Hours online are false. Got there at 10:15 and they were closed. Saw updated hours were 11-6:30 so I showed up at 2pm and still closed. Never coming back. Customer service at Douglas location was amazing anyway.

Boost mobile is a fantastic service/ Rosie at the Cirby location in Roseville. Is awesome! She calmly walked me through the process of changing service plans with buying a new phone and making sure I was set up with the phone and made sure the phone was working correctly before I left the store! 10+

Went to pay my bill and the sign on the door said out to lunch back at 330. It was 2pm when I got there. Hour and a half lunch? Must be nice.

They are way cheaper than a lot of the nrtworks. There is a referral program, but I cant get the referral unless we knew each other... but its worth turning your friends onto it... cheaper phones, great data plans & reception.

Absolutely pathetic, needed my phone reset and the girl who said no no have you googled it I dont know how to do that here. Its through boost Mobile insurance absolutely no help at all..

The guy who helped me was so friendly, I stopped by to pay my bill and he offered me a new phone that was on a promotion for really cheap and it was better than the phone I had, Im so happy he let me know he saved me a lot of money and I now have a better phone (:

Not arguably bad service, but my phone bill started off being 70$ almost a year by fo two lines, and when I would go in person to pay they told me there was a tax for paying in person, which baffled me, now their charging me 5$ bucks and Im almost done with it, my deal said 70$ make it 70$. Not no 75.88$
