Worst experience ever!!! The staff is extremely slow. Only three people and one of the Technicians stayed in the back the whole time whether there is a long line or not. The Technician behind the counter helping customers doesnt know what she is doing, couldnt find our record.... Pharmacist is inattentive to her patient. Simply to say, it shouldnt take an hour to get a flu shot......

Horrible service. They refuse prescriptions, and deem themselves Doctors who want to dismiss your symptoms and behave insultingly. The pharmacist believes she is a doctor and even made snide comments about my doctor. This person should not be in position of power.

They are way better than other local Walmart pharmacys less wait and less BS about what Dr prescribed you which in my opinion is none of their business.

I just wanted to come brag on Walmart pharmacy. I know in times like these people can be very hard to deal with and I ran out of a med that I can’t stop abruptly. My other pharmacy was giving me issues so I went here because retail prices was cheaper then what I was told I would have to pay there.Shay, Pharm tech, went above and beyond. She was so helpful and refused to let me settle. She called got my insurance info from my current pharmacy, who was giving me issues, got my prescription approved and filled in 15 minutes. Which the other pharmacy kept telling me they couldn’t help. I am so thankful that she went above and beyond especially in times like these. She saved me over half of what I was going to pay at Walmart, which I was willing to pay compared to the other pharmacy price I was given. That alone was a blessing, but Shay needs to know she is the blessing! We need more People like Shay in the world! Thank you for making it stress free!! Give her a raise and kudos!!!Shay if you’re reading this I can not thank you enough!

Dr Susan was amazing!! She helo me fix a tremendous mistake my pcp did to give me the medicine i needed for a terrible sickness i had... she had lot of patience with me n worked with me to feel comfortable with my medication, explain side effects and everything... i cant ask for more... n then, the two cashiers were also sweet and efficient... Highly recommended !!!

The pharmacy staff was amazing and friendly! I thought it would take a while to get my prescription filled, but it took only a couple of minutes. Shay, the pharmacy tech was so friendly and sweet😊

The staff at Walmart is awesome!! Whenever I have my prescriptions fill and if I have any questions the pharmacists always answer my questions or concerns. The tech Shay is awesome

I went to walmart on weekend to get prescription for my wife and it was expensive the insurance couldnt cover and my wife was in pain and i didnt know what to do, but FAISO the technician solve my problem she found a coupon that covers my wife medication she is a saver!!! if she was not her i couldnt know what to do? They were polite and patience to their customers!! Great place to be shopped!! Great service, the pharmacist DANA was amazing too!! Wow what a place i recommend everyone to visit that awsome pharmacy!!

Love the prices, get 90 days instead of just 30 at a time, service is slow but usually not rude in the pharmacy itself. Rest of store is considered to be completely separate if you ask me.

Literally every time my son, 18 months old, needs his medicine and they tell me a time when it will be ready, I have to wait HOURS later or even the next day. Ive tried to give this location several different chances to change my opinion but they literally are never on time or live up to their word. It is incredibly frustrating and annoying to pack up baby, drive up there at the given time, and be told oh it wont actually be ready until tomorrow after 2 p.m. when I literally just spoke with someone at 7 p.m. today who said it would be ready in an hour. This will be the last prescription we get filled here. Absolutely absurd.

Late on having prescriptions ready and lack of customer service when dropping prescription off. You really should not lack customer service and quality of services. I’ll be going back to Kroger for my pharmaceutical needs.

Said my prescription was not coved by my insurance and was very rude. Went to Walgreens and my prescription was covered by my insurance there and had the best customer service. Thanks Walgreens

Went to Walmart Rockwall pharmacy and paid 61.00 dollars for something they had OTC for 6 bucks. I was not told this however. All I was told is that my insurance would not cover the prescription so I assumed I had no choice. Well I call my insurance and was told it was not covered because it was OTC..... Thanks Walmart for saving me money..... One more reason healthcare in the U.S is horrible. Big business is allowed to steal from you too. Shame on Walmart, you could have told me it was OTC.

I called the store for a refill and when my husband went there they said it’s not available. I called them back and they keep transferring me to different department that all I need is a refill. After that long transfer they said that they need to order my vitamins. 😒This is the 2nd time that they did to me.

Every time a doctor sends a script they pretend they just got it and make you wait. It is as is if they dont check the doctor electronic line. They are either very busy or highly inefficient.

After my son had surgery, we had a pain prescription prescribed and the staff at Walmart refused to fill it as they assumed they knew better than the orthopedic surgeon. Thankfully we went to Costco and they filled it without any questions!
