After having the dreadful experience of dealing with rental car companies, raised rates, misapplied payments and endless headaches, we came to James and Alton hoping we could find something we liked. We walked in thinking we’d walk out with nothing and have to continue with rentals but James helped us find the car we love, and Alton worked with us to get payment we were comfortable with. They were transparent in what to expect and stayed with us through the whole process from paperwork to servicing to detailing. Definitely will be back for another purchase very soon!
I purchased a 2019 Mazda 6 from John, one of the salesman there. The process was very comfortable and easy, nice people! Alton, the sales manager was great to work with and it was not nearly as difficult as other experiences I have had in the past! They were more than helpful in throwing in extras and it was much appreciated!

Customer service is horrible. The finance department especially. I have been trying to get a warranty cancelled for over 2 weeks now. Finally got someone to call me back he was really rude. Ended up not being helpful for a call back from someone else to solve my issue. He gave me his email to help out. Now he’s not responding. I sent a follow up email to make sure he got my email, and nothing. Worst service ever. They won’t get my business again.
Updated....Painful process made right! Alton and the group over over at Alfa have really stepped up and gone out of their way to try and take care of my concerns. The dealership has kept me informed, and earned my long term business with their honesty and integrity. I have a been a die-hard Nissan owner most of my life, but the level customer care at Alfa has definitely won me over. I can honestly recommend both Jim and Alton as great folks to buy a car with, cant wait to get my 21 Stelvio on the road!
***Update number 2 (03/03/2021). Picked up my car today after dropping it off on the 18th of Feb to get all of the items fixed that werent fixed the first time. I added a star, as it seems everything has been corrected, and they did replace the windshield (again) with a new OEM Mopar one at no cost to me. Chad is/has been great through the whole process, and definitely had a better experience this time around. Hopefully the issues remain gone.***Update, picked up my car from service a couple weeks ago after having the sunroof and door handle (among a few other small things). They ended up cracking my windshield during the sunroof fix, but rightfully replaced it with a new OEM unit. However, once I arrived home I noticed there was a crack in the upper right hand corner of the new windshield and the steering noise they had fixed was back. Car is scheduled to go back again next week, so we shall see how it goes. I should also note, the car was there for 9 days, and was not dissinfected (covid protocol for touch surfaces) or even washed at any point during that time. So far, definitely not Alfa level service, but on par with what I would expect at Dodge and Fiat. I guess we shall see how it goes.***Let me start by saying, my car is currently in service (dropped off yesterday Jan 13th 2021), so I will update once I pick up the vehicle.I came to Alfa of Tacoma for some warranty work. The service team is friendly, and informative, so no issues there, HOWEVER, I was given a loaner vehicle while my car is in for service, and let me just say it was DISGUSTING. There were sticky substances on the center console, and overall I had a weird feeling it had not been dissenfected between the last person and myself, so I took it upon myself to dissenfect the whole vehicle when I arrived home. What I found was atrocious. There was a chew bottle under the seat, where someone had been spitting tobacco into, there was a vape box in the passengers door card, numerous bottles under the seat, dust and hair in the cup holders, smudge marks on the windows (from fingers) and best of all, 4 or 5 rental contracts from prior service clients in the glovebox with their confidential information on them. Between deslership covid-19 violations (for not dissenfecting, much less cleaning the vehicle between uses), and leaving client information in the vehicles, I am certainly not wanting to come back.That being said, I brought the car to be worked on, and if the caliber of work completed is up to par, I may bring my vehicle back *baring they start cleaning and dissenfecting loaners*.

Actually went to the Dodge fleet sales department which is right next to the Alfa dealership . Victoria was beyond amazing to deal with . Easy going not pushy at all.Very very helpful and knows her stuff . Would recommend them for sure. Came from Poulsbo and it was well worth the drive .
Terrific dealer! My parents purchased a car online and flew in to Tacoma to pick up the vehicle. The dealership was excellent: five star service and great showroom. Prices are extremely fair and affordable.

Beware when shopping here, total bait and switch. The sales manager admits his staff made a mistake but would not honor the original offer then to top it off my salesman laughed at me when I told him I would be posting a negative review.Save your time and buy from ANY other dealership where you will be treated with honesty, respect and where management takes accountability for their staff. I consider myself lucky that I found out about their management style during the sales process vs when I would have taken my vehicle in for service. A mistake in the shop could cost a lot more than the $1,785 mistake they were not willing to stand behind during the sales process.
This place is amazing they were not pushy at all. We looked at the cars and when we where ready to talk to someone they were there and informative on there product. We ended up buying a red alfa Romeo and not only are we happy with the overall experience but also love are car And the great deal we got on it. Its hard to think they have even one bad review on this page as there custom service is top notch. But then I have to remember some people have unrealistic expectations of people and just are never happy. All in all I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone.
Very dishonest dealership. My old review was removed. Looks like they are getting all glowing reviews and all date only to the last few months - clearly suspicious. All the old reviews have been purged. Go here at your own peril - will tell you one thing over email then completely screw you over when you’re over there after having discussed everything over email. Most people hate going into car dealerships because of such bait and switch tactics.
I dont dive AR but just stopped in to take a look at what they looked like. Some of them are nice if you are into them stop and take a look.
Great place to look at alphas and have your tablet taken out of your hand by the employee, without permission. The employees here have a passion for making sure they dont sell cars. They have extended themselves to the peak of expectations in pushing customers out the door. I could sell all the Alphas in a fraction of the time their employees could. By just being courteous and respectful to all the human beings who enter the dealership. Credit scores are what sells cars, customer service is what gets them through the door.UPDATE!!! Was pre-approved for a loan for this dealership by USAA. And they refused to answer simple loan questions. Then when I asked if they wanted to sell cars. I got this reply. The sales consultant...does not do sales????? Hay manger person. I will work for free just to show up your sales staff. They are hurting your product. I can move all those 2018s with ease.
