Everything was perfect. Customer service very professional. They really try to make you comfortable if you decide to wait for the service. BUT GMC prefer that you set an appointment and they are never ready for you at the appointed time set by THEM. When you got to wait 2hrs for a oil change & tire rotation. WOW

Alejandro, Casey, the folks in finance department are outstanding to work with. My wife wanted the 2021 Buick Enclave and so far its been an excellent choice. We got the sports package and it really jazzed up the vehicle. We shopped around and they offered a great deal and we were in and out in no time. Very relaxed, supportive, and knowledgeable environment. its a nice location, easy to get to and family run operation. We highly recommend and happy about the purchase.

I was very impressed with the service I received, especially since it was a non-appointment visit (vehicle overheating on my way into work). Joe Zito did a great job squeezing me into a busy schedule and I appreciated D.J. giving me a courtesy ride to my workplace. My only negative take-away is I thought the pricing for the service that was accomplished was extremely high. Fixing a minor coolant leak should have ended up costing in excess of $500....thats the only negative from an otherwise very good experience...thanks

Excellent service. Brett went above and beyond to help us. The a/c compressor seized, blowing hot air. We were in FL, didn’t know where to go. Searching the internet when i saw an ad - for same day a/c service. Along the way from Englewood, FL I stopped at 2 local auto repair shops, both wanted $900 more to repair, no warranty. Glad we drove on to CenturyBuickGMC dealer in Tampa. Even the lady on the phone was excellent and directed us, she was very kind. Brett had a fantastic attitude and knowledgeable, he monitored the repairs which was done in 1/2 the time. Yes, I recommend and would not hesitate to go back for additional service. This is the best dealership in America.

I had such a great experience with my recent finance at Century Buick/GMC. I was in need of a new truck but was hesitant of the purchase. I found a truck on the website that I was willing to buy and came in that afternoon. Robert was already outside before I even got out of the truck with the 2021 Canyon I had my eyes set on ready for a test drive. He greeted me and gave me a run down of everything on the truck before the test drive. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Carlos in Finance did a great job of giving me the best value I could get within my price range. Both Robert and Carlos made the transaction super smooth and it was one of the fastest car buying experiences Ive ever had. Great customer service and genuine people. Brought my GMC in for a service. Over the next few days I noticed huge oil spills all over my driveway. They either didnt get the oil filter on right or it was defective. No offer of a discount or free oil change next time. Now Im stuck with stains all over. I gave them 2 stars since they got me in for the repair right away.

The mechanic fixed on a simple mis-fire and replaced spark plugs, however it was pulling teeth to get him to check and confirm why the service light came on the day after the fix. Service here is NOT a guarantee. No common courtesy or respect for my families vehicles.

Ryan was the only person from any dealership that returned my call the same day. He was professional and patient with me (I changed my mind a couple of times but he was gently persistent) As a woman I hate shopping for cars but I drove to tampa from St Pete I’m the pouring rain because Ryan continuously followed up with me for a week. Everyone from him to the finance guy, the trade in guy and even the young lady that just walked by and said Hi made it a wonderful experience. Happy workers, what a refreshing experience!

Went to service department and Mr. Wendell assisted me along with Joseph Zito. Mr. Zito handled my service issues and treated me like I was the only customer of the day. Service was excellent and their facility is absolutely amazing. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. After a previous bad experience with a Buick dealership that was closer to me, I was afraid I was going to have problems at all dealerships. Century Buick has definitely earned my business by the quality of their service department and way their staff treated me. I would highly recommend this Buick dealership to anyone. If you have to take a little drive like I do, I can promise it is definitely worth it.

I do not recommend using the Service Department of this dealership, especially for diesel vehicles. The problem was incorrectly diagnosed, and had to be taken elsewhere to be resolved. The extra travel is worth the piece of mind.

Mike Reyes did a great job getting everything that he could set up for a quick sell!! I selected the truck that I wanted online. He confirmed that it was there and made it ready for sale, (washed, prepped and ready to drive off). He asked for all of our info., drivers license, insurance, etc.) We arrive a little ahead of the expected time and he meets us. We test drive and we are ready... now the wait starts.. over two hours to close a cash, no trade transaction. This was not a fun part of the experience. Once in the finance office.. the hard sell on extended warranty began. I had no interest in this option..NONE! I was kind I let him go through his spill....and he was working hard. I am writing a check for a $50k truck I do not need to increase the cost of the truck by 14%.

Service side does quality work. Have had multiple positive experiences with service team. But, I just bought a 2020 GMC truck here. I won’t do that again. Terrible experience. I have purchased a number of vehicles (transportation company)... 20+ vehicles. This ranks as one of the worst experiences. Price of vehicle changed after deal sheet was signed. $600 in new expenses the dealership “miscalculated” for a $65,000+ truck. Explained as a title fee change. Only the vehicle wasn’t being titled by the dealership. Was being titled out of state by me/business. Somehow the title fee doubled from $600 to $1200 despite them needing to complete literally zero paperwork for our business to title out of stare. The title change fee was misleading and a lie. No explanation or details could be provided. I had already made arrangements to make the trade and didn’t have time to shop elsewhere. Was about to travel with vehicle for work trip. Completed the deal out necessity. Next the paperwork was completed incorrectly by dealership personnel related to the trade in vehicle. Had to resign trade-in docs. Was told I wouldn’t be able to title my new vehicle until these docs were signed. Totally untrue and misleading. In reality the dealership couldn’t resell the trade-in till they corrected their paperwork. I totally understand that and am a reasonable person. I would gladly return and sign. The docs the dealership needed completed due to their error were related to the trade in vehicle odometer being wrongly entered by the dealer personnel. I had already began the title work with new vehicle in another state (business HQ location) and needed no additional dealer docs to do this. Instead of admitting the odometer statement had zero connection to me titling the new truck with zero involvement needed by dealer, they doubled down and said there were additional docs. There weren’t. I think they were hoping they were dealing with someone who didn’t understand the process and would quickly be scared into running back to the dealership to sign the paperwork that they needed to resell my trade-in. They continued to argue with me via email how I needed to return quickly. I was in another state at this time with work travels.In summary very disappointing. Shaking hands and signing a deal sheet means we made a deal. $600 in ‘title fees’ doubling the expense despite there being zero needed paperwork on the dealership side, (literally they do nothing in an out of state title situation), is just fancy worded theft. I would never recommend this location to friends or family and I would deter my mother or family that could be mislead from dealing here. I will drive further away from now on to buy new pickup trucks. Starting next week for a couple work trucks.

There is no sense of urgency in your shop. If I hadnt stayed on top of what the mechanic was doing, I would have been there at least another hour. The mechanic was part way done with replacing my batteries and then I found him working on another car. I then of course talked to my Service Consultant and he had to go out and talk with the mechanic to get him back on my truck. I got the sense that your Team really doesnt care how long the work takes and does not respect the value of others time. I work in an environment, not too different then yours and if I had people with that low of productivity, there would be a problem. I would be interested in seeing an unbiased productivity study done on your group, intuitively, I would say you could increase throughput of your shop easily by 25 - 30%, which would increase the top and bottom lines of your business. It was extremely frustrating to watch and of course to wait the period of time it took to change the batteries, oil change and fuel filter. This is not the first time I have had issues with your service, its probably time for me to look at a different GMC dealer. It was nice staying with the organization that I purchased the truck but its not worth the grieve and stress it is causing me when I have service performed at Century.

I’m a state employee so I get a purchase benefit. The sales Manager Mark knew before I got here I was coming and was immediately negative. Then they forced us to put on a mask even though we would be outside walking amongst the cars.Finally they basically told us they couldn’t help us even though we had an over $40k budget! Bottom line- they simply weren’t interested in helping us because they weren’t going to make a huge profit! Will never return do not suggest!

You hope that car dealerships arent car dealerships. This one is. I called about a lease special on their website. I spoke with the salesperson at length. Told them about me. Answered all of their questions. Asked specifically Can I get THAT car for THAT lease deal? I was told yes. I texted a few more days. More questions. More confirmations. Before I drove down there, I texted again. I want to confirm - I can come down and lease THAT car for THIS price. I was again told Yes. Absolutely. So we drove down.I test drove the car. I sat down and said I would like to lease that car for the price we agreed upon. The salesperson left, spoke with the manager and said You dont qualify for that lease deal. Their offer upped the lease by almost $4000. I told him You KNEW I didnt qualify before I drove down. But you didnt tell me that so you could waste my time and try to bait and switch me, after telling me that I could lease the car at the price we agreed upon. I have it in our texts. He sheepishly agreed. This was my mistake. BS. Nobody qualifies for the lease deal. Its just a hook to get you in the door.We walked out and the sales manager was there, waiting to greet us. Of course he knew what was going to happen. Classic good cop/bad cop. How do people still do business this way? WHY do people still do business this way?You hope that car dealerships arent car dealerships. This one definitely is.

Service Consultant Bret Slavik was very helpful in discussing my problem with the radio sometimes continuing to play after drivers door was opened. It was checked out but did not happen while at the dealership. After the oil change, the tires were rotated but the Service Tire Monitor System message came on while driving home so he suggested going to a GM dealership closer to my residence and have them program the sensors to save me a long drive for a simple procedure. Feel confident that the dealership is looking out for my car and my best interests and will continue to go there for service.

Since I was going in for safety recall on airbag, I also asked them to take a look at defective 3rd row seat. Brought along service bulletin. Claim 300 bucks just to diagnose this, even though it’s a known issue with step by step directions, part numbers, etc in the bulletin. and they manage to mess up the seat that was formerly functional.

I called and made my appointment for 9am on the 25th of February to have the oil changed and also wanted them to check the connection using the USB cable to my phone. It would not stay connected. I also had an issue when I would turn off the engine. I would get a message that would tell me to put the vehicle in park.I arrived at the dealership at 9am and went to check in and they didnt have me in the computer. After several minutes the gentleman helping me assured me he would get me in. I explained everything that needed to be done and they took my truck to the garage. He updated me on the progress numerous times and told that they had to order some parts from GM and they would not arrive until the following Monday. He gave me a loner and told me he would stay in touch. To my surprise he called me the next day around 330pm and said my truck was ready. Unfortunately, I could not make to the dealership until Monday morning due to previous plans. I was at the dealership early Monday morning, we exchanged vehicles, completed all the required paperwork and I was on my way. The person who helped me took a bad start from the beginning and did a great job moving forward and getting my truck repaired in a professional way.Many thanks!

As a young woman who was used to relying on my dad to deal with my car issues, I was nervous taking care of it on my own. The guys at Century always make me feel comfortable, never try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and display excellent customer service! The business lounge is great as I can work while waiting, eliminating the issue of scheduling around working hours. I was very disappointed to find out I had been lied to about Century GMC providing a free service for my vehicle in addition to the one provided by GM during the first year. Joe in service said he would look into it, but I never heard anything from him.This is the third time that something I was told by a Century employee turned out to be untrue. First, the negotiated price for my vehicle changed by approx. $80 when I came to pick-up my truck, because your proposal priced in the wrong type of tag. Did Century realize they had made a mistake and absorb the difference? No, I paid it.. Second, after several months when I asked when I should expect my title to arrive, I was told that things were taking longer than normal be patient. In reality, it had been submitted to be held as an electronic title and wasnt ever going to arrive. This was resolved by Century after I refused to pay additional money again to obtain it. Third was the matter of the service.Century GMC seems to be suffering from a systematic lack of honesty. .

Purchased a truck from Century Buick GMC on 4/27/2017. My salesperson Robert Shimer was excellent. I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership and he made sure I had the vehicle I wanted and was out the door in 90 minutes. There was no haggling over price and they made the deal work even though I was in a major upside situation with my trade-in.Thank you to Robert and all of the other team members that made this a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately I do not remember all of their names but everyone from the sales manager to finance were very kind and accommodating.Highly recommended from anyone looking for a new vehicle !One final note. I brought up that I read a lot of negative reviews regarding the service department. Robert gave me a tour of the area where service is performed and I am fairly certain those negative reviews and based on people with unrealistic expectations regarding turn around time.

Scheduled some basic service for my wifes Sedan. Dropped it off with Brett. I needed to return home, so Anebel gave me a lift in the courtesy shuttle. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were greeted warmly, asked what we were interested in. Stan listened then showed us the car I purchased. Saw this vehicle online on Saturday, drove out to look at it on Sunday, met with Robert Shimer on Monday and bought it! Being a former new car sales manager I already knew what to expect, they guys gave me a fair trade in amount and a heck of a deal on the Tahoe. I’ll definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase!
