They brought us the furniture off the floor after people have tried it on and sat on it for who knows how long. The furniture doesnt look or smell brand new. I want my refund or replace of unpacked furniture.

I’m super disappointed! My furniture was supposed to come today. Between 5 and 7pm they said and they never showed! I didn’t get any phone call either to say they wouldn’t be showing up. I mean this is just unbelievable and unacceptable and disrespectful. I will not be getting any more furniture from home choice.

If you have bad credit and need furniture and other items this is the place to go. However, you are going to pay high prices and high interest on top of those high prices. If you are even a week late they will show up at your door. I paid off my two purchases over the phone this year, I was told both times I needed to go into the store to sign something. I finally was able to get to a store. I didn’t have to sign anything, instead they just give you a receipt and a little bag with three cheap items as a “gift” for paying off your agreements. It’s quite offensive to be honest, considering how much I overpaid. The items were a little cheap disposable flash light where you can’t ever change the batteries, a toe nail clipper, and a three port wall plug. Never again.

I have had the pleasure of working with michelle as well as Ryan at this location and have had nothing but the best service. I had my recliner chairs delivered and one of the remotes was left behind at the store and Michelle personally drove them to my house that evening! Their customer service is hands down the best! They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers! We have purchased more than once and will definitely be purchasing again. I highly recommend the Roseville location and encourage you to work with Michelle or Ryan if you can. Thanks Roseville home choice! Lifelong customers here!

Came here with my girlfriend to get a Computer. Been there for 3 hours signing paper work.. mean while.. while Im writing this. Ive should have the item 2 hours by now. Ive paid $141 down for the item and I have to wait 4 business days. So since Monday. Now its Friday. And they told me itll be another 24 hours until its Delive. So Im living 6 minutes away and have to wait 5 days for my item....? Then you turn around and charge me.. Nah.. Im good. Im Done with this. Yaw gotta work out your business.. waiting 4-5 days for a item thats 6 minutes away..

This Company at this Location Makes Every Effort To make sure that I am taken care of. They Have gone out of there way to make it so they understand my situation when they arise and work to wards finding a situation to help better the outcome, further more have given advise on red flags that could damage my credit by showing better investment moves then allowing me to get into other bills with them just to make the corporate, a few extra bucks to damage both themselves and the companies reputation....I give this company at this location 5 stars for going out of their way going above and beyond to make sure i stay on track of my credit and making sure that i am please with my investments!

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in store and through their customer support number. So let’s start with the fact that I fully applied for a tv that was advertised on their website. The store said The TV was so new that they had not received it in stock as of yet this was around the first week of December 2018. We are now at the end of January and about to enter into the month of February. I have yet to hear from the store in regards to the TV that I applied for and yes I gave them my Social Security number so that I could get approved for it, and was approved. Everytime I call they say they’ll call me back but they never have! I even attempted to get the general manager Ryan to call me back he never did but low and behold he put notes on my account claiming he did. Since I’m not actually a customer I don’t have to deal with them in regards to long term. Thank god! I attempted to go to another store and they said that they would have to re-run all my credit information again in order to process my order. I said no way!!! If I were you I would not walk but run from these stores not only do they not care about their customers but they clearly can’t take the time to call anyone back or no one knows anything and every time you speak to somebody they just give you a different answer or excuse. I was Just trying to build my credit but I guess this store is not the one to go through if you know what’s good for you or you have other options. It literally went from we haven’t received the TV in stock yet because it’s so new & you’ll be the first one to know once it’s in stock to we’ve already sold out, sorry. Even though I’ve been waiting approximately two months to hear as to when I will get the TV and I was the first on the list to supposedly receive. What makes it worse is none of the stores are connected along with their customer service which is not connected to any of the stores or inventory. so literally home choice can run any store location as they see fit, no having to uphold anything. I’m confused as to are you treat a potential customer like that... if they’re treating someone who hasn’t even actually spent money there but is approved to like that I wonder how they’re treating other people? Once again I would strongly suggest against going to this location or probably this company all together.

I have never dealt with this company- but I can tell you its trash. I inherited a phone number on their calling list and they will not stop leaving me voicemails. When I called back the guy did not want to help me at all and hung up. Ive filed a complaint with the FCC.Decided to check out their website and lo and behold, its a store designed to exploit poor people. If youd like to finance a $2000 laptop which is actually worth $400, then pay extremely high interest rates, by all means this is your store.

I purchased living room furniture through the Roseville, MN location and have had such a wonderful experience with their staff that I went back on June 15th and purchased a new 70in tv. Their staff is all so friendly and helpful. Love working with them! Highly recommend this store!

Great place word to the wise no autopay and you cant pay at a different home choice just the one you started with fyi if you pay off your account and give them too mich money they dont to change ends up being store credit so make sure if your paying off early pay exact amount

So I go to Home Choice on Tuesday 8/21/18 at 1230pm (my appointment was at 1pm) to do an application. Ive talked to them on the phone a number of times already. Anyway, I meet Michelle. She takes an application, copy of my DL, copy of paystubs etc. I sign paperwork for them to be able to contact employment and property mgr for verification, plus 4 references. I tell her Ill be back at 4 with my deposit once my verification is complete. She says see you at 4. I never hear, but I get a call from my mom saying Home Choice called for a reference. Oh ok. So my boss tells me they called to verify employment and he directed them to accounting/payroll. Oh ok. I didnt return because I wasnt let know if the verification process was complete. I call Wednesday morning, talk to Lorenzo, he says only Michelle can help me because she has the file but she isnt in. He is the only one there. But he cant let me know if the verification process is complete, he has no way to find out. I call Friday morning, lorenzo answers, I ask for Michelle, he asks who it is, comes back, oh he will call me back in 15. I wait an hour, call back, oh Michelle is on a break but lorenzo says Michelle told him she was waiting for me to return with $75 before doing a verification. I told him it was done. People were called. Ok, fast forward 3 calls later. Michelle answers the phone, tells me that she didnt do any verification. Says without a contract and deposit there is no reason to verify. Ok that makes sense BUT I said I was coming back with the money after verification. There was no talk of a contract first! This is the first Ive heard of it. AND who called my mom and employer?? Pretending to be Home Choice?? On the afternoon I went and did an application at home choice? This story is longer and bigger than this. Are they really calling me stupid?? Is there a Home Choice Ghost making calls??Im livid. This would almost be hilarious if it werent for me thinking this woman thought I was ignorant.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars i would! this place is absolute trash, they dont deliver on time ever, im currently renting s stereo a television and also a bed, each which was late on deliver and due to a financial issue they wouldnt let me slide 2 days i had to borrow money from my aunt. absolutely mean staff and the manager michelle is the perfect role model for meanness

Just got approved!! Made my first payment...set up for delivery all that good stuff but due to a power outage I was unable to make my second payment...umm ok Michelle- Ill call you back when we are able to look up your account. Brandon- Your furniture will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. OK sounds great it is now 8:45pm and I will have no furniture. The store is closed so I cannot speak to no one, and I work damn near til the store closes tomorrow. I cannot believe how unorganized and unprofessional these people are. I mean calling me to let me know that they cannot show is better then not calling at all. Brandon and Mitchelle do not know how to run a business, as well do they lack in customer service. Communication is key and I guess they lack that too....home choice is making a horrible first impression.

Ive had the worst experience with this company first they were suppose to deliver my furniture on the 6th between 12- 2 but nobody had any recall of making my appointment but really they just gave it to somebody else Michelle and bradon need to really get there store clean together serious because thats not the half then they told me it will be delivered at 9am the next morning no show mind you this is now 2 days of work that Ive missed it is now Monday bradon said my furniture will be delivered on Monday between 12 and 2 but first he tried to give me a bogus refund I put 75 dollars down and he offered me 20 crazy I know but I still dont have any furniture in my place then i was told by Michelle that she apologizes and shell come out and bring it to me at 7pm after close time okay coo nope still dont have it and its just about 9:00pm Ive been wait downstairs since 7pm and nobody as shown up I am getting very frustrated because first I cant get my full refund and I cant get my furniture I feel like I am getting played and swindled for my money and credit I will be calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know seriously because I gave them more the enough chance missed two days of work and first day of college for the f***ckery to occur I dont appreciate it what so ever then not mention I didnt get any call from nobody Ive been calling them back to back and when I get a hold of somebody they will put me on hold for at least 30 mins to an hour its just that I have an personal average hold time but best believe they will be hearing my mouth tomorrow as well as the district manager, regional manager and corporate offices bradon and Michelle are the worst business people to deal with dont do it just dont
