Dal and Rickie and the rest of the team here are top notch. Knowledgeable, honest, no pressure. Ive done a lot of business with them and it’s always an excellent experience. If you tires or other suspension / brake services and don’t have your own established mechanic. this is the place to go. They will only do what is needed, give you good advice and no BS or hassles.

Dropped car off at 12:30 as scheduled, didnt have it ready until 7 hours later. No accommodations made. Yes, they do put tires on wheels, but they really do the bare minimum. Will take my business elsewhere, I recommend you do as well.

I had a slow leak in a tire and called and they got my car in right away. The flat fix took a little over an hour and I was notified by text when it was done. The guys at the front desk are very courteous and working hard. My only warning is that the shop itself is on a corner and the lit gets very full. But that doesnt detract from their excellent service.

Went in for an oil change and just general inspection. They showed me a report on my car, showing back breaks that needed changing very soon and a cracked engine belt. Just due to time constraints I didnt get it serviced further that day. Got a second inspection done at another local shop and found that my breaks were in perfect condition, back ones better than the front and absolutely no damage on the belt. Saved me $700 getting a 2nd opinion.

They were so fast and extremely friendly which was quite refreshing. Solid work good prices speedy quick. This is my fourth time coming here and I’m never disappointed! Thanks guys!

Got new tires mounted and new wheels spun and balanced on my 1999 Camaro, great experience. Friendly staff, handled the new wheels gingerly, and were very complimentary towards the car. Helped solve an issue with the lugs. Good folks

Wow, you guys are awesome! I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I brought my car in for an installation of a suspension lift and replacement of all bushings and control arms. The team at Big Brand on Milpas have completely exceeded my expectations! Victor was very reasonable, fair and honest when he gave me the estimate, and the mechanic Oscar went above and beyond installing the suspension kit! Took my truck in because my tires and steering wheel were shacking and they told me I needed new ball joints which would cost 2,000. This was a lot of money to me so I wanted to make sure they weren’t just trying to rob me so I took my truck to two other mechanics for a second and third opinion. Thank god I did because both mechanics told me my ball joints were perfectly fine and that the shacking was coming from my rims because I didn’t have hub centric rings which are only 25 dollars. I would have thought that Big brand tires would have know this was the issue because they mainly focus on tires and rims but I guess they were more focused on robbing me off my money.

I unfortunately found my tire flat when I tried to go to work. The next day I called Big Brand, and although they were very busy, fit me in for a tire repair. I was very satisfied with their customer service and Hector was especially very good at communicating with me. I will tell all my friends who need tire services to go there!

I usually get fantastic service but I visited last week on a Friday trying to fix a light I KNEW I had to get fixed, it was the wrong light bulb the entire time. I was not only questioned about everything I said but under-minded the entire time I was there by an employee I wont name. I tried to explain to them the light I had brought was for my turn signal and not for my brake(had a separate led lights to help my brakes last longer). A simple search on OReillys showed me the light that was installed was actually incorrect, but they insisted everything worked fine. Maybe it was just an off day for all.

The employee that assisted me was very attentive, calm and collected. Not all can manage this when they are back to back with customers and a parking lot full of vehicles on a busy street in the middle of the week. Yet he managed to not only maintain his cool but check on the cool of his fellow co-workers. As he would check in with customers he would check in on the workers, are you doing ok? He would ask an employee if they looked as if they may be overwhelmed. As he would check in with me assuring me someone was either getting to my vehicle or working on it. I was in and out in under hour. On top of a great experience he informed me I was part of the cool kids now with all the benefits big brand tires has to offer. I will be returning.

I am vacationing in Montecito. Was meeting a friend for a glass of wine at 3:30. While on the way, a low tire pressure message came on. Once I parked, I could hear the air coming out of the tire. Called AAA and they suggested taking it to some mechanic but it was 4:50 and they were closing at 5. My son and dog were at the airbnb, we are leaving tomorrow so I panicked a bit. The driver came to the rescue and suggested a tire place. He brought me to Big Brand tire and service on Milpas. They fixed my tire for FREE!! And, I was there for 20 minutes! Highly recommend this place.

I am very grateful! I was a woman alone, nervous and clueless to what I was in for. The staff was so incredibly kind and patient. They handled it all, I didn’t have to do anything. I thought I had blown out my tire and was stressed on having to buy a new one, but they tried to fix it first and I was able to leave all within 45 min. They didn’t even charge me. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off to have the tire repaired. While the car was there, they did a free tire rotation and alignment check. Victor noticed the shocks were wearing out and let me know what he discovered when I arrived. I will return to have the shocks repaired at a later date.

We blew a tire to shreds on what was supposed to be a day trip to Ventura from Cambria. Just a single Mum, wanting a sweet experience with her daughter. Can’t afford a real vacation so, this is it. BAM! Tire shredded and went off in every direction. We were towed to Big Brand in Santa Barbara and they were swamped. They squeezed us in and we got the greatest deal on tires and alignment. Everyone was sympathetic to our plight, kind and professional. I highly recommend this place. We we there for quite awhile and got to bear witness to the sincerity they gave to each customer. Pacient and willing to help. Our little trip was shot but, if it had been anyone other than Big Brand, I’m sure we would have been stuck over night. Thanks guys! 😊

Very helpful staff. I was able to get an affordable price on tires and even though they were extremely busy the morning I took my car in they were very courteous and polite and were able to turn the car around in what I thought to be an incredibly short amount of time. They even sent me a voicemail to let me know that my car was ready. I definitely recommend their services. I have been using them for for years and even though they have changed ownership their service is still top notch.

There were no appointments available on-line through the website but when I phoned I was able to get an appointment when I needed one.Due to Covid, the indoor waiting area was closed but I felt safe using the outdoor waiting area where chairs were spaced a safe distance apart. I appreciated the precautions taken by the technicians- gloves, seat and steering wheel covers.

Ive never written a review for anyone before but just had to express how different they are from other oil change locations like jiffy lube that charge twice as much. Great customer service! A gentleman name Hector answered all the questions I had. Although they are busy most of the time they still manage to do a great job in getting my car out as soon as possible.

Quick, professional, efficient and had the tire for the right price! Safety checks were done for free and they didnt try to upsell me on anything bogus so I can see why this is a very busy Service Center... if you want to be a satisfiedcustomer, I suggest you make an appointment - if youre walking in, be ready to wait as these professionals are busy - theyregood at what they do so theyre in high demand. If I were them I would strike for higher wages, better benefits and more time off they were working on Presidents day where everybody else was running around clogging up traffic pretending like they didnt have a job to go to the next day.

Nothing but good things to say about Big Brand on Milpas. Beyond the excellent service at a modest price, they’ve helped me out a number of times, free of charge. Last time was on New Year’s Eve when my car, which I had parked a block from their facility, wouldn’t start. They took time out from their busy schedule and sent a guy to jumpstart it. No charge. Ten days later, when the battery (which I had purchased from them) completed discharged, they replaced it at no cost, no questions asked, no hassle.

Best tire experience I’ve had. They took me in on short notice before the Easter holiday and rushed to get everything I needed done. I would totally recommend this place!

Everyone here is so nice and super helpful! I had picked out new rims and tires on tirerack.com where Big Brand is an installation partner. Im so glad I didnt buy online! I went in and worked with Victor, who patiently provided recommendations and various options. In the end I ended up with entirely different options and they matched the pricing on tirerack.com. I was happy to support the brick and mortar business after all of their help. I even had buyers remorse for my original selection and the next day Victor changed my order happily.

I dropped off a flat tire to be fixed at 9:30 in the morning & went on to work. Big Brand called me 1 hr later w it fixed. I picked up the tire on my way home from work @ 4:45. One of the employees took my car immediately. He put the tire on, reset my flat tire indicater & put the spare in my trunk. It took all of 10 min.Killer service!!!!!

They used to be good when they were on Nopal St. Too busy now. Nice people but the system does not work. I have an appointment for a flat tire, its been two hours and they have not even looked at it.Whats the point of having an appointment?Not worth my time, never again.
