This place is very good. Quiet, modern, clean, with a great selection. I got a Qx 60 infinity, and it is the best car ever built. Amazing experience overall. I went to infinity to get my daughter a car for her 16th birthday. I really didn’t have any clue what would be a good first car for her but my Mikhail Sozonov really helped me by showing me the best options and being very informative about which car is best for her. He eventually pointed me to a white QX50 which I plan on going back later this month to purchase. When I go back I will definitely choose Mikhail again as my salesman.

I’ve been a loyal Infiniti customer for about 10 years.I drove a used SUV off the lot and 5 days later took back in for a few issues that were broken when I bought the car... with the understanding they would be taken care of. I also purchased a 2 yr extended warranty....The team in Service has been amazing but were not able to get a “board” that runs the AC/Heat etc approved for replacement. Many buttons are sticking. Randomly the defrost comes on and it won’t turn off unless you turn the car off for a few minutes... I’m required to pay labor for the part to the tune of $300. For a car I just bought and was told all existing items would be resolved.Very unhappy - Completely frustrated with the lack of follow through. Again, this is not a service issue, this is a management issue.

I TOOK MY CAR ON FRIDAY BC IT WOULDN’T CRANK. WHICH I RECEIVED THE POOREST SERVICE FROM A REP NAME ETHAN.. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED NOT ONE CALL UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO COLLECT PAYMENT THAT MY CAR WAS READY FOR $2300.. MY CAR IS DRIVING NOT THE SAME AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THE ISSUESWHICH I ADDRESSED.. BUT ON SATURDAY MY CAR IS NOT SHIFTING GEARS NOW THEY SAY ITS SOMETHING ELSE NOW.. HOW CAN THAT BE WHICH IS CRAZY BC MY CAR WAS DRIVING PERFECTLY FINE BUT THEY WANT ME TO PAY $2300 MORE.. THIS LOCATION ISIS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND MONEY HUNGRY..

Every time I go for service/warranty work at this place I leave feeling like I’m Miss Demanding for expecting good service from a luxury dealership.Last experience: appointment scheduled and I requested a call back from service department to ask if I’m safe to drive the car or if I should have it towed. I never got a call back, even tho I called 3 times before the appointment. Come to find out my service guy left an hour before my scheduled appointment and didn’t care to notify me let alone returning my call. Fast forward two days later, car is towed to place for repairs and I get a loaner (that part was on point and a great feature). I picked up my car 10 days later with little communication and updates from service department. I asked for it to be washed as it looked visibly dirty when I got it back and I was given “I’m sure they washed it but I could ask them to run it for the car wash for you again” - awkward :(Just as I was about to get in my car I say jokingly “hopefully they didn’t leave me an empty tank” and the service guy says “I’m sure they didn’t drive it long”, I get in with my daughter and what do you know, tank is completely empty - double awkward. I go back to the guy and tell him this is awkward and I have an empty tank and he shrugs his shoulders and says we don’t keep any gas on property but there is a gas station right down the road. Really! What great news! After reading the question mark on my face he says..” I could ask for someone to go fill up a few gallons for you” - triple awkward and feeling like Ms. Bougie. At this point I’m thinking that I already waited long enough for paperwork and car wash and I should be headed home with my energy filled toddler vs waiting in the waiting room for another 20 min. Once in car, I called and asked for a manager who was on the other line and never called me back. I must have called infinity of Tampa at least six times in the 12 day period from scheduling appointment until day I picked up my car and not one of those calls was returned.I felt pampered at my old Honda dealership with complimentary coffee, water, car washes and tire shines: Infinity is falling short on customer service big time.
Had a great experience with my daughter financing her 1st car!! Max the GSM worked out a fair price and the finance manager Jacob Romp did a fantastic job! To top it off, coop went over the entire car with my daughter to make sure she fully understood how everything worked! I would highly recommend this team! This store has come a long way and has a great management and sales staff!

I have purchased a few cars at this location. I have always had good sales experience. I had a bad experience this past week when having service done. They where suppose to rotate my tires and stated completed on my paperwork. I have a scratch on one rim and it was still in the same place after service.

Went in with my husband (both 21) to test drive a used Q50… not a single person would even speak to me. I am a mortgage broker and my husband and electrician, with excellent credit. Needless to say we took our money elsewhere. Terrible (non existent) service. If you’re a younger person looking to buy, this is not the place for you.

Great job INFINITI Of Tampa your dealership continued the tradition of excellence we have experienced in our home state of NJ. My family and I were on a two week road trip with Florida being our second to last destination when at 20,000 miles the maintenance indicator went on. Knowing that our family would need to drive to our final destination then back to NJ, waiting to complete our service was not an option. I researched and learned that INFINITI Of Tampa’s service department received great reviews. We were able to make a same day appointment online which was already a plus in my book. My husband and I took our QX60 in for service and were very pleased with our service advisor Erika’s professionalism. She made us feel confident in our decision to take our vehicle in to be serviced at a dealership during our vacation. Especially with our extended family members telling us to just go to a quick lube and get an oil change. The environment all around from the valet that greeted us upon arrival, to the technician that worked on our vehicle,( in the customer waiting room there’s a glass window where customers can see the technicians while they’re working on vehicles) and the free car wash after service, which was definitely needed, was excellent. So I first got there I guy comes up ask me if I had a appointment a said yes he looked and said he could not find it. Then we went into the service advisor office no even said hi or anything so I went and sat in the lobby finally someone comes out and gets me we got to his desk he says some name I don’t recognize I said no I told him my wife had been there a couple of months ago. He ask me what I was there for and I said a alignment he said we didn’t have appointment I said I called myself to make the appointment. The vibe inside the dealership is so cool.

It went well. We do believe a credit for the tires was something we should have gotten in our deal. The tread is ok but over 1/2 worn. Alexis was good Brett was also good, we were the most impressed with Maurice.
Has to be the best Service Department in the city. Always helpful with any situation I may have. Even though I live on the other side of town, it is worth the drive to get the exemplary customer support they give.
Very disappointed when they delivered my used Infiniti and after they left I noticed that one of the remote keys did not work and also that the windshield wipers were both torn and unsable. When I called to have both problems rectified they declined stating that I was given a good price on the car and that they would not replace or repair either item. This was relayed to me by my sales rep., no one in management called or email to explain. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying a used vehicle from them

Staff wasn’t friendly, stood there at reception 10 mins before even being acknowledged. One agent was finished with what he was doing and proceeded to do something else and had to be told to assist me. All this fir a new car that’s been giving me the same issue from when I first bought it! This will be my last Infiniti!

Im not really a fan of this particular dealership. I came in with an inquire concerning my vehicle vibrating when I reach a certain speed and routine oil change. I was informed because of the speed (60 mph) they may not get the same results as me. I understood. When my car was finish I notice it was only an oil chang perform. I asked about the vibrating and was informed because I got my rotors and brakes from somewhere else it was nothing they could do. I was offered no solution to the problem. I was leaving the same way I came. My customer service experience was not 5 star. The gentlemen who service me didnt even bother to address my concern I had to ask and than was provided no solution. Im looking at another vehicle Infiniti is not worth it.
The purchase of the vehicle went smoothly but the vehicle did not come with a physical key. Only the key fob. I was told that the key would need to be purchased from Toyota and it should $20-$40. I purchased a key from Toyota and it was over $100. A vehicle should come with a key or the dealership should provide one in my opinion.
I spent the better part of 48 hours of my life trying to give this establishment my money in return for a vehicle. I was given the run around by all the managers. One manager would tell me one thing, while another manager said the next. Julian Burt (manager) approved to have a 3rd party inspector came to their dealership to inspect a vehicle. I made the arrangements and paid the 3rd party inspector. Julian specifically told me to tell the inspector to ask for Brett Starling, however Brett denied the inspector because he was wanting to hide undisclosed damages. After asking why the inspector was denied after being approved, Bretts response was well we have our own techs that service the work - what he forgot to mention is he signs the paychecks of those techs so of course they are going to say the vehicle is in excellent condition. Brett then proceeded to make up a lie mid sentence and tell me ohh actually the car just sold... He finished the phone call by letting me know another manager would follow up with me (I guess he doesnt have the professionalism to fall on his own sword.) I worked in the car industry for 3 years, and never once experienced service like this before... completely unacceptable. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. ohhh the cherry on top is the General Managers voicemail is full and the receptionist doesnt have access/ know his schedule. If youre going to purposely tell your receptionist to duck the call, at least give her a better excuse. The unprofessionalism is real at this dealership.

I recently had to bring my vehicle to INFINITI of Tampa to have my tire repaired, and ended up being able to take care of other issues at the same time, thanks to Ian Quelle in the service department. Ian truly took care of me. When I purchased my vehicle, I invested in a protection plan that covered anything tire and wheel related. INFINITI was unable to find it in their system, at first, but Ian was very professional, very patient, communicated with me every step of the way, had me in a rental for the entire time needed which ended up being about two weeks. I ended up paying zero. What started out stressful ended well due to his great customer service.
I have been a customer of this location for several years and always feel confident that my vehicle is being serviced in the best way.

I went there for my car to go under regular inspection and maintenance and I told them that my trunk wouldnt function under heat but in shade, it works fine. When they offered to have it fixed, but at an expensive price, I said I didnt want it. After I came home, I found out that the trunk is now just completely locked and not functioning. I have no idea what they did and why they messed with it after I told them not to, but this is not right. Im starting to think they did this on purpose to scam me out of my money.
My second visit was better than the first. I went in for an oil change and asked them to check on a low tire pressure reading I was getting. The service department discovered a nail in my tire, patched it and gave me a Managers discount of nearly 40 percent off my total bill. Thanks, Ian for the GREAT customer service!

In the beginning this place was good until they get your car in their possession. They fixed something that was irrelevant to the car. We spent $1600 and the car is still not fixable until today after driving it home. when we went back again to get it diagnose, they claim it was something else and it would cost us another $1300. They should have refunded us the $1600 which has nothing to do with the car and fix the issue at their cost. Mind you I had to rent a car and Uber around for over 2 weeks! The Service Manager Rick provided poor service and talk in circles and never return our calls or kept us in the loop. We had to call the GM to complain for him to call us back. We would always have to call them and asked for an update. Worse customer service ever!!! We went to another Infinity dealership and they advised us that what this location did is unacceptable and should be reported. This place is just in it for the money. The car is still not fix and sitting in our driveway. We are seeking attorney to file a law suit.
I have been trying to get a response from the service dept about my warranty to move forward with fixing my car for over a month (I took my car in June) and nobody has called back after multiple voice messages and an in person visit. Even the service dept manager has not retuned any calls even after the front desk assistant left 2-3 messages for him to give me a call back. I have been a customer here for a while and never had an issue until now after getting a new service rep. I will not be returning.

I purchased my new car online from another state. This by far has been the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I was pre-approved for a loan, but the finance department worked to get me a better rate. When arrived to pick up the car, I was treated like a rock star. The only thing missing was the red carpet.
