This company is a joke and their customer service is horrible. I purchased a kitchen hood vent from them and the fan stopped working for over 2 months. My hood vent is still under warranty. Every time I contacted them, they said they’ll inform their warehouse department. Till today, I have no updates or any word from them. Stay away from their products. They will not back their warranty products as mentioned!

I purchased a kitchen faucet from Cosmo.The faucet broke within weeks of install and company has not offered any solution even though the item has a lifetime warranty. The response I received was that the company doesnt have any parts. Thanks a bunch guys!

Prices are really unbeatable compared to what they offer at Homedepot and other big retail stores.Will definitely be doing more business with them for our future projects.Surprised that this place even existed and was glad to have found them. Transactions are always quick and easy. Service is great because all you do is walk in, pick the product you want, pay and they load your car for you. No hassles.

Great prices on brand new items. And the appliances are heavy duty, restaurant style. The young guy who answers is quiet. But very helpful. I called to ask for a copy of a receipt and they dont send out copies but he said he would look through their receipts and if he found hed sent it to me. I ended up finding my receipt but I thought it was great that he was willing to even attempt to find my receipt. :)

We bought our Cosmo stove from Home Depot in Victorville, CA. The lady who helped us was very nice and quick. We called the manufacturer Cosmos and they were very nice and took care of all we needed.
