Definitely my location of choice for auto parts. The employees are kind, and quick to help with your auto care needs. Jack is awesome! I appreciate his knowledge of auto parts, and help with general information on how to keep my vehicle running like new. I cant tell you how difficult it has been to find an auto parts store where the employees actually know a thing or two about vehicle maintenance. Jack offered great suggestions on an entire care plan for an older vehicle with high mileage. I will be getting all my future parts and maintenance supplies from this location in the future! I highly recommend this store/location.

The store was low on stock as far as the shelves go. However, the people that work there are nice, mostly knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you. I spend a lot of my car repair money here. They are open later than any other parts store which may explain the people hanging out in the parking lot. Hey man. What are you guys doing tonight? Were gonna cruise the AutoZone parking lot and chill for a while, wanna hang out? Uh, no thanks man. I gotta go wash my dog or something.

Got the wrong headlight n found out when replacing it. Went to the autozones to exchange it and jack helped me out to find the right light. He was very nice n had wonderful customer service. Very happy with his help!!!!

I called and ordered parts that they said would be in Friday. It took them over 30 minutes to just find the parts. I was told that I would receive a military discount upon arrival and they refused to give it because they encouraged me to pay over the phone to even get the parts and then stated that they would have to refund.. wait for it to clear the bank and then me come back in and re buy everything. Poor customer service and will most certainly take my business elsewhere

Jack saved us! I definitely hadnt installed my windshield wipers correctly and with no hesitation he came out and clicked them into place with ease! So greatful! Great experience! Definitely need wipers here in WA 🤣🤣🤣

Great store very busy but when you go to the main store that has everything what do you expect it takes time to find that one belt out of thousands. Staff are friendly and most managers can help you and know their stuff. The female night manager rocks and typically can tell me if the parts im looking for are in stock. It is not 24 hours yet which is sad google lied

This last time i waited in line for about 45 minutes to get a new alternator since the staff wanted to help everyone else first (even tho they were there after me). This is their main location though so if possible AVOID THIS LOCATION as it can get pretty slammed...

Well my previous experience with this store was good but not today! Was in line with 2 items and stood in line for at least 15 min while they were talking on the phone, one guy was just standing there not helping anyone. Smh...am going to the one on 38th st from now on!

The custom service was awesome. Charles was so helpful in finding what we needed and then helping us fix our car.

So I went in looking for a bulb for my vehicle. The customer support person in the front was very helpful as to make and model and the year I gave them that they quickly pulled up the bulb that I needed a squirted me over to the bulb section showed me my option and then I purchase the ball. Very simple quick and easy in and out would go back again

AutoZone is great. I do alot of business at the store on the Westside of Olympia and the entire staff is more than helpful in finding what I want. Ive found the same experience at all the stores I have been to.

I was broke as a joke and my car was broke with me. Stuck in Tacoma. I litteraly stood on a corner begging for money to fix my car. This is the main store in my area. So go here, they usually have it when other stores dont. I come here for parts. I dont ever expect anyone to know anything substantial about car repairs and I am never surprised. High employee turn over means you are almost always getting the new guy. They perpetuate the stereotypes about parts people today. Walk-in and ask You got any 80-90 gl⁴.? What year vehicle is it for? It doesnt matter! Terrible customer service, but thats normal. Drama in the store, almost always. BUT they usually got the part in the Duralast brand for my hooptie.

Everytime I go in there I almost always have to return the parts that I was told without a doubt would work with my Jeep. Rarely ever happens. Great service as in kind and attempting to be helpful but in reality have no idea what they are talking about. Shucks die hard till the day I die.

Its a zoo. Especially the parking lot. I went to have my alternator tested. Walked in, alternator in hand. I end up with some millennial troll for a salesperson. He takes the alternator back and 10 minutes later days he cant test it because the pins are bent, and he cant plug the machine in. I look at the pins, they are perfect, straight, nothing wrong. He says he doesnt want to break the machine. I suggest that there is a reason he sells parts for a living. Either he didnt want to test it or didnt know how. That was my feeling. That left me a little bit worried, because if the replacement alternator didnt fix my problem, I was probably going to have trouble returning if, or getting my old one back. Fortunately, it fixed my problem. Ot really doesnt inspire confidence when a store advertises free testing for alternators and starters, but cant be bothered to actually test them. Im hoping it was just one bad apple. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

$55 control arm. They had one in stock. The guy (a manager I think) somehow managed to charge me for two. I didnt realize it until I was about halfway home. It was insanely busy in there and I just wanted to get out so I didnt notice.I wait in line to get my money back extra part I shouldnt have been charged for. I finally get to the counter, and the associate says his manager is nowhere to be found. I wait an additional 10 minutes.Finally, the manager gets to the counter. Starts asking all kinds of questions about what happened, who sold it to me, etc. Tells me he needs to go to the back to check something (???). Honestly, felt kind of sketchy. Like I was charged twice on purpose and it was fraud or something.At best, horribly incompetent employees. At worst, possible fraud going on.Ill never, ever visit this location again.

A friends car broke down in Tacoma this afternoon. He had my grandsons with him; they had been walking in a cemetery and when they went to leave, his 1975 Chevy Blazer wouldnt start. He called me because of my kids, and I went out to rescue them. When I arrived, the cemetery was closing soon. My friend told me what part he needed, a battery terminal and cable, and I went to AutoZone. They were busy, but we didnt have to wait more than a minute, and within five, I was out the door. The fellow who waited on me was intelligent and really knew his cars. On top of that, the parts cost much less than we thought it would be. AutoZone painlessly saved my friend from having his truck towed. AutoZone, you rock!

This AutoZone generally has the parts I need. The staff can seem a little more rough and tumble than people might feel comfortable listening to though. Great stop for parts, not sure Id send my kid there without covering their ears first.

Im not a person who gives five star reviews so easily, but I owe this one to (Maddie, Mandy, Mindy; I cant remember her name). A few months ago, my gas pump broke down. And I was pretty sure that we had the lifetime warranty. So I went and called many AutoZone stores in Marysville, Everett, Arlington, and Lake Stevens to help me look for information about that warranty in my account and no one in those stores wanted to help me. Desperate and hoping that someone would help me, I called this store and it was Maddie who answered. I explained to her my situation and she immediately started to help me. She took the sufficient amount of time (not one or two times, but three times). Finally, thank God, she found that information that I desperately needed and she helped me more than I expected. I literally wanted to cry because some one was finally helping me as if it was her own problem. Thank you very much for your help, for your kindness, and for your professionalism.You gave me an excellent customer service. I will never forget that.

Rude and Uninformative. Employee didnt know how to look up the part, so I had to talk him through the procedure and I dont even work there. We went the appropriate shelf and he said, no we dont have it, and he just walked away. I dont know in what standards they hold in hiring but this guy should be fired. Ill never go back to this AutoZone.

I give this place an A++. Every time I visit this AutoZone. I have never been dissatisfied. The customer service is excellent. If they dont have something in stock they will always check if another store has one close by. And if I have a problem with fixing something they are always willing to help. Now i always go there first when I need a parts or even good quality tools.

They werent very helpful. I asked a question about the overflow reservoir and where the full line was because I couldnt see it and I didnt want to overfill it. They said it should be on the side and when I told them I didnt see where the full or minimum line was they repeated themselves and said it should be on the side. That was their only response. When I was outside with the hood up trying to find the line, several employees walked by and wouldnt help me.

This location is great because they are a distributing location so they tend to have a lot in stock. As when I try to go to the 38th street location in Tacoma they never have anything. Everyone here was friendly to me and took care of me so 5 stars, why not.

Avoid at all costs. Manager with short red (dyed) hair was arguing with customers telling them to leave. Closing the store 1 hour early to count tills is unacceptable. There was 5-7 customers trying to get in to purchase items.

Love love love AutoZone! Being a girl in a auto parts store can be annoying because everyone thinks you need help but the guys here let me do my thing and don’t even bother asking me if I need help.
