I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now, and I knew I genuinely wanted to write one when I was driving home in my new vehicle. From the moment I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had originally gone in to get regular maintenance on my Honda. The one thing that I appreciated when they were conducting maintenance, was they sent me a video to watch of everything they had found and what it looked like. This gave me a sense of trust and like I wasn’t being told things were wrong without them actually being wrong (like I have experienced at other dealerships). When my vehicle was done I had walked over to sales to ask a question about my warranty when I met Anthony N. Who was an extremely mature and well put together salesman who knew what he was talking about. A few questions led to me taking a look around the lot. After a test drive Anthony helped me obtain a vehicle I had been wanting for over ten years. It did not stop here, the vehicle had some minor damage to the front bumper and Anthony helped me take care of that after my purchase with no charge to me at all. When I brought back the vehicle, it had to stay for a few days, which is when I was given a rental at again, no charge to me. Ashley was the representative who helped me with this even though it seems like she does almost everything at that dealership. She would put everything aside to help resolve all my issues. Once my vehicle was ready both Ashley and Anthony greeted me helped me get back on the road with a full tank of gas. Both remembered who I was and greeted me by my name, just another sign that they actually care there at Honda Westshore. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to take care of any of their vehicle needs there from their maintenance shop to their sales department, you are in good hands… which is something I thought I would never say at any car dealership.
David is an awesome director of internet sales he is very passionate at what he does and was very informational. He told me and showed me amazing features on the car I was looking at I test drove the car and was super excited when purchasing I can’t wait to look super stunning in my car thanks so much David. Went in Friday 9/17/21. Not really knowing what to expect Dakota sat with me conversated made me feel very comfortable. There was no rush or pressure. That’s what sold me in my mind I was like I’m definitely going to purchase here. He recommended a very beautiful blue Honda Civic. I test drove it. Then decided ok let’s do it. So I just got my car a little over a month ago and this is my first time getting it serviced. Coming in for an oil change and tire rotation and I would like to get a big shout out to Levi and Tony. First time coming in and being helped by Levi. Very professional and helpful. There was some hiccups when it came to an oil change and my tires. The questions I asked Levi was able to answer them with details so thank you for that. Tony has always been a great help since I got my car. Even though I’m getting my car serviced he checked up on me to make sure I was good and was willing to answer to questions I had pertaining to my car. I recommend not only getting a car from Westshore Honda but also having it serviced at Westshore Honda. I paid for an oil change and new windshield wiper blades 6 months ago. After picking up my truck I realized the blades weren’t actually replaced. Today I got my oil changed once again and I informed the service member that my blades weren’t replaced.Today when I picked up my truck I was informed my windshield wiper blades were replaced “free of charge”. I would argue the parts and labor I paid for initially are 6 months late. I also found a new scratch on my driver’s side door, but it is unlikely the service department would take responsibility as I don’t have any proof.The last two visits I requested a car wash, but they have forgotten both times. I would go back strictly out of convenience for an oil change, but I would not trust these mechanics to perform any major repairs.

Was in Florida visiting from GA and my oil wrench came on so since my tools were at home I figured I’ll just go to Honda . Big mistake! Specially told the advisor do not perform a inspection or a wash. A HOUR later I get a link to a 2min long inspection video where the technician is trying to sell me work I’ve personally have already done. Spoke with the advisor just to find out they were washing my car . Car was just paint corrected. Now scratched up. They are so busy trying to make money off of people they don’t care if your property gets damaged why their at it.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Alexus and Zach. Their process was orderly and as efficient as you really can be.I am an hour away, so I was calling around prior to driving. During my initial call, I asked for some photos of the interior because the listing only had exterior photos. I was provided a walk around and walk-through video from Alexus within the hour, and she confirmed it was non-smoking which was a concern of mine.We set up an appointment for later that day, and they had the car ready to test drive. They did the appraisal on my vehicle while we drove, and the bargaining process was not too brutal. The longest wait I had was to get into the financing office, but once there it was smooth. Like any financing and (extended) warranty scenario, its important to ask too many questions to truly understand everything and take your time to run the figures. I realized in the process I made a major mistake on my math, and thank God I caught it, because it would have cost me a few extra thousand. They worked with me to resolve it without much hesitation.The car had a broken windshield that hadnt been repaired at that point, and since I wanted to take the car, they are providing me a rental and fuel replacement (since Im coming from Sarasota) to get the repair done a few days after the sale.Great customer service. Very positive experience at the end of the day.
Adam Chernin was a blessing to my sister, Marsha Snider. She wanted to trade her car in for a small SUV, but didn’t know or understand the financial aspect and Adam was kind and very patient with her and walked her through the entire process. He stood by her side right up to the time she drove off the lot in her brand new CRV, with a huge grin on her face. He also called her that evening and the next morning to check on her. I am forever thankful.
I came in with my parents and my little brother to purchase his first car and ended up purchasing my own as well. I finalized my 6th Honda lease yesterday with Brynn and she really made it a great experience! As a woman we all dread going into the dealership as sometimes the male salesmen see us as an easy target and they think we don’t know what we’re talking about. (I hate to generalize- that did not happen to me at this dealership, but many in my past.) It was great to deal mostly with Brynn from the start, she was super helpful and personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. LADIES if you typically dread this experience, you should ask for Brynn!

If you’re military avoid this dealership and you’ll thank me. Cars seem to mysteriously have the motor explode if another person offers more than you do after they didn’t honor their internet price to begin with by several THOUSANDS. I’ve never been treated so horribly from a dealership that act like they make military a priority. If you find a 25k car be prepared to find out the car is 30k+. That $500 military discount really helps offset the several thousands they tried adding on me. Avoid CHRIS. Sale managers are there for a check they 100% lied to my face multiple times. The only thing this dealership honors is trying to rob service members.

There’s a blonde lady and the service manager who are car-service rep perfection!TODAY, however, while I waited for my oil change I was approached by some kid who wasn’t sure if I had a CRV or an Accord but said, “I looked at your account” and noticed “you have a little equity…” and would I like to talk about trading up…?Suspect! Sales pitch with a side of regular service. Bad form Westshore Honda!!I’m here for the oil change, even though Ed Johnson almost made me leave with his condescending attitude.No thanks!PS: super lax on the masks here, if that matters to you. 😷

If I could give a 6 star customer satisfaction rating this would be the place out of ALL the Honda delarships I been through (3) this was the one. My wife is not too familiar with the ways how delarships work because some do take advantage, but Westshore Honda treated her with the up most respect and were mindfulness of her budget that I had to check out the deal with her.The service associate Brandon was so helpful in showing us the features of the car and what its able to do for us. He was always checking up to see if the purchase was up to our satisfaction and if we were happy, which we are. Brandon never tried to forcefully sell us a car unlike some other dealerships but this was a great experience, but wait the story get better.The next day we went together to finish the paper work to get everything sorted. I owned a 2016 WRX and I was not looking into trading my car anytime soon but when they gave an opportunity of a lifetime I had to do it. While the awesome financial advisor Aaron was helping my wife with the paper work Brandon wanted to show me a car to see if I liked it and boy did I. I was in absolute no budget into buying a car but he wanted to see what was I able to get if I were to get one.It was a little rough start because Im super conservative with my money and I was is no budget. They tried to work out multiple deals letting me know what was I able to get and I said no unfortunately. They respected my decision but were so shocked that Im passing off such a great deal on a very beautiful car that the General Manager Miguel came to say hello and thank us for my wife purchase. He saw that I was interested in the car and wanted to help me out personally which was the best customer experience Ive ever had when it comes to these types of big purchases. This Honda delarship deserves to be #1 because we had to came out with 2 cars. Give Brandon a sales manager position and give the GM Miguel a huge bounse because they were awesome.Thanks Honda Team!
I recently just got this car from Westshore Honda about 3 months ago and i’m already needing brake pads changed, my A/C blows out room temperature air and it’s not pleasant when you live in FL and also have a 3 month old baby. When they first let me look at the car 6/19/21 there were no scratches or anything but after 5 days in service i finally receive the car and there appeared to be a big circle on the hood where paint had been scratched off completely and little marks around the car which looked like they tried covering with white-out which was not there when i first seen it. Also when receiving the car, it came with a key fob and it didn’t even work. The engine light also came on last week. When i received the car it had no windshield wiper fluid until i went for my first oil change. As a dealership you’d expect it to be better than the used car lots on the side of the road but i’d rather go there next time than here. My first car was a 2006 infiniti g35 and it lasted me longer than this 2013 car when it comes to bringing it to the auto shop due to a problem. Only reason i had to switch was because of a transmission problem which would be more than the car. Another thing, which i feel is because i’m young and they took advantage of it, they gave me a 27.12 interest rate without notifying me. I was a first time buyer but whether i had no credit at the time nor a person to co-sign, it should not be that high of an interest rate and they could’ve at least communicated that part with me. I, personally, am not happy with anything associated with Honda and I don’t see myself purchasing a vehicle from here again.

I will be almost glad when my warranty expires and I no longer have to deal with the service department at Westshore Honda. I have gotten to the point that I take anxiety meds or ask my husband to take over any time i have to deal with them. The drop off and pick up process take a ridiculous amount of time. The service advisors do not communicate about whats going on or return calls. They say theyve called when I can clearly see in my call log that they have not. They say that they will take care of things and then do not follow through. Yesterday I called 15 minutes before my advisors shift ended, but he was in such a hurry to get out of there that he never picked up my call. I waited on hold for 23 minutes until they finally paged somebody else who told my guy would call me in the morning, but apparently neither of them is actually working today. Of course nobody bothered to call to tell me that.
I was looking for a used Mustang and asked for a quote on my trade along with all the fees so I could see the OTD price. They gave me an initial value of my trade which was a good $4k below KBB Instant Cash Offer and $5-$8k below what I was being offered at other dealerships. Then came the fees... I am not sure when reconditioning fees became a thing but it is just a game that allows them to lower their advertised price and hit you after you have spent hours working on a deal. All together their fees where 3-4x that of other dealerships and that is not an exaggeration ($1,000 compared to $3,500+). I was very open about where we were the whole step of the way. I told them that we were very far apart and explained that their vehicle price (KBB, Cars.com, Edmunds) was too high and their trade offer was too low.
I had a wonderful car buying experience at Westshore Honda. The staff was friendly, attentive, and polite. Jay did a fantastic job getting me the car I wanted. Tuesday, 11/02/2021, 5:10pm - I called Westshore Honda and Alexus answered the phone, I wanted to see what vehicles they had available. Alexus told me to come by and shed take care of me.5:30pm the same day - I show up and test drove a SICK 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback and reviewed options, pricing, and services with Alexus.It took some work but we got there, by the end of the day I drove off the lot with a brand new Civic and LOVE my new car. Im extremely pleased with the service and clarity throughout the purchase process. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend both Alexus AND Westshore Honda. Hello,BRYNN IS AMAZING!!! I went car shopping at Westshore Honda last Thursday, that is, on 10/28 to look for a Honda Pilot EXL vehicle. Let me start by sharing that we did a TON of research on dealerships, salesman and SUVS. We used car guru, Edmunds, thecarmom, dealerraters and more to find the best car/dealership.I saw several positive reviews for Brynn (sales) and Jordan (finance). Since we live in Orlando, I called and asked to speak with Brynn to handle as much from home as possible. She instantly gave me her personal cell phone number, called me back immediately, had her manager Tyler call to secure the final numbers and within 1 hour, we had a deal! It was almost to good to be true-it was that easy!!I’m telling you, ask for BRYNN! She is so easy to work with, really cares about her clients, helpful, quick to respond and by far, the BEST experience we have ever had purchasing a car.We were nervous that we would arrive and the numbers would be different or they would try to upsell us… but no. Went here to purchase a new vehicle. Test drove an insight and a civic. Really liked the civic. The sticker was just under 26k. When i told them i wanted it i was given a paper saying it would be 37k! There was a mark up of nearly 5k added to the sticker and not shown on the sticker. That is extremely shady and not transparent at all. Very glad i went to reeves and to a reputable dealer and got a taos. Stay clear!

I bought a used van from Toyota of Tampa Bay a few months ago. No issues while buying it, but unfortunately the van is a lemon. $2500 in repairs so far fixing just about everything that could possibly go wrong with the AC and the alternator. And mechanics have said its rusting badly on the bottom, so Im sure more issues are to come. Its a shame vehicles like this can be resold. Im sure its my fault for buying a used vehicle thats not certified from a dealership. I should have expected it to be complete wreck based on what Ive learned in the past about dealerships.

My parents just recently brought a 2019 Honda Accord from the incredible Jay Fox! He helped me get my first car and he did his job & also worked his magic with helping my parents get a huge upgrade. Had a terrible experience. Made an appointment several days before for a car found online. Was worked with and even sent some requested photos when asked. Drive over an hour to get there and am told that the car isnt ready to sale, and needs work. I am shown another car to potentially check out and when we get the quote, its well over the value of the car brand new. It appreciated more than even the Type R, and with 40k miles! When trying to negotiate, they just said they dont need our business. So we left without even a sorry for making us drive over an hour for nothing. And this is the manager doing this. Have to wonder if its a bait and switch.
I had the best experience today at west shore Honda. I’m a loyal customer and even bought my Civic here in 2016! But I went today for a routine oil change and tire rotation and I just have to brag about Donald Seufzer in the service department. He was so nice and hooked it up for me. Seriously can not brag about him enough!! Thank you so much for taking care of me today. Donald is the best!

Westshore Honda showed us a broken car. Brynn put the sunroof up as soon as we got in so we couldnt hear the weird noise the car was making. When we noticed it, she tried to play it off like she had no idea and told us not to look up the problem on the internet when we were told what was broken. It was an issue that can cause damage to the car if you keep driving it around, so thats cool. Supposedly all cars they show have been inspected and are ready to drive off the lot, but apparently this one fell through the cracks. Brynn then continued to try to sell us the broken car saying somebody would buy it now if we dont act quick. She also told us she knows nothing about cars when we were trying to look at the car. This place is dishonest. dont go here.

ZERO STARS>>I honestly DO NOT recommend this dealer, in the 20 years that I have been in this country, I had never felt so upset for having bought a new car, I know I did not have to sign when they first gave me a number that would be the payment and then they came with Another on finance of course more money to pay monthly, it was more than 9:00 at night, my children were hungry because they never gave me at least a bottle of water, I spent hours until finally, almost at closing, tired and already finished ... . I start to sign, which only passed screens to initial and sign, without explaining anything ... when I got home I started to review my payment had been inflated, the numbers shamelessly altered and in the end the $ 6,500.00 that I gave down payment, they were replaced by charges and more than in the end they took my down payment and I keep the payment as if I had not given any down payment money. Be very careful when signing, pay attention that they rob you and you dont even realize it ... Super annoying

I had an amazing experience when purchasing my car at west shore Honda back in January of this year. I’ve never had any problems with the car. However, when I took my car to have an oil change with the mechanics at west shore Honda, my vehicle came back with a number of issue that were not reported back to me. In fact I got an entire checklist of everything the mechanic checked and next thing I know my car won’t turn at all. The lights on the dashboard will come on but the engine won’t run. When inquiring about my vehicle and it’s issues I was ran down with a number of charges I would have to pay in order for the car to be seen by them. I would recommend buying or leasing a car from them but as far as mechanical wise I don’t recommend them at all.
Very satisfied with the service and the car that we got. Brynn, who was our sales rep was very nice and helpful, as well as other workers.

This dealer is awful. Honda completely screws its customers over who lease vehicles by not allowing you to do 3rd party lease buyouts and making you go back to the dealer. The dealer low ball offers you to buy your car back and won’t match any other offers because they have a monopoly over you. I called in and asked if they would match another offer for selling the vehicle and they said yes over the phone but changed their mind when I went in person and tried to pull a fast one on me. Don’t lease Honda and definitely don’t lease from this dealership. Service is fine here so this review is completely based on the sales process.
Enjoy your 14k in interest…. Would never go back to west shore Honda. Be prepared to give an arm, a leg, and maybe giving them your firstborn with some rule they put into the contract in font so tiny you need a microscope to see it. Nope. I don’t like this place.

This is not a group of professionals that understand relationship before transactions.They are only looking to maximize profits By using old dirty practices and changing deals as they desire.They take individuals dignity away and the circus type process is only designed to confused and rob individuals of their money. I understand that cars are in high demand but this arrogant attitude and cowboy mentality is useless and not good for our community.This is not an honorable dealership and the value they put on the services is only designed to put people outside down on their automobiles. They are not professional and one should never never buy a car from this group.The financial manager if you can call him that told me to Get that F out his place because he was trying to sale me a used car for the same price of a new one while making a mockery of me and my family. They parade me through different individuals so they can not honor deal they made.That sad thing is that my family bought two cars In the last two weeks and we’re looking to buy two more. They make you feel that you are broke and undesirable so they Can demand high prices, force their aftermarket made up warranties, charge high interest rates and take down payments that do not reflect current market conditions nor today’s cost of money.Shame on this place and shame on the people that participate on this bad practices. Horrible horrible horrible place. Who ever own this place truly have to look into the culture that is representing his or her entire family. The End......

Wow is all I can say. Ive made two separate appointments... both times Ive shown up and stared at like I had 3 heads being told they might not be able to get to me today. What is the point of an appointment if you refuse to even look at my vehicle? Horrible service. Called to ask the manager why this has now happened a second time and he was very defensive and not helpful. I was told the appointment is to come in not actually be seen. That makes absolutely no sense. I understand having to wait for diagnostics, but to just be stared at and told we cant help you or wont help you with the vehicle you bought here is absurd and unprofessional. So much for their warranty...
Brynn Martinez is YOUR GIRL! She is beyond amazing. My experience from the minute me and my husband walked thru the door was a wrap for us. With not so good credit still building she was able to get me into a 2019 car. Down payment was not an arm and a leg, not only an amazing deal but lifetime power train warranty!!! Tyler assistance on finishing the deal was such a exciting experience. Making sure I was approved and able to get everything done. I would give this place a zero star if there is an option. Just had a simple oil change on June 30, took 3hrs!!! During the entire time, there was no status update from Mike G., the service rep while I was right there in the waiting room. Upon check-out, I was told that I need to come back another time for a recall because the parts needs to be ordered. Today when I went in for the recall, I was told by Mike that the parts was not in inventory and there is no ETA either. He told me as if I was a walk-in and this is something I should be expecting, and there was no sincere apology from him either. Have yourself a wonderful day. was what he said to me when I left... seriously?!

Had the most comical experience ever At this dealership, buyers be aware the price listed on the vehicle is not what they are going to try and sell to you! I had 32000 dollar car go up to 37000 lol with excuses like ohh we had to do this to the car and we did that! Scam! Thankfully I know a lot about cars and values it’s sad if all of the individuals that probably get taken advantage of at this location.
