I went to Gamestop to purchase Super Mario Odyssey for the Switch. They had a new and used ones in stock. The price online was $42.99 and in the store it was $59.99?? Not sure why the discrepancy but Janelle said that they can price match Best Buy who also had it advertised at $42.99. That saved me a trip to Best Buy and was a great example of excellent customer service.

The people here are so great and helpful! Really friendly! When getting a gift card on a receipt they were really informative and had patience with me when I got my words mixed up. Had quite a few general questions and they took the time to answer them all. Overall doing a great job here!!

Customer service here has always been top notch one of the smaller GameStops but the employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I dont know why I bother.Its not isolated to this location, but its continued existence as a business flabbergasts me.I expect it to change but it only changes to worsening conditions.Hardly any used games. Hardly any games at all!I get theres chip shortages currently, but this company doesnt even have the stones to show new consoles online as sold out.They hide them from the site entirely.As a company that relies on games being bought and sold, youd think they could get more restocks. Dont waste your time.

Purchased a new copy of Persona 5 Royal for PS4 online for in store pickup. When I got to the store, received a very clearly used copy. They didn’t even bother to put it in new shrink wrap this time. Tried contacting GameStop customer service but no response. Unbelievable business practices.

Youre far better off ordering online. The staff wasnt knowledgeable and tried to sell me a game from the wrong generation of consoles

Awesome place for video games and controllers! The employees are helpful and are happy to help if your looking for something a great environment, they play music and Video game news? in the background! If your not sure on the game your getting they can tell you based off experience, and if your looking for a game and cant find it they can tell you if its in stock or not and if not they even tell you were it is in case your willing to drive there! All in all its a great place to buy games!

Worst service ever. As I was paying the guy got a phone call and instead of putting him on hold he was talking to the guy the entire time I was paying and then he refused my Hundred Dollar bill. This place is a absolute joke and we will never be going back.

I placed an order on Friday a couple hours after they opened. I came around 4 oclock to pick it up and I was confused that everything was shut down. I tried calling the store twice and nothing. I was confused because the store hours said 12-7. Then a lady comes out and I question her whats going on and she was incredibly rude and judgemental. She said I need to come back another day due to staffing issues. Now its sunday and Im calling the store like instructed but they have the hook off the line so they wont help any customers . I PAID FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND I CANt EVEN prossess a refunds because you cant get ahold of anyone!

It was my first visit to a Gamestop. It was much more than I expected. Got some cool gifts for my 7 year old son and the staff was great. The had good suggestions and were very personable.

Great insight on games and systems

GameStop continues to surprise me with their deals. I had never really been an avid console gamer, however I love the old school Genesis and Wii, surprisingly there are still Wii games sold on floor at almost every GameStop around me! Staff was very nice and store was kept fairly clean. Only knock on the rating is due to the prices of the old Wii and Xbox 360 accessories, $35 for just a Wii remote? eBay has them for $10 with motionplus. Not the best place for console accessories, but one of the best for games.

Helpful friendly staff. Great selection and good deals. No need to go anywhere else. They have what you want and if by chance they dont, they will locate it for you.

Best GameStop Ive experienced in years. Staffed by the best kinds of nerds who I can have a conversation about anything from Critical Role, to fighting games, to DS genre benders, to running DnD games, to current events. Every two weeks I come by to catch up with this crowd and though my gaming backlog is way too much for me to hit and hold a job down, their conversation always leaves me smiling. Perfect for waiting to get a haircut next door too. Come buy stuff from these folks: they deserve your monies.

Love these places. I buy a lot of video games in person rather then online for the simple fact is that thier are more deals at the stores then online marketplace.

Very unsatisfactory service

I was doing a return and the girl didnt want to help me, she said she looked up the last 5 transactions and the items werent on there. Returned other items with my phone number and my membership number then gave me a gift card. Problem was she didnt ask for my ID! Anyone who knows my number could steal the games and do the returns for a gift card! They were getting ready to close so she didnt want to be bothered when I left I found the receipt and went back but the locked the door in my face! Dont go here!

I bought my games online and payed and got my confirmation email but I was waiting for games stop email to pick my games up at this location and I put my order in at 4 and i havent received any information and I PAYED !!!! ?????? and I keep calling and calling the numbers on the door and nuthn is happening

I have had amazing costumer service here and like the selection, but I have also had bad service. All in all its a GameStop come in to sell you games for a dime on the dollar and pay a pretty fair price on video games.

Staff is always friendly although they will try and get you to pre order or trade games in everytime. Prices are usually high and trade values are low. If you want to save money on your game purchases head to bestbuy or use amazon prime. Both of them offer 20% off games.

WINDY!!!- the manager at this store (windy) makes this place unbearable. I live nearby, and this used to be one of my favorite stores. Having to listen to her nasally, whiny, phlegm-y voice speak to customers so condescendingly... really makes this place suck. All in all, great store with a terrible manager.

So I come in for a 2TB harddrive that says 79.99 on the package as well as online 10-15mins early so I could handle other obligations, but they didnt honor the price that was on the package, pathetic. This location is always backed up too, I know GSTOP are all time hustlers but really?

Brought in a broken set of headphones and got them exchange with no problems, and since the new set was cheaper than the last ones they added another protection plan to cover it..

The staff really went out of their way today to help me find exactly what I needed. Especially helpful for a Dad that doesnt know too much about video games.
