BEST PHONE REPAIR SHOP IN THE WORLD! Long story short, water damage killed my iPhone 8+, immediately paced it in rice, took it to their shop next day and within hours they were able to take the phone apart and tell me that my logic board has multiple shorts (4-5 shorts to be exact). Most shops will tell you that your logic board is toast and to throw your phone away. IPHONE CLINIC was able to repair my phone within 24 hours and it works like new again! You can’t even tell that they undid the little screws. I can not recommend this place enough! Amazing service and extremely reasonable prices! They need to start mail in service repairs because if they did I would ship my phone across country to have them fix it in future. That’s how good they are! Don’t take your phone elsewhere! This place is as professional as it can be! I can keep going on and on but to put it in prospective, I would have lost 30GB of images since I don’t use the cloud! Thank you so much!

Best phone repair shop in rocklin! when i tell you that this is the BEST repair shop in roseville, i am telling you that THIS is the the best repair shop in roseville. they are so unbelievably professional and know how to get the job done. great deals and amazing case options to protect your phone from cracking. they can literally fix xbox and ps4 controllers. i came by with my ps4 controller and sadly it had extremely bad joystick drift and they made it good as new!!! would recommend to anyone!

He over charges i went to another shop for another phone way cheaper and better work. He left the bottom 2 screws on the iphone lose one fell out few days later and the sensor on my phone for face detection doesnt work anymore thanks to the gentlemen there. Take your phone elsewhere trust me

Let me start by I found this place on a whim. They have very fair prices cant complain. The staff are friendly and will examine things to you if you ask questions. Only downside is that it took way longer than they said it would like over 2 hours longer so dont go there if youre short on time.

Very professional and quick! I got three phones fixed quicker than I have ever seen done. They know what they are doing too. One of the phones I brought to a different store and they were not able to fix it. And it sat in my drawer for over a year. Im glad I brought it in just in case.

Genuine people! Iphone had stopped charging so took it in to try to get it fixed, he took one look and said its just dirty. Cleaned it up real quick, and it worked! No charge he said. INCREDIBLE customer service! I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced (which is done quickly and at a fantastic price). A small error was made that caused my battery to not work. To remedy this, the owners drove all the way to my home in Colfax (more than an hour round trip) after hours on a Sunday. It was fixed in minutes! I have never experienced such above-and-beyond customer service. Truly amazing!

I came in today to get my screen fixed and I was told to pick up my phone at 6:50pm even though the store closed at 5pm. I double checked and asked if I should leave my husbands phone number to call when it was done and he told me no and to come back at 6:50. We got there around 6:45 and the store was closed, no one was answering the phone numbers they have listed on the website. Im a little frustrated since I need my phone for work and didnt know it would be held overnight. I was also given a quote of $150 over the phone but $180 when I went in.

These guys are AMAZING! I dropped my iPhone 6, shattering the screen and rendering it nearly useless, the lovely pair at the iPhone Clinic were able to replace the screen in under the 20 minutes they had quoted and for a more than fair price. Timely and honest service. I called (unlike other repair clinics, they answered the phone!), arranged to come in for a repair to my charging port on my iPhone 7. Before doing any work, the owner used what looked like a dentists pick to clean out the port. Turned out, it was full of lint! No repair necessary! He also checked my battery and told me it was too early to replace it. Honest and fast service. You cant go wrong here.

My haptic motor was going out and my battery life was suffering so I decided to take me iPhone 7+ to get it repaired. Not only was the gentleman SUPER fast, he didn’t charge me for the motor repair because it was just a loose screw. Also replaced my shattered screen protector at a very good price. Got a new battery installed, new screen protector, new case, and my vibration fixed for less than $90 and I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Huge selection of cases and accessories as well for tons of different devices, not just iPhones. Will definitely recommend and will definitely go back if I have any more issues. This is the first review Ive ever written, because the customer service was the best Ive experienced in recent memory. I left my phone on top of my car and found it an hour later, retracing my steps, in the middle of the street at the exit of a busy shopping center. I witnessed 2 cars roll over it as I made my way to it, who knows how many in that hour. My phone was completely trashed. The iPhone clinic was fast, friendly, knowledgable, affordable, and accommodating. My phone looked better than it did before I lost it, I felt like I was getting a new phone. Honestly the best electronic repair place in all of Sacramento, prices were around $100 lower than other places, plus they even gave me a discount. On top of that, they fixed my screen and camera in 25 minutes compared to every other place that said it would take two hours.

The communicated clearly, worked quickly and professionally and offered a fair price . Loved the open, positive communication. Hoping I dont crack another screen on my SE I love, but if I have any repair needs this is the place I am going.

My fix was a shattered screen for an S9, expensive but fast service and no problems after, its been about 3 weeks.

Probably the worst phone repair experience I have ever had, I dont usually write reviews but this one made me so frustrated that I decided to write my very first Yelp review.Short version: Go to Apple for repairment. Do not change your screen here, they would say the quality of the screen is exactly the same as the original screen functionality wise but the smoothness and lag of the replaced screen are way worse compared to the Apple one. I ended up paying $300 for a phone that doesnt function normally and shuts itself down randomly, and I regret not going to Apple store but chose to come here for repairment.The full version of the review is on Yelp.

Poor Quality, No RefundCracked my iPhone XS Maxs back glass. Came to have it replaced and was guaranteed factory level service. They charged me $231.66 on August 6 (transaction 004336), yet I had to bring the phone back two more times since the adhesive did not hold well... The phone just kept coming apart! If you dont have proper materials, do not guarantee the quality. Three (or even four) trips of wasted time... Will never use their service again! Not a recommended repair shop! Total frustration...

This is my second time coming here and they definitely help me out, they have great prices and are very friendly.

I reserve the 4th & 5th stars because of the non-O.E. screen used to replace my ipads cracked screen. Granted, I was given the option and I selected the non-O.E. part due to the price difference, but the issue seemed to be more with the screen coming off the body of the ipad, not the screen. The non-O.E. screen cracked AGAIN while I was picking it up, not even from a drop or other collision that typically damages screens.That being said, I will also say that the owner was a VERY nice lady who was quite willing to work with me on pricing (matching anothers offer) and able to do the work for me quite quickly...even if the screen broke again after 2 months. The store is very clean and they offer a variety of phone and tablet accessories as well which is convenient of youre shopping for that kind of thing.I would probably return again, but Id get the OE parts this time....AND Id be sure to bring the ipad back as soon as I noticed an issue instead of waiting like I did.

While I am happy my iPad mini could be repaired, there are several cracks around the perimeter of the screen. Being that other places wouldn’t touch it, I’m grateful it’s working again.

Took my phone in got a new back put on and new front screen the video they show when you walk up is someone in video hitting the glass with a hammer dropping phone on the ground its not supost to break with there clear coat I barely dropped phone and it cracked in three different places they wouldnt fix my phone and now my phone getting a lot worse on the front and back of phone I played a lot of money to repair my phone and its all messed up now
