Absolutely awful dealership. Cant believe this place is in business. They got us in for a 2018 Chevy SUV priced at $17k out of the door which was great… Scammed us into getting insurance and putting $2600 down before getting finance numbers or even test driving the car. Then once we got in the finance office there was magically $10,000 added onto the car and they refused to give us our CASH downpayment back. We demanded it back and they reluctantly gave it back to us, but tried to say it would be 10 days to refund us. I do not recommend going here.

Misrepresent pricing online! Yes its in fine print on their website some of the extra price but not all. Add about 8 to 10k more than price listed online. Additional costs do not show when their prices get posted to others websites with just contact links. Very bad business. And they charge more for cash buys than financing.

Beware of their published price and the fine print. Asked salesperson via phone of published price of car on AutoTrader ad and she confirmed the price. After 1 hour drive to dealership, they mentioned its another $4k downpayment on top of the listed price. Very sketchy to say the least. Dont waste your time - go to someone that is upfront with their prices and dont play games. Very pushy on going with their financing as well. Typical slimy car sales tactics.

Do not trust this dealers advertising.I see this business as a scam. Never ever trust their advertised price. You can double the price for what you expect to pay. They use the financed price to advertise but you have to pay $2000 for down and $995 for dealer fee. In addition, you need to pay almost $5,000 for the certifying fee and plus other fees. Therefore, pay attention to the small print on the advertising. Do not waste your time there.

I tried to work a deal trading a 2014 Ford Focus ST on on of their vehicles and it being a cash deal. Spoke with Melvin on the phone and explained I am in Daytona so before driving to Tampa I wanted to see if we could even come to a slight agreement or if we could get close. He continued to talk over me and completely refused to “wheel and deal”. He said multiple times “I can sell this car tomorrow”. Well Melvin go right ahead and sell it because you have lost my business.

This place is a total RIP -OFF !!! they take advantage of the elserly, the young and those less fortunate, just so they can rob them and give false hope of having a GODD vehicle !! We stopped in there just to look around, already pre approved for a car loan. They sent us back and fourth between 2 lots in the pouring rain, with no set salesmen. They did not have the car we were looking to see, we found a different car and although it was $3k more than the original car we agreed to take it. As we were writing the check for a down payment I asked if we could leave that $4k to hold and come back in 3 days to pay it out in cash. They discouraged it with the excuse that it didnt matter, they were going to allow us to take the car home regardless ! we spent about 6 hours there the first day . went back 3/4 more times. 1. leave another $5k for deposit = $9000 down on a car for $17,500. another 3 more times so they could service, clean and gas the car up, or so we were told. They fixed a tire and it took 2 days, car was not cleaned or gassed up. It was 8:30 pm when we were called to come pick it up .Mind you I was there every time with my parents .They called them the following day to say they needed them yet once again to sign MORE? paperwork. They went on their own as I was at work. They signed paperwork that they were lied to about. Juan had them sign a LOAN that the car was $26,000 !!!!!! He told them that was with their interest and since they were going to pay it off early they wouldnt be paying that much ??? He basically omitted there $9000 down and what should have been about 8k in a loan was now almost $28,500!!!Even better than that, they used their OWN bank !! HOW CONVIENANT !!!! HIGHER RATE OF INTREST AS WELL !! Unfortunately this type of scam is ran regularly on people who have no choice or no one looking after them ! I LOOK AFTER MY PARENTS !!!This is illegal and if I do not hear back from them today 10/27/21 it will go into litigation !!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GRIMEY PLACE !!!WATCH OUT FOR OUR ELDERLY !!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Please do not go to this place. It is sketchy, unprofessional, and very low class. My sister and I went here looking for a car she saw online. The salesman insisted on her starting her financing application before learning anything about the car, she refused. We waited an hour to test drive the car. We then waited another FIVE HOURS waiting on our salesman to continue her financing process. They let her leave with the car without officially buying the car. They wanted a $2000 down payment. They do not accept debit card transactions and asked her to transfer it via zelle… our salesman admitted that he drives the cars home each night and on the weekends. The floor manager was smoking a vape inside and outside the entire time.. very unprofessional. They left the car completely empty of gas when she left with it that night.Three days later she came in to sign the documents. They raised her interest rate between that time and when she refused to buy the car for that price (they still never told us which bank the loan is through) they kept $1,100 of her down payment as a “restocking fee”. She needs this money to be able to get a car at a more reputable dealership. They knew she did not have much money to begin with…evil, greedy, despicable men preying on a young woman trying to buy a car for the first time.This place needs to be investigated as there is something very illegal about it. We have already reported this place to the BBB and the Attorney General of Florida. We will be seeking legal counsel for a refund.

FALSE advertising online. They use low prices to get you to come in only to find out that its that price after a down-payment and ONLY if you finance through them. Its unfortunate they werent honest and upfront about pricing, because it cost them business. If you are interested in buying a car from here be sure to read the fine print, because they use shady business tactics.

If you think the prices online are too good to be true- you’re right. Unfortunately a typical car dealership that adds bogus “fees” that are not accounted for in the price listed. Again, your average car dealership- misleading and shady.

My husband came in to look at a car that we saw online. Juan helped us through the whole experience and was very helpful and informative. He had no intentions on leaving with a car the same day but he was able to. He test drove the car and loved it. Juan was very honest and did not mislead him at all. There were minor things wrong we found after and he scheduled to get them fixed for us right away. We were very happy with this experience and would recommend ABC Auto trader to anyone we know looking. We will tell all of our friends to ask for Juan.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles throughout the years and was never treated so poorly by a dealership and their staff. Since I was driving from a good distance I made an appointment. I arrived on-time but the person I was supposed to meet with was helping another customer, no big deal. Another worker helped me out, seemed like I was a complete bother by him doing so. He took me to the vehicle, which was blocked in and absolutely filthy. Was not even allowed to do a test drive until paperwork was processed. I wasnt concerned, my wife and I both have outstanding credit. We did the paperwork and then waited 2 hours until any progress was made. Meanwhile the sales rep we were working with is off helping other customers and completely ignoring us. Then I am told by some other guy I have to put this potential new vehicle on insurance coverage BEFORE I can even be told and discuss the numbers? What in the world?! I called my agent and they were blown away by this request. Never in their years have they heard this. At this point enough was enough, I walked out. As I am about to drive off they say, oh the finance guy can meet with you know... Sure, lets see what he has to say since I drove a good distance and have vested time. So after adding in this fee and this fee and another fee the price is much higher than I thought. Make sure you read what they post on their website. Also when they say optional it really isnt optional. This car would not work with my budget, so I told them what I needed to be at. Yeah, no problem we can do that. Go test drive this car and I will work on the numbers. I came back and they were 3k over that price? What the heck?! That was it, I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase. Make sure you really read what they post on the website and expect to spend A LOT of time there. Also dont expect to get any info until you pretty much agree to buy the vehicle. I took my business to another dealership!

I would not recommend going to the place alone as a female. I had an appointment at 10 am and as soon as I sat down the salesman grabbed my arm to look at my tattoos. He then proceeded to, throughout the 3 hour process, grab my hair, put his hands on my back and shoulders, and another salesman would insist on telling me to “give him a smile”. After feeling uncomfortable I had my father call and while they paged the salesman he ignored it snd left my father in hold for 20 minutes until he finally hung up. When I was trying to ask questions regarding the car they were all ignored as well. I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours while other customers were speed through the process. 0/10. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in my life trying to purchase a vehicle.

These are crooks. They use deceptive advertisement tactics to lure you in to purchase a vehicle. Read the fine print with a fine tooth comb. If you can, it would be better to employ a lawyer to go over everything ahead of time before stepping foot on this car lot. The advertised price was $12,900. After all of their junk fees, the price jumped up to $22k.

I went to abc auto trader and it was horrible service they make you sign paperwork on the car before you test drive the vehicle as well as ask for money down before you drive the car and do any of your paper work. I ask the guy that was helping me multiple times for a test drive and all he kept on bring up is the money down and the told me the reason he thinks it was taking a long time was because they where skipping over me because I wouldn’t put money down. How do you put money down on a car that you are not sure your going to buy. I got frustrated after 3 hours of waiting and left when I asked for the paperwork that had my personal information back so I can leave they would even give that back to me.I Don’t recommend going ABC auto trader if you want a good car shopping experience.

On September 27th, 2021, I made an appointment to purchase a vehicle (SUV) for my wife.Shortly before my departure from Orlando, I called again to confirm if the vehicle is still available, the sales rep woman confirmed that its still available and went ahead to confirm my appointment for 5:30pm.My wife and I took 1hr 40mins drive from Orlando to Tampa to only find out that the sales rep had already left and that the vehicle already been sold.I was humiliated and embarrassed because I promised my wife to purchase the vehicle for her and for them to state that it is still available but knowing that it’s not is unprofessional furthermore, they didn’t seem to care.when I spoke to another sales rep about the SUV, they said that they sold it from morning but as the conversation continued, he said they sold it over an hour before I arrived two lies within a minute which is so pathetic.Driving a total of 200miles for nothing is nothing to take in lightly.

I wanted to test drive a car, waited 2 hours and they said I had to fill out paperwork to test drive and I said sure. They ran my credit and ran Finance without telling me AND before I ever test drove the car. Who does that, I didnt even know if I wanted the car? To finally test drive the car and when I get back they told me the car was sold. The car had a tire with 12 psi and warnings to not go fast and stop slowly during the 2 block test drive. Cluster.... Went to BMW Reeves and they took good care of me. Waste of time and ran my credit without telling me, not cool. Seem like good people but shady operation. If someone was interested in the car already, why did they make me wait two hours to finally test drive it and as soon as I was done with the test drive it was sold? What? Nobody told me anyone was looking at the car. I just sat and waited for them to let me test drive the car and had to finally ask let me test drive the car or I am leaving, I should have left a long time ago. My bad...

These people wasted a month of our life. After a lot of research, We picked out a 2019 Toyota Corolla, we read all the fine print and even called several times to confirm that the advertised listed price was correct. On June 14, 2021, After they confirmed the price we drove 90 minutes (one-way) to the lot to get the car. They said it wasn’t ready yet but it would be ready by next week so we put down a refundable $500 deposit to hold the car for us. We called one week later and they said it would take few more days. We called after a few days and they said it’d be another few days, we called again and they told us it would take another week. After a week, they told us that they don’t know how much longer it would take. We were getting pretty tired of this and needed a car, so on July 12, 2021 we drove the 90 minutes again to go back in hopes to pick out a different car that would be ready sooner. We picked a 2018 Toyota Corolla and wanted to test drive before committing to it, however they wouldn’t let us test drive before we spoke with one of the finance guys (who wouldn’t be at the office for another hour) and run a credit check. We weren’t even sure if we wanted the car so it seems dumb to run a credit check just for a test drive…regardless we kept asking what the final price of the car would be after tax, tag, title, and dealership fees. They wouldn’t give us a straight answer and finally said a ballpark of $17,000…mind you the advertised prices was around $10,000. They finally explained that the dealership fees were $3,000 along with a whole bunch of other ridiculous fees that were never mentioned before. We immediately stopped filling out the paperwork and asked for our deposit back. Salesman went to speak with the manager (Elizabeth) who came out and asked us for our card in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She told us that she had been holding this car for a month and hadn’t been able to sell it because of us, she yelled at us saying that since she was holding our money we had to do whatever she said. She refused to give us copies of the receipts and things we had filled out saying that she could run her business however she wanted and that since we gave her our info she can do whatever she wanted with it. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude person who literally threatened my family and held our money, credit info, social security number, etc hostage while blaming us for being the reason she hasn’t been able to sell a car that’s been in the shop for over a month. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to do business with this woman. The way she runs her business is horrendous: false advertising, leading people on, hidden fees, threatening and withholding our own information and so much more. Wish I could give zero stars because Elizabeth doesn’t deserve any.
