I am so thankful to the wonderful staff, Nancy in particular, at Twenty Twenty Eyecare. I live in Dallas and had an unexpected family emergency in Tulsa. They were so nice and gave me samples of my contact to get me through while I am here caring for Dad. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I am considering coming to Tulsa from Dallas for my eye care, they have been so wonderful!!

This place is amazing. I recently received an Eye exam with Dr. Bigheart, She went through all the measures to make sure I was seeing the best I could. It was such a warming and caring experience, Tyler was such a great tech! He made sure the workplace was sanitized before doing any testing, He was very informative through out the whole process. I can honestly say I was very pleased with my visit.

Loved this place! Nancy was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed for my appointment. She even helped me pick out my glasses that I absolutely love along side Kellie who was also extremely nice and really made my decision on what to choose easy. After I left I realized my glasses werent fitting as tight as I would like, Nancy got me right in and Kellie made sure I felt great with them on before leaving!!

I used to go to Twenty Twenty Eyecare but not any more due to job and insurance change. But they are so nice to replace my broken frame even though the warranty period has expired. Thank you so much.

Dr. Bigheart and the staff at Twenty Twenty Eyecare are nice, professional, and above all else very good at what they do! They were able to fit me in contacts when all others in Tulsa have failed. I had RK surgery many years ago which made contacts impossible for other optometrists in Tulsa to successfully fit me for contacts. Dr. Bigheart has the special training and expertise that have now given me freedom from glasses and better vision. I would highly recommend!

Went for my yearly eye exam and was so impressed with the service I received. Nancy not only helped me with finding the perfect glasses but convinced me to get an adorable pair of sunglasses! She even recognized me when I went to pick them up.... I sent a friend recently and he told me that he loved the service but also said the lady helping him check out was so nice. Turns out it was Nancy!

Dr. Blane Snodgrass is an excellent and caring eye doctor. The eye exam was thorough and comfortable. He has taken wonderful care of our family for years. Kelly Covey was patient and very helpful.

I can not say enough about how incredible this practice is!! Dr. Bigheart has been taking care of my family for years! We initially came to her because my son needed special custom contact lenses. He has a very strong prescription and fitting him was not an easy process. Dr. Bigheart was incredibly patient and was determined to find the perfect fit for him. She did, and we have a very happy teenager! She diagnosed a vision issue with my other son and directed us to the perfect place for eye therapy to take care of him. I enjoy visiting with her and never feel rushed with our appointments. I wholeheartedly trust her with the care and health of our eyes. All the staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind and very helpful! Dr. Bigheart and Suzanne Goodwin (lead optician) have been taking care of my vision needs for many years. They are each outstanding at what they do. I cant imagine using any other providers, or having more knowledgeable, reliable, compassionate, dependable care.Suzanne is amazing with her knowledge and experience in suggesting and fitting flattering and purposeful frame and lens styles, taking each patients individual needs and desires into consideration. She is a master of creativity in finding the perfect solution to my eyeglasses and in providing the perfect fit to my face.My day is always brightened after a visit to Twenty Twenty.I trust Dr. Bigheart and Suzanne completely, and recommend them 110%.

Had one of the best optical checkups at twenty twenty the dr was thorough and explained everything instead of just rushing through the appointment. Nancy assisted me with checking in and checking out my corrective lenses weren’t going to be available by the time I had to leave town so she was able to secure temporary contacts for me which was a lifesaver!

Customer service is a 10/10. The staff is fabulous. The woman that meets you at the front door is so kind & welcoming. Marsala, Dr. Bigheart’s, assistant was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Bigheart was able to fit me for contacts when other eye doctor’s had not been able to find the right fit for me. She also caught a problem with my eye before it became a bigger problem. I will continue to drive the 2 hours from my hometown to be seen by Dr. Bigheart.

Dr Bigheart has been my Dr since they very beginning of my eye problems. I have moved away from Tulsa area and drive back and forth because I am going to the BEST Eye Dr. there is. She not only has a great practice but incredible people that she has working for her. Kelly helps me with my glasses and she is amazing. I was very self conscious getting glasses and Kelly made me feel like I was unstoppable and gorgeous. I have been going to them forever because they don’t only me feel like “just going to the Dr for me”, they feel like family! I always look forward to my trip every year!The only thing I wish Is that I could get them 100 stars not just this silly 5 😁

In my visit, I felt very happy to get the help I needed and really like the glasses provided by my optician(s). They were all great but working with Kelly, I got a great pair of glasses. I will definitely be back in the near future as I really liked their upscale collections.

After looking through reviews at different places, I came upon Twenty Twenty and decided to give them a try. I absolutely will be going back for my next appointment when its time. I needed to get contacts and was advised of which contacts would work best for me and told about rebates! I wasnt hassled to buy my contacts through them either, they knew I wanted to comparatively shop and had zero problem with that (hands down they had the best prices even compared to 1800 contacts) Honestly, everyone I had dealings with were amazing from the front desk to the doctor. My family has been using Twenty Twenty for five years now and have never once been disappointed. They always go above and beyond to be kind and patient. They have never complained about my kids, or when we have to stay late to finish picking out glasses. Dr. Bigheart takes her time with her patients and is very knowledgeable, always willing to help. Suzanne has been there from day one as well, and she remembers us every time we walk in. Just all around great people who are always willing to help, try to make things affordable, and as easy on the customer as possible. I recommend them to literally everyone I find out needs an eye appointment. If you dont live close, they are worth the drive.

I always enjoy chit chatting with one of my favorite people in the entire world. (Dr. Snodgrass)I have been a patient of Dr. Snodgrass for about 15 years maybe a little more. I am his number one fan and have referred him to all of my friends and family until he moved to Twenty Twenty Eyecare. I have had the worst time trying to get an appointment. They send me emails saying it’s time for my appointment, then they say to fill out the form (attached to the email) or call to make an appointment. I’ve filled out the form twice and called several times and left messages. (This was all before COVID19) I finally had to just order new contacts yesterday and had a problem this morning, so I called their office for help. The voicemail says they are only seeing patients with emergencies, which I completely understand, but leave a message and they will call you back. Per the norm....I did not receive a call back. (I called at 9:00am) I’m very sad to say that I will be moving my whole family to another optometrist due to the continuous issues I keep having with this office. I will end this by saying that Dr. Snodgrass is a wonderful optometrist, so if you can actually get scheduling to answer your calls, then make sure you see him!

We were so impressed with Dr. Bigheart and the staff at Twenty Twenty Eyecare. During our appointment, Dr. Bigheart was knowledgeable, honest, confident and answered each question we had. Brittany and Bonnie were also very polite, helpful, as they helped entertain my two year old while my older son and I were getting our examines. We will be returning and highly recommended.

Took me three years since moving from the east coast to Ok, to find a doctor who could help my very difficult Rx. I am so blessed to have found Dr Morgans. She is an expert at my condition, and did an amazing job fitting me for RGPs and also glasses. Her optical staff is also amazing. Highly recommend them.

Unable to get my prescription correct after eight visits. Finally tried to get a refund and full amount was not refunded. They tried to say there was a 30% restocking fee and showed a document that stated that. Document had be signed but not by me - one of their technicians forged a signature. At least did not have to pay restocking amount. Sadly I cannot get back the multiple hours spent there for them to not be able to improve vision.UPDATE - Twenty Twenty contacted me and provided a full refund for services. At least provided some good customer service by providing full refund.

This is by far the best vision practice I have ever been to. The office is clean, tons of options and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have fantastic specials from time to time and I have referred many of my friends and co-workers to them.

My family has been going to Twenty Twenty Eyecare for 3 to 4 years now. In an eye exam with my daughter, Dr. Bigheart noticed that my daughters eyes werent tracking quite right. She referred us to a specialist and sure enough my daughter was having difficulty tracking and focusing on words when she read. Thanks to that catch, my daughter was able to get the therapy she needed at an early age, and she now loves to read. Also, I cant say enough positive things about Kelly in the Optical center. She is so good with her clients. She has helped my entire family pick out glasses that look good on each one of us and match our personalities, and she is great at explaining the insurance side of things. Thank you, Twenty Twenty!

I saw Dr. Bigheart yesterday as a new patient and I could not be more impressed with her and every staff member I interacted with during my visit. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating, my eye exam was thorough and personalized, and I left feeling very well taken care of. Outstanding in every way.

The office staff was very helpful and patient amidst insurance issues, and they helped get us in when we needed a quick appointment. For our appointments, we are always in-and-out, hardly any waiting around. Dr. Morgans is so sweet and very likable! We are big fans of twentytwenty!

I receivedinformation about the health of my eye, contact lens usage and what the best fit would be and I never received that from anywhere else. It all started when I called to make my appointment and the friendly voice over the phone was a girl by the name of Ashley. She couldnt have been more friendly and prompt in her approach. She just doesnt know she won me over just by being knowledgeable of her office and being extremely kind of friendly.To sayt I was blown away is an understatement. The technician that worked with me was named Brittany. She could not have taken better care of me. The facility is very neat and clean and the staff is very frienly. She took her time and explained each process of the exam to me and did it with great excellence and cheer.Once I was seen by Dr. Bigheart, she walked me through step-by-step of all of my issues and make sure I had no other concerns. She explain each chart very well and explained her expertise in laymans terms to make sure I understood. There was no stone left unturned and she even made me feel as if I had hope.To top it all off I was nervous about going because I was without insurance. Brittany made all of my concerns go away and gave me awesome information about a vision insurance plan called VSP. Needless to say,I was able to sign up with insurance and I now have affordable Eye Care that will benefit me and my family now and in the future. Thank you Twenty Twenty Eyecare of Tulsa for being so awesome at what you do.At first I thought it was just me they were being kind to, me but as I sat in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come in, I could hear them all having the same rapport with all the other clients that were in the office as well.. at Twenty Twenty Eyecare of Tulsa, great customer service still exists.By the end of my second appointment which was a contact lens fitting, they make sure I could see 20/20. New to the Tulsa area, we chose Twenty/Twenty Eye Care for our annual eye appointment. Your first impression when you walk in the office is WOW, what a beautiful office! You are greeted by a friendly smile, and a very efficient check-in process. Moving on to the actual exam, I can honestly say that is the most extensive and thorough exam my wife and I have ever had. We met with Dr. Bigheart, she went over all our exam results, and provided us with information on what we needed to do going forward. We also were able to choose new glasses, though that took awhile only because you had so many options to choose from.It’s very obvious Dr Bigheart cares very much about her patients and their eyes, and she is very thorough in her explanations.Thank you for such a wonderful experince!

I would highly recommend Dr. Morgan. I think you can trust her to do right by you.Ive had RK, 3 Lasik operations, cataract surgery, and 2 retinal detachments. I went to Dr Morgan a little over a year ago to get some gas permeable lens after my glaucoma doctor recommended GP lenses would be good for me. I was surprised at how much better I could see at night than with glasses.I m retired with no vision insurance and almost broke the appointment when I saw what a high end place this appears to be. Im happy I went in and got Dr Morgan. I think the charges are reasonable and Dr Morgan will take whatever time you need to help you see your best.My vision with the GP lenses is 20/20 for distance. After my yearly appointment with her, my left eye wasnt that good. and to make a long story short I couldnt see any better with the new lens.She spent a lot of time with me and ran some other tests on me and showed me pictures of my eyes both the good one and the bad one and explained everything. It was easy to see my problem from the pictures.She didnt charge me for the visit and she called my retinal surgeon and got an appointment for me and told me she would make the lens good when the swelling of my eye is under control.Her staff is so pleasant and helpful. When youve had as many eye operations as I have it is nice to find someone that stands behind what they sell you.

Very impressive. To say Im a difficult fit is an understatement (high-diopter bifocal RGP toric lenses), but after 3 sets of trials, I have the best set of contacts Ive ever had. Very nice experience overall, and will be using them exclusively in the future. Thank you, Dr. Morgans!

It took me 6 eye drs. and 3 years before I found the right dr. that could give me a proper diagnoses. Thank God for Dr. Bigheart. I cant thank her enough for all she has done for me. She was the first dr. who truly listened to what I had to say, did research and gave me the diagnoses of shingles in my eye. I was in such pain and agony one can only imagine. She has gone above and beyond what anyone would hope for. If other drs. could take lessons from her.

(REPLY TO OWNER ADDED )Poked my eye during exam than become upset with my b/c my eye was blinking during photo and stated Okay!... I mean whats going on here I have to get 6 photos I said sorry I couldnt control my reflexs after getting poked. Was talked into doing different lenses I expressed I was nervous about the change she said they guaranteed any purchases for 60 days If I didnt like it they would change it out no problem. I called the next day on opening hour telling them I didnt feel comfortable about getting the different lenses they said they would refund me back $44 to my card but then when I questioned why only $44 when I paid $88 for each lenses they said they would call me back. I then I got an email stating I would be getting store credit for future purchases for $117.00 for my family and I... no mention of refunding my money. My insurance only pays for new glasses every 2 years store credit isnt what I was expecting or what I was told originally when I didnt dispute the refund amount. Also, they charged my insurance $215 for glassed that everywhere online sold for $60-$100. When I asked for a complete refund and cancel the order they then said they would charge me a fee to do so because they already put in the new order and didnt get my email request because of the office closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday.. and Friday and closed on Saturday. They finally refunded me but then told me they couldnt release my prescription to me because of a new law that passed. After the Doctor called me she said there was no reason that it couldnt be released and she would sent it to me, and she did. The Doctor her self was very nice and she has a very cute shop and a lot to choose from but buyer beware..........REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENTS....... THIS WAS A CASE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!...... I ORDERED MY GLASSES 11/26TH AT 12:00. I CALLED TO CHANGE MY ORDER, NOT CANCEL MY ORDER, ON 11/27 AT 9:00 AM WHEN THE STOR OPENED. WHEN I QUESTIONED MY REFUND AMOUNT OF $44 IS WHERE EVERYTHING REALLY WENT DOWN HILL. 1ST RED FLAG: RUDE ASSISTANT WHO POKED ME IN THE EYE, 2ND RED FLAG : I CHANGED MY ORDER AND QUESTIONED THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND BASED ON MY RECEIPT IT SHOULD BE FOR MORE, THEY THEN WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK. 2ND RED FLAG: I RECIEVED AN EMAIL BACK... 7 HOURS LATER STATING THEIR ERROR IN THE $44 THAT INDEED IT WAS FOR $117 AND I WOULD HAVE THIS $117 APPLIED FOR STOR CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURPOSES ONLY. THE EMAIL WAS SENT TO MY AT 4:08PM I DIDNT SEE THE EMAIL POSTED TILL I GOT HOME FROM WORK AT 6:00PM. AT 6:00 PM ON THE 27TH I REPLIED TO THE EMAIL THAT BECAUSE OF ME ONLY GETTING STORE CREDIT WHEN I WAS ORIGINALY TOLD I WOLD GET A REFUND THAT I WOULD JUST LIKE TO CANCEL MY FULL ORDER AND GET MY PRESCRIPTION SO I CAN GO ELSE WHERE. 3RD RED FLAG: WHEN I WAS CALLED BY STAFF AND INFORMED IF I CANCELLED THE ORDER I WOULD BE FEED. I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE FEE SO I ASKED HOW MUCH.. TURNS OUT SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE FEE AMOUNT WOULD BE SHE WOULD NEED TO CALL ME BACK. 4TH RED FLAG: WHEN VERBALY REQUESTED FOR MY PRESCRIPTION I WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT GIVE IT TO ME DUE TO A NEW STATE LAW THAT PASSED AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK AND CALL ME BACK. AFTER BEING CALLED BY DOCTOR MORGANS HOURS LATER ASKING WHAT SHE COULD DO TO MAKE ME HAPPY, I OF COURSE FOR THE 3RD TIME REQUESTED MY PRESCRIPTION.... AND IT WAS SENT TO ME VERY SHORTLY AFTER OUR PHONE CALL ENDED. THE DOCTOR WAS VERY PLEASENT IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE. MY REFUND AND PRESCRIPTIONS WERE GIVEN TO ME AT 2:35 PM THE NEXT WORKING DAY, NOT NOON. MY CONCERN WITH YOUR OFFICE WAS FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY MISCONCEPTIONS OF MY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES NOR WAS IT BECAUSE I COULDNT UNDERSTAND MY INSURANCE POLICY.... IT WAS DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
