Amazing experience!!! I purchased/leased a 2015 Mazda 3 Touring Edition with only 17k miles. I purchased a Honda Accord back in 2013 and I was given the run around. I live in Clearwater Fl 33756. the gentleman that helped me stayed in touch the whole 2 weeks that I was looking into this. I highly recommend talking and visiting this facility. Very clean considering covid situations. I couldnt have asked for better!!!!!!!

Scheduling and coordination were quick, easy and smooth. Merrick (Rick) was able to take my car in advance of my appointment due to an upcoming travel conflict, and the team routinely completed my service - seamlessly and without event - and my car was ready almost immediately upon my return. They sent Fermans transportation van to pick me up within an hour of my call, and dropped me off to close out in minutes. Overall, the experience was outstanding! How could I possibly expect more?! My service rep wasn’t there apparently but it was someone I never worked with before. I was passed on to someone else who told me it would take an hour to finish the work. Two and half hours laters she was MIA and I ended up tracking someone else who was able to give status and check me out.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW. Markell J. Remember that name! He is a very personable sales rep. I can’t believe he was aware of the car’s condition.Keep in mind, when you buy a car from this dealership, you will be charged $999.00 for a prep fee. That’s to professionally clean and detail the vehicle you’re buying. Due to inclement weather, I didn’t look that closely at the condition of the car. I’m still cleaning sand and dog hair out of the carpet. The carpet in the cargo area was pulled away from the pan that it covered. Windows were filthy and the leather seats were in sad shape.There was no mention of leaving the car for cleaning nor bring it back for detailing. I’ve spent countless hours getting the car back in shape.paul m

They kept my car for 2 months and 3 weeks no loaner car and with very little communication as to what was going on and that communication came from me calling and leaving messages for the service guy AND the service manager day in and day out who never returned any calls. Out of the 2 months and 3 weeks I was told when I finally went to the dealership that the service guy was out for two weeks which means no one else didn’t help out to make sure things were going the way it should have been in his absence.When I finally got my car back they had it started and ready for me just for me to find out when I got home that my key fob no longer worked (which is crazy since it worked before) 😒 the most horrible experience complete nightmare Once I get the key issue fixed with them I will never use this dealership ever again. Customer service is clearly not a requirement very dissatisfied .

Minimal time spent at the dealership. Willie was the guy that gave me a lift and the ride home and back the next day was enjoyable.

It’s my first time at this dealership and I will not be back. I arrived at 10:15 for my oil change appointment at 10:30, I waited in the service line for about 15 mins which is fine since that was my appointment time. 11:45 hits and I go to Merrick, the one who my appt was scheduled with, just to get an estimated time on how much longer. He looked confused and went out to where they service the cars to check the timing, and then I see someone driving my Corvette like a rental. They revved it and then sped around the corner at a pretty high speed for a parking lot. I definitely wasn’t a fan of someone driving my car like that, especially someone being paid to service it. I then went to one of the managers, Brian, to let him know I was dissatisfied with the way things were going and he told me he would “take care of it”. You’re better off going to a cheap place around the corner.

Quoted a large amount of work that totaled over $3300. When I took it to another mechanic for their opinions, they saved me over $2000. Definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Would never buy a car from them, have them service my car in the future, or recommend them to friends or family.

I came in with my vehicle saying low windshield washer fluid and left with low windshield washer fluid. They stated that all levels were good. But they did not even look. That makes me wonder how good of a job they are doing on my vehicle. And i know know that the check sheet they gave me was just filled in with out looking.

Poor customer care. Poor service quality. Took my Chevy for first oil change won’t be back. Took hours and I had appointment. They did not top off my fluids so what took so long? After 10 minutes driving off the lot I go to clean my windshield and she’ll wiper fluid low? Hopefully that was the only thing they forgot. Hopefully they actually changed my oil. I tried to contact the service department multiple times to pick up my vehicle no response no call back. Will not be back mostly due to the probability that you did not service my vehicle.

Our experience at Ferman was more than great. Alec Britton was fantastic and worked really hard to make sure both my wife and I got a car that we loved. We met with Alec three days in a row and he made it happen for us. When we are ready for another one, we are definitely coming back to see Alec. He made sure the process was as painless as could be at a car dealership and he went above and beyond, not to just sell us two cars, but to put us in cars we really love. Bryan and Joel were also very helpful. The whole Ferman team is great.

Today, the equinox was scheduled for its 1st oil change due to time (6months). Arrived and Steve took the time to check the mileage and advise vehicle was way under the mileage for oil change. We don’t drive much. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and went the extra step to verify if we had an extended warranty and review details of the warranty and provide a printout. Excellent service that prevented wasting their time and mine. Thank you Steve.

Ferman dealership in Brandon service department is one of the worst places to go to. They are more concerned with volume than dealing with customer relations. I called and made a appointment to get a warranty part fixed. After waiting two hours in the waiting room I went out to talk to my service advisor Brian Woolery. He informed me that he was waiting for the manager to take photos and for him to hear back from GM to cover the part. Another 30 minutes roll by and I have to leave for prior engagements without hearing an answer. I have now called 6 times over the last week and a half and left 5 messages yet no returned phone call or even a answer on my car. He must be so busy, no one can take 3 minutes out of their day to give a response. That is why Im giving a 1 star

1st time visit. Made appointment online. Called before the appointment to make sure they knew my truck was having about 5 issues including the panic alarm going off all times of the day and there was no time rush. 9 phone calls back and forth because they were having phone issues and couldnt each other.Drove there to drop truck off. Told them my name appointment date and time and showed them the confirmation email. They still couldnt find me. Glad you had your confirmation email otherwise we couldnt accept you today Took forever. Not a good first impression.Service agent might be able to do his job ok in another language but he didnt know enough English to understand even the first issue I was paying to get fixed. Tried to explain in the simplest way possible, didnt understand anything. Had problems seeing what I typed in online. Couldnt get someone else to help. Decided if I didnt have any confidence they understood what was needed I shouldnt be dropping it off. I left and cancelled the appointment.Sent an email about experience, not really wanting anything other than maybe a short apology and an offer to get paired with a different advisor. I probably would have reconsidered. No response.Going to another dealership not coming back.

I went to Ferman a couple days prior to buying my new truck and I ran into Marcus. Marcus is the reason I went back 2 days later and traded in my truck. He made a great first impression and when I asked about certain specs on the vehicle, Marcus was able to answer them off of memory or got the facts for me. Let me tell you how Chevy on Adamo ruined my car buying experience. Do not recommend this place to anyone.Never had my spare key when I bought a brand new vehicle in December. Called in January, multiple times for an ETA, they didn’t have it. Called in for the status in March and April- my salesman Taylor states they placed the order, it just never arrived. They then place the order. Called multiple times to check on the status and schedule an appointment, finally talk to someone 8/17 and get an appointment scheduled for today. Arrive today- THEY DON’T HAVE MY KEY!!! Man states they found one they can use… here I am going on 1 hr and a half later and no word. No response to the text number I was asked to text for questions from Manny. Call the service number to check on the status of my vehicle, had to leave a voicemail. Literally the worst customer service I’ve had. I will never come back here again. Yet received a text days ago to come in to look at the ‘22 trailblazer to upgrade and it will be a cold day in hell before I shop here again. Sad too, because I was actually interested.

Christine Cunningham and Katisha McDaniel are the absolute BEST. My experience was seamless from start to finish. From my inquiring about several vehicles, getting the approval, changing my mind later to go with a different vehicle, not once did I experience any sort of frustration. I purchased a Pre-owned car from this place. A few days later a check engine light appeared on the dashboard. I was told it was a leak. For the diagnosis and repair it cost me $300. The car was fixed temporarily for them to make the sale. It shouldn’t have any problems so soon. Besides the guy who I purchased the car from wasn’t friendly at the end. He didn’t bother to shake my hand or wish me well. He was only interested in making the sale and getting the commission.Be aware.

The Sales team and Finance team were great. Once purchasing my vehicle I did notice that the inside was clean on first glance but some areas like the console and door handles were cleaned out fully. Normally I wouldn’t be upset but I would expect a spotless vehicle when you purchase it from a dealership. Also after buying it I realized one of the window rain guards was missing. I know I bought it this way but I would’ve appreciated knowing this upon purchasing.

Work quality appears to be good. Communication with the service coordinator was poor. I waited for the repairs and was not provided updates. My appointment was at 8 AM. At 12 noon I replied to a text that I got at check in for an update with no response. An hour later I called the number on the original text and left a message for my assigned coordinator. No response. At 1:30 I went to the coordinator and was advised that they sent a text to me with repair estimate and was waiting on me. I showed no evidence of a text. This was disappointing as I was sitting in the dealership waiting area. At this point repairs couldnt be completed so I secured a ride home. The next day I called the assigned coordinator, left a message and received an update a short time later indicating that I would be called when the vehicle was complete. I responded to the text requesting an estimated timeline but got no response. I left another VM around 4:15 indicating that I needed the vehicle and was headed to the dealership. Received a text at 4:18 indicating that repairs were completed and vehicle was being test driven. I was very disappointed with the communication around the service.

I dont think Ill be shopping there to purchase a new vehicle Blazer for my wife. I currently own a 2018 Silverado and will be looking elsewhere when Im ready for a trade in.

I felt like my daughter was taken advantage of because she is young. Christine Cunningham did the IMPOSSIBLE. She found our organization not one - but four - brand spanking new 8 passenger vans. The search was gruesome - with grant funding having very narrow allowances and no existing inventory. And, this was all done with 2 days to spare for the grant expiration. Then to place the cherry on the top, she orchestrated a seamless pick up for the 4 staff to arrive at once to drive them back to their new home. Who knew shopping could be so delightful? We are very grateful to have her as our car guru.

Ive bought from over 15 dealerships in my lifetime and purchasing from them has been the best experience that Ive yet to have. Their manager John and sales guy John originally sold me a 2008 Ford F-250 well when title issues arose on that vehicle they were able to switch me to a 3500 Silverado. I really appreciate their help and straightforwardness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area however I live in North Georgia and would drive all the way down there to do business with them again.

Had an amazing experience with all the salesman and finance team. We had a very difficult situation. We live In Texas but was on vacation in Florida when our car broke down so we went to Ferman to get not only a reliable vehicle but a bigger vehicle for our growing children. Magic Bob was our salesman then another young gentleman took care of us the next day because we thought something was wrong with the pathfinder and wanted to get it checked out. They took it for a test drive for us. Not 1 but 3 different guys took it for a test drive then they rode with us to see if they could feel it. It did not happen while they were with us. But it just has a little shake when accelerating not really noticeable but driving 20 hours with 3 kids made us want to check it out. They also gave us a full tank of gas to drive off the lot with and another full tank for our trip home! I would recommend Ferman to anyone! They were truly amazing from A-Z!

Service department always takes 20+ minutes to greet you. Wont prorate a tire on a vehicle with under 20k miles. Wont price match with online deals. Tried to sell me a new car even though I just got this one from them last year. If I didnt have an existing service plan with them I wouldnt come back. At least the service guys are friendly.Update:Got the car back and they didnt reset the cars computer so it cannot display tire information. So now its back inside.Also most customers and employees arent wearing masks. So Im stuck waiting at a Covid breeding center. One employee even asked a customer if they cared about masks, then proceeded to take his off.

The service area was busy. Upon arrival there were multiple vehicles parked in the two open lanes for service. No one ever came over to the car as was customary in the past despite having an appointment, and customers were left up to their own finding their service representative.Our request was for a diagnostic exam regarding several warnings appearing on the dash. We were told this should take approximately two hours and we would be contacted once completed to determine going forward with any recommended repairs.The car was dropped off at 10:45 AM.At 5PM we called and left a voice mail message with our service representative questioning what the diagnostic had revealed.At 8AM the following morning we again left a voice mail message with our service representative requesting the diagnostic results.At 8:11 AM we received an email with the results ( I was lucky enough to be on the computer checking emails) and at this time decided not to proceed with the repairs and left another voicemail stating we would be in shortly to pick up our vehicle.I have always had a very successful experience in the past with your service department, but this time taking over nine hours to just complete a diagnostic and not following up with a phone call despite several voicemail messages left has made me no longer want to deal with you again.

We made an appointment to have the master switch for power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if they could confirm that suspicion. They had our Traverse for over 2 and a half hours and nothing ended up getting fixed not even the master power windows switch that doesnt take much time to do. What did they do with all that time? Diagnosed a bunch of other things that we didnt ask for which would have been fine if they had prioritized what we knew we wanted fixed. I believe part of the reason the service was subpar is we had Ally Major Guard to supplement the bill and Mike Stevens gave us every indication he was skeptical of making it work today and therefore was not going to make any special effort to make it happen. I suppose its my fault for not trusting my instincts and getting out of there right away. But we had a good experience using Ally with another dealership Stingray Chevrolet on a Saturday, so we hoped it would be a similar result here but that was not the reality at all. An absolute waste of time and Im not looking forward to having to fight a bill for the time that they wasted to not fix the problems we informed them of ahead of time. Hopefully, others will read this and avoid a similar fate.

Good morning, just want to say please stay away from this place as a service Maintenance provider. First the lady who checks you out once your service is done is very rude, she looks and acts like your an inconvenience to her. She makes you the customer jump through hoops to check out, she doesnt smile and looks unprofessional. I have dealt with her 3 times and each time it gets worst. Second I brought my car in for an air conditioning issue and I had to bring it back 3 times for the same issue, each time they kept the car 4 to 5 days with no loner or rental. Im going to try to find another dealership for service needs and I will not be buying Chevrolet in the near future. Im done!

I used to bring in my fleet vehicle as well as my truck (both chevy) to this location and after being frustrated by the poor professionalism multiple times, I will not be back. Upon arrival i explained i was Just Looking and just wanted prices. After a brief walk around the lot i found a blazer i wanted prices on. Soon as i sat down the salesman pushed a paper to me and said sign here to buy the SUV. No price was even given. I refused and requested prices. I was told there was an end of month sale but the blazer i chose was 5 thousand more than the online price for the same vehicle from ferman chevrolet. Nobody would address that fact. All they kept doing was passing me purchase forms (3 of them) without listening to my intentions of just browsing. I called my wife and made the purchase however nobody came back with a price adjustment. I felt i was taken advantage with an impulse purchase and strong arm sales tactics.

I would never recommend Ferman Chevy to anyone!!! Manny is the worst at customer service. My car was towed to the shop and it took 15 min for someone to approach me that wasn’t trying to sell me a new car. They all avoided me for the longest. He never picks up the phone or calls back when they say I have had to call them for everything. All they wanna do is sell you a new car. It took them over two weeks to tell me what they thought was wrong with my car My repairs were to expensive for out of pocket, so I came to get my things out of the car and now they tell me they lost the car. They have to figure out where my car is at. This place lacks serious customer service. I will never buy a Chevy from them or ever recommend to anyone. And if you call any supervisor from Chevy they never call you back. Awful service.

Before coming to this location I went to a couple others and none of them compare. We called on the phone and Mr. Earnie Taylor answered and automatically told us that we could come in and ask for him. He let us know that they have a few Chevy Tahoes that we can take a look at. The experience was amazing from start to finish. He was very transparent with us and his customer service is tip top. The whole time he was being himself while providing us with the utmost care. He let us test drive the Tahoe that we were interested in and he was not in a hurry to sell. He wanted to make sure it is the car that we wanted to purchase and that we loved. We were also able to negotiate on the price and came to an agreement. Mr. Taylor also made an appointment right away to have the windshield replaced as it had a small crack in it as well as make a second set of keys. I absolutely love my car and Mr. Taylor made this experience that much better. Ferman Chevy should be grateful to have an employee like Mr. Taylor.

This was the forth time that I have brought my vehicle in for this issue and nothing was done again. My question is if there is no fix then why make the appointment? I made the appointment in person, wasting my time, my familys time, and yours!! When are they going to have a fix??? I bought an expensive car that has a known issue since November 2020 that is not being fixed!Mid September and still no fix. No contact from the dealership! I call and it takes me two days of repeated calls to talk to someone that will take the time to see if there is a fix released yet. I give up. Just have to wait for the lawsuit to be resolved before they decide to fix it, meanwhile we go with broken cars and lawyers get richer!!

Customer service was good but I have had my truck to the dealership 5 times now without resolution to the warranty repair. Check engine light comes on intermittently and truck leaks oil from the work that was completed and did not prior to bringing it to the dealership. Still working with the service department to try to get it fixed.

It started with the salesman telling me about the length of warranty remaining on my used van purchase and then the finance person trying every way he could to not tell me i would be paying for this long remaking warranty. I finally dragged it out of him after about a half hour on that item alone. That by far does not tell the whole story, but exemplifies the whole experience.All dealers are the same, maximize the money they can get from the buyer with no qualms about deceiving the buyer.

Absolutely the worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 58 years. No communication no callbacks voicemail to voicemail transfer to transfer dealership to dealership. Absolutely ridiculous. Three days of wasting my time just to see if my oil change had been done on my new vehicle. Worst ever!

Gary, my service rep the past 9 years was excellent as always. The problem was correctly diagnosed and corrected. The only reason for the overall experience not being 5 stars is due to the poor service and poor attitude of the valet who brought up the car to my wife. I texted Gary at length about it and he said he would bring it to the attention of the appropriate person.

Scheduled for a 1:15 oil change only. Arrived early. It was 2:30 before my truck was taken back for service. Completed an hour later. The young man who initially greeted me seemed clueless. Took him 10 min to find someone to check me in. The tech servicing my truck liked to talk… a lot. Seemed like he was carrying on a conversation with anyone who would walk by. I’ve been here once before a few years ago.for an oil change and alignment. Six hours later, I walked out. I won’t be back again.

Lets start with ZERO communication from the service department, my truck was there for 23 days due to lifter issues. They closed their loaner department and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental for those 23 days which by the way Im still waiting to get reimbursed. A senior adviser from Chevrolet her name is Giselle, is the only person that calls me to follow up on my claims, every time she calls she hopes that it has been resolved but it hasnt. I dont recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a long history with Ford, Lexus, BMW, Toyota and Ive never experience anything like this. I picked up my truck on 8/10/21 Today is 9/8/21 and I am still waiting for them to reimburse the rental car and my truck payment due to the vehicle being under repairs over 22 days.

Bought a new 2019 Colorado ZR2 from them a year and a half ago. The sales pitch included a lot of If you have any issues after warranty, well still help you out. We have a reputation to uphold!. Well, I already have body rust on the passenger front fender and it is causing paint to peel. Any way, I called these guys to set up an appointment to get it checked out. They wont even look at it. Flat out told me Im SOL and to kick rocks.Thanks for the help, guys!

Very efficient process. They were willing to hold the vehicle for a week because I was going out of town, just as it arrive at the dealership. Extremely irritated at this place. I’d type out all the problems that are running through my head but at that point I might as well right a book. All I got to say is leaving this place did NOT mean the problems I initially came for were fixed, and NEW problems always seem to pop up too. Probably from them doing wrong stuff on purpose to get you back in, I know you guys do that. Customer service is also more bad then good. If I could give negative stars I would.

The service department is awful. They have cancelled 3 appointments for my dad to bring in his truck for the transmission that is under warranty. They have given him a different excuse every time. The service manager gave my dad his direct number and my dad called it several times and the service manager doesnt return his calls. I have called the service department several times and they say a manager will call me back but no one has ever called me back. How can you run a business and not take care of your customers?

Every time I come for routine service I have to bring my car back for a problem. Seems like the service department is either incompetent or intentionally causing issues with my car in order to generate more revenue for the department. This has become a pattern and I will never come back to this dealership nor refer anyone for service or purchase
