One of the horrible store you can ever go to. If the store manager is looking at the review, please call me.Your workers are cheats.what was agreed and what i see in the bill is ridiculous. I clearly said i did not want mobile protect plan. But that was added to my bill.They said, i got $469 discount on Iphone 11, and my monthly payment would be $5. but in the bill whole phone amount was charged. Bunch of cheats who say you have to work only with 1 agent. Agents dont share the information with each other.pathetic

Horrible service every single time I come here. I’ve had Verizon for 4 years now and every time I’ve had a problem with something and had to come in no one is ever able to help me. There system is always down or I need to call someone else every time. I just recently went in to upgrade my phone. There was one other person in there who had been waiting for hours trying to get his phone activated and lucky for me I had to go through the same. Waited for 2 hours just to be told they couldn’t get it to work and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day wasted another 2 hours just to hear the same response. It has now been 2 weeks and they have not called to update me and the times I’ve tried to call the phone just rings and they won’t answer (not sure if they’re ignoring me at this point). If I could give them 0 stars I would. Verizon is great service but stay away from this location unless you like going to a place where the representatives are quick to leave you hanging or tell you they can’t help and send you on your way for everything. Find a corporate or anywhere else where the employees can actually help.

Gio is fantastic, helpful, kind and personable.Justina is the opposite. Poor choice of management. I ordered a new phone over a week ago after having many troubles with the new phone i had bought just a couple days before. Come to find out my phone has been in for the last 6 days and Justinas excuse was that shes been busy as she motions to a completely empty room with no phones ringing. Excuses are not needed. Your poor customer service speaks loud enough

My wife and son upgraded their phone in August and I wanted to get the new phone too, so I upgraded early. Jacob was a great help and guided me through the process. I am not super techie, so he was patient with me. There was a good special on early upgrades, so I got a good deal too. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store for your Verizon Wireless needs

I came into this Verizon store and was greeted by Ryan who was very busy with multiple customers in the store all by himself. I needed some help with my phone because I lost all of my contacts and my phone stopped working. Ryan was able to get all of my contacts back and assured me my phone will still be able to work to save me some money in the mean time! (which I was also happy about because most sales people try to just sell you a new phone) and he was also working with the 5 other customers in the store and got to me in a timely manner! Verizon should really be looking at giving this guy a Promotion! I will be calling Verizon to let them know how my experience was in the store as well! When I am ready to get a new phone, Ryan will definitely be the one I come see!

Gio at this Verizon Go Wireless store in Roseville, CA was awesome! Rather than pay a monthly plan and deal with a credit check, Gio had me buy the phone and Otter case elsewhere, and then proceeded to fully set up my new IPhone for me, successfully and properly transfering all my information from my old LG Smart phone over to my new IPhone. I highly recommend this store and Gio for all your cell phone needs in Roseville, CA.

My phone needed an upgrade, so I went into this Go Wireless location and was provided excellent service. Justina was great! She guided me through the process, helped me migrate my data and had me set up and ready in no time. In fact, I brought my son back a few days later and we upgraded his phone too. Was lied to directly to my face about charges and fees with an upgrade. When I asked the sales clerk what I was paying for (multiple times) he just kept repeating service fees and taxes. I could clearly see that we were not just paying for taxes on the new phone and had no idea what service fees we were paying for so I continued to ask what the other charges were and got the same response. Then when I asked if we were being charged for what he claimed were already included accessories, he flat out said no. Got home and called a customer service rep to help me understand what I paid for which is when I found out I had been charged for everything he claimed was included. She was able to give me an itemized list of what I paid for, why couldnt the sales clerk? All I wanted was a straightforward answer about the charges and he just kept giving me the run around. The manager didnt seem to be much help either because after hearing my complaint he tried to explain to me that the accessory (screen protector specifically) was included for the sake of the customer to prevent damage to their phone. However, they failed to mention that wed be charged for it, then lied when asked about being charged. Sales should not be about lies and manipulating the customer just so you could make a few bucks. This was not the first time this has happened to me at a Verizon store. I have no idea if they are being trained to make sales this way but Im disgusted by it. Its so dishonest and I shouldnt ever have to feel like Im being conned when Ive been a loyal customer for this long.

Super rude. They lied about the mistake I saw them make. I have no problem that there was a mistake but dont lie about it, then blame it on me. Its unfortunate that they arent willing to work with you to fully help you to resolve your problems. My Samsung 9 phone wasnt unlocked and they werent successful in unlocking it so then they just pulled it up and said, oh look, its not compatible with our network we cant do anything. Obviously, it wasnt unlocked. I didnt even argue and just left.

Terrible service. Staff member proceeded to text personal messages on his phone prior to assisting me. Wait time exceeded 35 minutes as the staff member was out to lunch leaving a lackie behind that clearly didnt have enough experience to manage the store on their own. After finally getting help from the uninterested staff member, it was determined that it would be easier and faster to call and handle my matters over the phone. Avoid this location at all costs. If you expect professional, courteous service go somewhere else.

Try to buy two new phones, I was told that the credit check would be a soft hit and as it appears the credit check was a hard hit. You guys are not up front your customer service sucks. He also explained that the phone with the case and screen protector is $200 but it in addition I have to pay $60 a month extra to get it financed. If you would have been honest I would have bought the two phones but if you think you can make the sale and being dishonest you dont deserve my business.

I was hoping to come in to talk about phone service details but i called ahead of time and the employee on the phone was very rude and was murmuring and sounded very annoyed by my questions. Im glad i called ahead of time so i wouldnt have to experience such disrespect in person!He didnt give me any details on phone services or fees but was very rude and had a tone of voice that he did not wish to help me. I will never be coming to this Verizon store or receiving any aid after this terrible encounter.

Came in this store in April to upgrade from a samsung 7 to the samsung 8+ and told the clerk named Gina that I didnt want to owe anything extra. She flat out lied to my face saying that I wont owe a cent and in fact, your getting a $62 credit. Also, for being such a good customer, you are getting free glass screen protectors for as long as you have this phone. I said Wow thats great. At home after reviewing the receipt closer I realized that screen protectors were $39, not free. Also, BEWARE! They do not mail your phone back to your provider so I now owe Verizon an extra $396. So not owing anythimg has turned into a $396 pain in the ass. If I took my phone straight to Verizon i wouldnt have had this problem. This store now has a new manager and when I spoke to her she gave me ray of hope and a promise to call back. After a week of no calls, i called her back and she told me that she wouldnt be able do anything. Verizon is of no help either so now Im just going to pay it off, leave Verizon, and plan on taking Go Wireless to small claims court.

There was merchandise on my order that I did not order or need. In addition my Verizon service was changed without being told by this store adding an extra $40.00 to my bill. I emailed a complaint to their customer service and asked to be emailed back with no reply. So the bottom line is this store is out to take your money and screw customer service. Worst experience EVER! OHHH, I couldnt post this without giving them 1 star...No stars would be more appropriate!
