Let me just say that Aujanne and Johnny really came through! I dropped my phone in the ocean. Both Aujanne and Johnny immediately got me with the brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max! I couldnβt be more happier, especially when I was able to purchase more than I expected: two speakers, brand new phone case and also liquid screen protector! I was hesitant to shop here due to a previous experience, but whoa am I glad I decided to give them another chance. I absolutely love Jonathan. He made the whole experience quick and painless and this was the first time Ive left a carrier not feeling cheated. He gave us an amazing deal and even got my 5 month old to waive at him for the first time ever. He was straightforward and courteous, which was obvious even over the phone. Like most seniors I know little about cellphones So I needed all the help I could get and Johnny was willing and able get me up to speed to my satisfaction. He spent a lot of his time on my account.
Terrible Experience. Employee refused to wear a mask.My 80 year old mother in law needed a new phone. Went with her today to this store. She arrived before me with the intention of picking out a phone, and then I would complete the transaction. When I arrived, she was outside, and said that the employee was not wearing a mask, and when she asked him to wear one for her safety, he refused. I went inside and asked that he wear a mask, and again he refused. I told him he just lost this sale, and the other 3 lines of service I was going to transfer over. As we left, he shouted out Have fun living in fear. I advised him directly with vigorous and colorful language about my thoughts regarding his DEPLORABLE reply, and exited the front door.After we left the store, and were on our way to the parking lot, he actually exited the store to continue the exchange and postured as if he wanted a physical altercation. Since he was clearly deficient in any actual reasoning and may not have understood the previous exchange, I provided him a visual using my index finger, and then we drove away.After this we went to another Cricket location, where there was a clearly labeled mask required sign on the door, and each employee was fully masked the entire time.In closing, specifically to the owner of this store, as you apparently do read these reviews:The gentleman, who said he was the only person working at the time, at the store today 3/5/21 @11:30am, is a detriment to your business, and was directly responsible for the loss of 3 sales, simply because he could not be bothered to wear a mask for your customers safety.

Spent 4 hours at the store trying to reverse what one of the competitors had done to the phone luckily Mike had found me a better phone and reverse everything that the competitor had done and had a great rest of my day
Jonathan wes very helpful and humble. Thank you Jonathan for helping me! Iβm adding to my review. Although Jonathan was very helpful and humble. Cricket the wireless provider is not. Cricket is supposed to be an extension of service to AT&T. In my case Cricket customer service over the phone are very deceitful. I had to contact the Federal Trade Commission due to over billing for service I was not provided. They presented my old account to my banks stating that this is an account history. Cricket is a prepaid provider and no way to have a contract unless you have a monthly service. Unfortunately Cricket doeβs not they are pay as you go. Every time I paid the bill before service was provided my phone was turned off. We went to start service with AT&T. This is truely sad and I have all my proof to provide that what I am saying is true. They did not handle my account honestly nor professionally. We unfortunately live in a time now where right is passed over and wrong is right. Where corporate is doing wrong especially during the pandemic.

What a terrible experience.The owner does not care about spreading COVID around the community. He was a rude, combative, and aggressive anti-masker.We met my 80 year old mother at this location so my husband could help her purchase a new phone and set up a plan. We were also planning to set up 2 other plans for our kids.The owner was not wearing a mask and would not put one on when my mother requested he do so. When my husband arrived and made the same request, the owner again refused. My husband said they would not spend their money there if he didnt wear a mask. He refused. As they were leaving, the owner mocked them for living in fear. My husband said something back and then he and my mother left the store.Then, the owner followed them out of the store to continue to mock and yell at my husband as they were getting in our vehicle to go to another store.I cannot imagine owning a business during a pandemic and being this combative about people trying to protect themselves while spending money in your establishment.Do not recommend. This guy is a total jerk. Go to the El Camino location. We had a great experience there.
Man what can i say! Today is valentines day and for a second i thought no one loved me until i walked into THIS cricket location and boy let me tell ya, I was wrong! Mike is the most HELPFUL person in the phone industry period... period. This is not a fake review this is well deserved because my life was loveless untill today. The i was helped was the way i always dreamed of being helped in a phone store. Ill write this review 5 times over MIKE IS THE MAN...
Store personnel were knowledgeable and very accommodating. As a retail franchised storefront they have limits on what they can do for account holders. What they can do, they appear to do well.

I had numerous problems with Metro by Tmobileand their terrible network...I live near Galleria Mall, In one of the busiest areas in Roseville Ca.yet Metro by junk Tmobiles service, could not even connect to the internet in my own home...so I decided to switch to Cricket Wireless after 2 years of non stop frustration with Tmobile...Jonathan made the transition to the Cricket Wireless AT&T network, smooth, simple and stress-free...Im so happy I made the switched to Cricket Wireless.That junk Metro by T-Mobile network, has terrible service in many areas.I live 3 blocks from the nicest mall in Nor Caland yet, after 2 yearsand numerous complaints, From 100s of people, Tmobile still to this day, has not fixed their junk service problem...The truth is, that T-Mobile does not care, to fix the problem, Nor do they care 1 bit about you or i...all they care about is money.I am happy to be a part of the AT&T networkand Cricket Wireless...Thank You Jonathan !You made it happen Sir...If you have issues with junk Metro by Tmobile, You should switch to cricket by AT&T, like i did.I recommend you go talk to Jonathan, at the Cricket Wireless location, In the Harding Plaza, In Roseville California.He will make everything happen and make it smooth and easy and stress free.Jonathan is the type of person who is not just friendly and trying to sell you something...Jonathan is the type of personWho goes above and beyond, to satisfy your needs, while simultaneously achieving your desire.Thanks again Jonathan ! π

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. The manager Isela, is so unwilling to help, and very unprofessional. She obviously doesnt care to keep faithful customers happy. We were sold a faulty phone, and she refused to replace it. Stay away from this place.

Quiet on a Saturday morning. Got a new phone and set up service in about 20 minutes. Sales associate was helpful, authentic, and straight forward. Very good experience. Had to drive from Lincoln here cuz our store closed. Store is clean, light, and open.

Service is great and trusting, i been with cricket for 10 years or more second best cricket store Japinder was very helpful sale man.
Fast, friendly and informative. We went in for an upgrade for my daughter and we were in and out with exactly what she wanted in under 20 mins. Japinder was friendly and accommodating and the prices cant be beat.
