I ordered a battery for my husbands old LG flip phone. The first battery didnt work but I called and spoke with Kim and she was just lovely to work with. She sent a replacement battery--it worked great! So, the customer service was definitely 5-stars and I will absolutely use Accessory City again!

Ordered from this company off of amazon and recieved the wrong item. after reading reviews on amazon this company has bad reviews over the last 12 months.

Great people very polite and patience. One young man must if spent a half hour with me walking me through the process of operating my phone. Im old school never learned a- z some of the joys of having a cell phone other than 911 and Family and Friends contacts. Lucky for me no one came in until I got how to not lock myself out of it. Thank you Accessory for hiring Such Great People.

They fulfilled my order that I made through Wal-Mart and did a fine job. Prompt (not super-speedy) delivery of a good product, with good (ENGLISH!) documentation. Clear instructions for support as well. I would definitely order through them again.
