I had been a customer with AT&T Wireless for over 20 years. I went to this store with a minor service problem and asked for the Manager, Mr. Teurn. After I explained my issue he blew me off an told me the only way he would do anything was if I upgraded my plan for more money. I have discontinued my three lines of service with AT&T and will also cancel all of my business phones. AT&T customer service is terrible and this manger should be fired.

I went in to get a new phone & a new plan through AT&T. & I was greeted by Osha who helped with picking out a new plan that was perfect for everything I needed. She was thorough & answered all of my questions & concerns. She was also very knowledgeable about the plans/phones she was suggesting. I went in there other day and I have to say, what a great experience! As I was perusing the electronic devices, a very nice man named Marcus came to help me. He was very patient and understanding with me. He helped ke find the best product for me! Will definitely come back here for all of my AT&T needs!

Came in today after my phone broke, and had the most amazing experience. The store was extremely busy; however, all workers tried their hardest to make it a quick experience. I ended up getting to work with Ryan the manager, who was professional, smart, and a wonderful guy to chat with. My cell phone was destroyed today. I needed a lot of help trying to figure out how to be whole again. Phil, one of the managers, was very generous with his time. Not only did he help me find a solution, but he spent extra time making sure I had all the information I needed to follow up in case there were problems later on. If Phil did half of what he did for me today,I would have been impressed. He was kind and patient. The world needs more people like this guy for sure !!!!

Erick was so beyond helpful, patient and professional. He deserves a raise!!! I came in because my phone got ran over after my toddler threw it out the window. I was stressed and in a rush. He was a calm and knowledgeable. I ended up buying an Apple Watch and new AirPods as well. Great at his job and really took care of me.

I needed a new DSL modem. You dont offer cable or fibre in my rural area. I had to go to three different stores to find one. Yes, after the first wasted stop I did have them call to the other stores to be sure they supposedly had what I wanted. In each of the stores I had to wait an average of more than 5 minutes before ANYONE bothered to ask why I was there. Another 10-15 minutes to find out they didn’t have it.

Needed purchase a screen cover but after being told it would be a 15-20 minute wait (which i was totally fine with) it ended being over an hour and employees just standing around, just for a cover !! Crazy. I will be returning the 5 phones I bought for my business a week ago, i dont care about a restocking fee, also cancel the lines and go to Best Buy to start new service and purchase phones, that should leave a dent on the store and the sales person numbers, hopefully theyll be more honest with the wait time.

Waited outside in the rain for 45 minutes after being told I had to wait 10 minutes. All I needed to do was return a charger, I saw several people come in after me (not on the list), the main reason I got pushed back was because I had a return (phone charger) and having worked at an ATT store myself I know the reps dont like returns because it hits there numbers. So the lesson is if youre returning something you either wont get help or theyll push you to the back of the list. Best bet is to tell them youre buying something, then youll get help and then return your product. Will not return to this location, Best Buy is much better for your phone purchases.

I called to the AT&T across from galleria mall yesterday after having a bad Experience at a different location. I told them what was wrong with my phone they helped me out and said come on in and we can replace the Sim card. I’ve always had a great experience with the Roseville location.Before deciding to go to the Roseville location I went to the Palladio in Folsom and pretty much was told they could not help me. I seen the reviews when I looked up the location but I figured people probably wrote them just because no they wrote it because it was the true experience that they had.

Came in to switch over account holders and set up a first responder discount, not the easiest of requests! Johnny and Matthew were wonderful and made the process as quick and easy as it could be. Johnny provided by far the best customer service we’ve gotten at AT&T—it was obvious that he cared about getting us the best possible deals. Refreshing to interact with such amazing people amidst the craziness nowadays!

My problem took two hours and he stayed with me the whole time until we reached a solution. His dedication and great customer service is the reason I will be coming back to this facility.

They are only there as salesmen apparently and can not help those of us who are not technologically smart. Need help? Call and don’t waste your time going in.

I got here at 3:30pm & was finally seen at 6:00pm... I understand there are new guidelines, but this is unacceptable! The lack of urgency in the employees here is embarrassing.

Made an appointment thru the At&t app and service was prompt and courteous! I was assisted right away and completed inside 20 min or less. Highly recommend using their appt service from their app. Quick and easy!

Fantastic customer service...pretty seamless transition moving service over to AT&T. Was able to bundle a couple bills and ultimately save money. I highly recommend this store!!Although I did notice the weekend lead/Manager was a bit condescending towards his “employees”. Definitely some room for improvement on coaching and not being rude.

So, not only was the wait time friggin horrendous, but by the time we were helped, the attitude on the little punk that worked there made me want to slap him. As we waited along with several other people, two of the AT&T staff members were just standing behind the counter bs-ing with each other and playing with their phones. Usually we love AT&T but I will not be returning to this particular store anytime soon!!!

Went to buy a phone cover for galaxy A11. Was told there were ZERO cases that would fit at the store. Within 2 hours, accidentally dropped the phone and screen shattered. Result: ATT failed to offer the service I required (A PHONE CASE!) and now my phone is ruined.

Yesterday, Jason Sandry helped me transition to a new phone. He performed his job very well and was able to offer me the best possible plan and rates available. He was patient and addressed all my questions. Jason was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all his help.

Emily and Haley helped us with switching our business account from our Verizon service to At&T. They were both very knowledgeable about AT&T services and were able to tell us about all of their promotions and really helped us to understand all of the services and benefits of using AT&T. They spent all of the time we needed without making us feel rushed. They both have fantastic personalities and were so fun to work with. I would totally recommend working with AT&T and these wonderful ladies.
