Dr. Presley and associates are like a well oiled machine, oh and by the way they accept walk-in appointments! This is almost unheard of for a Dr.’s office anymore. They offered a variety of eye testing at no additional charge but simply because they care about the health of my vision. They were skilled in answering my insurance questions and offered great options for my contacts as I was needing a bifocal. The overall experience with them was easy, simple, and affordable. What I loved most was I felt important to them and the staff were happy and pleasant. I felt valued as a customer.

I really love seeing Dr. Presley and associates. They send me reminders so I dont forget my appointments. Their easy to talk with and always make me fill comfortable when Im there. They laugh and joke with you and dont keep you waiting long to see the doctor. Id recommend Dr. Presley to everyone. Thank you for caring for me so well.

Horrible service and incorrect perscription and incorrect contact lenses. On the intial visit I told them they had the wrong brand of lenses and was told lthey would have to order a trial pair for a test fit. They did not order the correct ones. After putting them in about 30 seconds later I realized I could not read anything within arms reach. In the exam I attempted to tell theDr? Gary R Morgan the problem and he started about maybe needing reading glasses. I told him there was nothing wrong with my original perspription. He continued on. I then said I was not pleased with the entire experience and was going to leave in 5 minutes. He then got up and invited Me to leave which I did. Today I went back to my regular Dr who had just moved and got an exam. My perscription had not changed at all. Both eyes are 4.75 and Dr Presleys office said they were 6.5 & 6.75. Not only was the service unfriendly and poor but they tried to force the wrong perscription & brand of lenses on me. I would give them less than 0 stars if I could.

The doctor and assistant were very polite and knowledgeable. A few weeks before I went Stanton Optical which was horrible. I reccomend every to go there. It was also light on my pocket. Beginning with the phone call for scheduling, the staff at Dr. Presleys office, were attentive, pleasant, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and sweet spirited.Dr. Morgan is a gem! He introduced me to monovision, which is wearing 1 contact for distsnce snd 1 for up close. What a concept! Loved the results, loved my prescription.Yesterday i was again paired with Dr Morgan, who was laid back and took his time with me, even though I kept asking for repeats of the ^which is better part.The choice of Christian music played in the office is a terrific choice and a great way to subtly tell the story of Jesus.♥️

I walked in to get an eye exam but since I dont have insurance I had to pay cash. $65.00 for eye exam and a paper of your prescription. The people working were very helpful and talkative cracked jokes. And theres a place next door that does glasses or u can order online or find another place to get glasses.

Though upon arrival as busy as they were, thought I would be there until they closed. To my surprise my wait was only 10 minutes before my name was addressed to go back. Exams was quick. All staff members were exceptionally nice and pleasant. No wait on the Dr. Good first experience. Will go back. Without insurance, my eye exam was $57. With 1 pair of glasses, 1 pair of sunglasses, and eye exam was $157. Again, this is without insurance coverage.

100% wouldn’t recommend this location! Went in for an eye exam only to be seen over an hour later. When the dr. Walked in he apologized for the wait and said it’s not his policy that appts get bumped for walk in’s. When addressed with the manager she said that they were just short staffed. Either way the number of walk ins and appointments they were excepting over extended their staff to the point they couldn’t take care of those that had appointments.

This place is a health hazard. The tiny waiting room is packed with over 15 people, with the majority of people standing around. No one wears a mask because a mask is not required. I was sitting next a older lady and her granddaughter who were both coughing there lungs out - NOT WEARING A MASK. When I looked over they said it was allergies! Its like this place is oblivious to all of the CDC guidelines they are breaking. And heres a tip for ya, DONT TRIPLE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I left without getting my eye exam.

I felt I received quality care . All my questions were answered with a friendly smile. The offices, restrooms, and reception area were clean and made my experience feel safe during this time of the Covid 19 virus.

We love Dr Presleys! They are so kind & considerate. We especially loved Katelyn. We had been waiting for a considerable amount of time for a room after testing (They were extremely busy!) So, she came out, asked us if we had been helped & I told her we were just waiting for a room. She worked hard to get us into a room. My son is deaf so, he has cognitive & sensory issues. She heard us out about our concerns & just talked with my son & I until he felt at ease. Shes amazing! When the doctor came in, she had obviously even told the doctor about my sons special needs. He came in, so kind & encouraging to us. Then, we went next door for his glasses & once my son picked out his frames, his glasses were ready in SEVEN minutes. Wow! Ive been going to Dr Presleys office since I was 12 (27 years!). They have several locations & we love them all. We did leave for awhile, but we are very happy to be back. Thank you guys! Was very pleased with Dr...he actually took time to make sure I could see things clearly... I am finally able to see out of the top portion of my glasses...the bifocals are a little blurry but its is getting better

I walked into a clean, quiet, and peaceful office and was greeted by warm, friendly people, who were very professional and attentive. Dr. Dalley is an excellent doctor, and I was quite pleased with the exam. My total wait time for both the front office and exam room may have exceeded three minutes. Who can beat that?! This optometry team had me feeling like family before I left. They truly care about helping people!

Saw Dr. Presley, the son. Hes nice. He did a more thorough exam. Which allowed them to file with my medical insurance. So, I only paid $35 for an eye exam. The price was good, but I really liked that the staff was friendly and courteous! Everything they did, was explained and they seemed to like their jobs. The customer service is impressive. I also liked that they go on mission trips every year. I gave them my old pair of glasses and I told them Id go home and search for more.

Dr. Gonzales was the most thorough and caring eye doctor I have ever been too. I have never been to an office that was so specific about your eyes its usually in & out, but not this place! I am a forever customer now. Would recommend 10/10 times!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! I went in on this past Saturday and was told that i would have about a thirty minute wait. THREE hours later i was seen. I wanted to have the exam done so that i could get both contacts and eye glasses. I was going to use my insurance to get the glasses and then pay out of pocket for a few months’ worth of contacts. To my surprise once the exam was done and i used my insurance for my one exam of the year. I was not able to get a contact exam without buying a whole year’s worth of contact. After speaking with the one nurse or whatever you want to call them telling them that i should have been told this form the beginning and i could have gone elsewhere. I was very rudely told well i could have asked and there is no way that they can tell every patient every policy i gave up and left. I have had trips to the ER that were faster and more hospitable than my experience here. The nurse i dealt with was a middle age guy with a beard. WILL NOT RETURN HERE and would not recommend for anyone else either terrible place. The doctor was friendly but over worked.

Dr Presley is very personable. He is genuinely interested in his patients care and well being.I highly recommend him whether its a basic eye exam, or for overall eye health.

My whole family goes to Dr. Presley for our eye Care. His staff & he works very hard to make sure we have the best of care & that all our questions get answered. Dr. Presley himself is one of the most friendly eye doctors I have ever met. He even knows how to make all the tech. jargen easy for me to understand. For a young guy hes got the bedside manner of one of those doctors who been practicing for 50 years & still cares about what he does. The funny part is a 4 of my daughters say hes not to hard on the eyes either (if ya catch my drift). Lol.

Been a patient of Dr. Richard Presley, OD for almost 10 years. Awesome staff, and doctors. They have always been very efficient, professional and courteous to me and looked after my optical needs with great care and concern. (I have particular health problems that cause my eyes to misbehave) I only had to stop going to them because I had to move to another state. Just spoke to Elijah and he truly helped me in my prescription and was absolutely pleasant. Keep up the great work you guys! Blessings!

I went in for an exam for contacts. I paid for the fitting and the doctor wouldnt give me my prescription unless i bought contacts from him and is in fact illegal. The place i was going to buy contacts from called the doctor and he gave them the wrong prescription, when i got the contacts they were to big couldnt even put them in. I would never go back. Horrible place.

These reviews are misleading. There is the doctors office and the eye glass center. They are not related. The doctors office is professional and courteous. My vision plan was not in their network, but the still filled out a claim form for me and gave me clear instructions to submit a claim. Dr. Sam Presely (the son) is a great doctor who took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. I left completely satisfied.

Went to eye surgery follow up appt & was told to re schedule. Waste of time. Goin to find a new Optometrist that cares.

Made an appointment for 10 am, at 10:20 am I asked how much longer and they said 15 more minutes. My husbands appointment was at 10:30 so i was expecting to be done by then. Apparently even if you set an appointment, they still take walk-ins so your time is not set.
