my 14 yr old son and I have been going to the eye doctors here (Dr. Tipton and Dr. Scavezze) for perhaps over 10 years. I brought my youngest 4 year old there for his first eye checkup with my oldest son recently and the experience was just as good as always. I believe it was Dr. Scavezze who diagnosed my wife had macular degeneration on one of her eyes a decade ago and referred her to specialist immediately. Fortunately the eye specialist got her eye treated and prevented it from worsening. My oldest son was diagnosed with farsightedness when he was 4 or 5 by Dr. Tipton and said he would outgrow it. His farsightedness went away when he was 8 or 9 yr old. I must say the two doctors here are very knowledgeable and highly experienced. We are very happy with this clinic and continue to get our eyes checked here every year.

Went to this place for the first time in October. My wife had been going there for years and highly recommended it. I have to admit, Dr Tipton was probably the most knowledgeable optometrist that Ive ever visited. Seemed like a nice guy and did a good job explaining small things that other people probably wouldnt even mention. When I was asked if I needed to be fitted for contacts, I said that I wont need it. Ill just buy the same exact ones that Ive been wearing for the past 15 years. The doctor even joked with me that those are outdated. I was going to get glasses from them with my insurance credit and pay the difference on top, but their selection was very lacking in my opinion. When the sales manager tells you that Nike is their highest brand, its pretty disappointing. She even told us that Versace and Armani are cheaper than Nike... Im sure the single 15 year old pair that is on their sales floor is cheaper than their high end Nike. Im a professional; not a 17 year old. A few weeks later when I tried to buy contacts online, the order was stuck because my doctor had no contact fitting on record for me. As it turns out, there is a prescription for glasses and a different one for contacts. It would have been helpful if they would have let me know that when I went the first time and told them i was gonna buy the same ones that Ive always worn. Pretty upset that I had to take time from my work schedule to go pay to put a pair of contacts in my eyes that Ive worn for 15 years. Sure enough... same exact prescription that Ive been wearing for the past 5 years and tried to order. Dr Tipton told me that its Oklahoma law and that everyone buying contacts has to be fitted. Thats fine, just let me know on the first visit and dont waste my time. I thought about not leaving a poor review, because it could have just been miscommunication. But the sales manager put an obnoxiously large stamp EXPIRES 1 YEAR on the fitting prescription they handed me that day. It must have been their subtle reminder. My wife has never received that stamp in all of the years that she has gone there. Its printed on the bottom, and I am already well aware that prescriptions are good for one year. I would have given them 1 star if I didnt think Dr Tipton knew his stuff. I wont be returning. My wife wont be returning.

I have been going here since they were in the Mall (FOR YEARS!!). They are so FRIENDLY, KIND AND THEIR CUSTOMERS MEAN A LOT TO THEM. The office manager and my eye Dr is the BEST!!!!

Front office staff is rude. They do not keep insurance information updated from last visit, but have insurance information from years ago that should have been shredded. We have been coming here for many years. Very disappointed on how my spouse was treated.
