AKA Consumer Auto Credit. Worst customer service. If its the first time you come here, BEWARE, they will hunt you in the lot by packs in order to get you into buying a car. Once you sign that contract, you are doomed. Come in and everyone walks past you as if you are just there to look cute. They sell you a car that is having problems, and they want to hide behind their unwritten rules in order to not work out a deal. I say either FIX IT or TRADE IT. My money wasnt BROKE or MALFUNCTIONING when I gave it to you, so my car shouldnt be that way. Funny how there was another customer having the same issue as I came in to try and get this problem resolved. 1 star because there is no 0 option. If this issue gets fixed then the star rating might improve. But time will tell.UPDATE: came to pick up vehicle from mechanic, 1 of the problems was solved. I will bring back if the other problem still continues. The car was full of their trash (food wrappers and soda cup lid) and my door latch came loose. I dont know what the mechanic was doing. And to top it off, the keys got locked in the car and in the attempt of the mechanic opening it he messed up the paint.
Asked for more pictures of a truck they posted on Facebook, the guy who posted it named Eddie Gentile responds saying “It’s weird I tried selling cars through the Facebook app and the car just wouldn’t fit through the phone” and was called a “tire kicker” or in other words time waster just for simply asking for more photos..., honestly the worst costumer service ever! I highly do not recommended people buying there.
