Received a text to pick up prescriptions and then find out everyone went to lunch. There is no sign posted. They did not include the information when sending the text. Let’s have better communication Wal-Mart.

I’m leaving a one cause that is the lowest option, but they do not deserve that! DO NOT order groceries online from this Location! They are an absolute JOKE! I put in an almost $300 order to be delivered to my husband that is a truck driver on 9/24/2021 right before noon. I scheduled for it to be delivered in the 9pm-10pm window. It never showed up! But they made sure they billed my card for it! I have tried calling the store repeatedly. Even tried gettingThrough toDifferent departments only to be hung up on, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Finally got through to a representative ONLINE for them to tell me a driver was there to pick up the order and it would be delivered in the 9am-10am window today on 9/25/2021, and guess what?! ITS STILL NOT THERE! I understand there is an employee shortage and what not but there is no excuse for this, and to not even answer one phone call! Do better Rockwall Walmart!

Store is clean. baskets available. Sanitizer on site. Staff is working. found all i need and a lil more. small wait at self cashier station. Saturday shoppers, shopping.

Bought me something that I was looking for and had a good price on it so I smashed it up very happy with it

Walmart is my favorite place to shop I spend alot of money in this store every week the manager there is Jason Kelley he happens to be my nephew he does a great job running his store! His employees like him very well cashiers are very nice 👍 keep up the good work Jason!

The other day when I came into this stores location most of the bottled water was missing. Today the store had the bottled water stocked sufficiently.I was looking specifically for the smaller bottles. There were some left..not many though. 4 stars cause of a low supply for a large demabd area.

We were able to find everything we needed,, the scan and go glitched out. But the self check out was fast. The shelves were poorly stocked and messy, random stuff parked in the isles and the staff was difficult to get directions from. I wish all the departments had the big signs to aid in navigate. Overall it was an OK visit.

I was really surprised to see an entire organic food section... Either way Im not too trusting of Walmart... Good for specific item though.

This has to be the most disorganized store on earth. Every time I go, every isle looks as though a hurricane has hit it. Makes for finding things you’re looking for about 10x’s harder. Oh and good luck finding prices! Climbing shelves to get to something is almost a guarantee…made the mistake of trying to find an associate to help but gave up after waiting 20 minutes. I’ve also purchased 2 different brand vacuums I’ve had to return due to missing components. I could go on and on. It’s always SOMETHING at this Walmart. Get it together people!

Pretty clean for a walmart and they were following most social distancing rules and staff wasnt rude. They have pretty much everything you need especially for back to college

The store itself was great. The subway restaurant was not the best place to eat, the bread and the cheese tasted off to my family.

From the picker substituting 2 items with totally different products, to not substituting common produce items with a different type of the same fruit to getting my notice that my order was ready at 1:30 and it not being brought out until 3:30. When I brought it to the managers attention, she could have cared less.My first and last time there.

I didnt get to go in the store. I was doing a pickup for my oldest Son (a first responder) whose entire household was overwhelmed with COVID. They were great!

This place is great if you are looking for a bunch of empty shelves to buy for a garage or to put clothes on..they never have them stocked with food.

This Walmart has subpar carts and the employees treat customers as though we’re an inconvenience or in their way. I don’t shop here unless I absolutely have to but would rather go elsewhere and pay a bit higher price for convenience and customer service.

I deliver groceries for Walmart, my driver name is William Sullenger. I work for 7 area stores and they all do a fantastic job filling customer orders quickly and accurately. Walmart store 259, Rockwall on I30 is the head of the class. They are always super busy but Im always loaded up and confident my orders are accurate!!! Greatbjob team!

I order for pick up and let me say I was so frustrated and wondering what the hell was the person picking these items thinking. I had sick kids or I would have went in myself to get my stuff. Will definitely use kroger or Tom thumb next time.

3rd time this store has no head of lettuce or cabbage. Really hard to find someone to help you. Not enough che kers I have shoulder issues so self check out is a challenge.

Took nearly 40 mins for them to get pickup groceries out to us. Called a couple of times and was told both times it was on its way out. Would not recommend doing pickup from this location.

Walmart Supercenter gave me the best experience this morning. He took care of my issue as if it was his own. He didnt get all mad for having to help me he was actually eager to help. Thank you Walmart Supercenter!

For this beautiful town of Rockwall...... Your store here is horrible. Over 3 different weeks on the weekend I can never see a case of Cokes. The stock supplies seem to be lacking.... The pharmacy outside aisles are so crowded that you need help to get thru them.I looked all over for a price scanner.... Never found it.

It’s a Walmart. The employees tend to be rather friendly here, which makes up for the frequently-encountered “out of stock” items. I prefer not to deal with Walmart, but there are a few things on the grocery list that other stores simply don’t carry. As such, I use the app to confirm stock before going in (and I choose the Walmart location accordingly). Unfortunately, it isn’t always accurate and I end up dealing with Walmart when it was otherwise unnecessary. Again, though— friendly employees make the difference at this one.

We came from Forney, and this Walmart is 10x better. So many more items to choose from. And very well kept!

Walmarts always crowded but the good thing about Walmart is you can usually find what youre looking for there. And of course the prices are low. The produce isnt great though...

Its about what you would expect out of a Walmart. Huge selection with only two thirds of anything ever in stock. In other words every time I go in for something they dont have it and when I dont need it anymore theyve got it. With that said compared to some other Walmarts I have been into its not all that bad

Rockwall Walmart is organized pretty well. But thet were pretty busy and only had one checker. It was mostly self-check. Sorry, but we had $200+ basket full and at 70 & 75 yrs old, they can provide us checkers. The one young lady in the express line was very nice.

Place was a bit hot. Seems the humidity was higher and people were sweating walking around. Cant be good for the produce. As for everything else its Walmart not sure what else to say. They had everything I was looking for and prices were decent. Seemed like they were in the middle of a stock refresh though because quite a few aisles were emptied than normal.

Great selection of items. Tons of outdoor items and plants as well. Friendly customer service. I made a return and the transaction was quick and smooth. Lots of new items in the womens clothing department and they had some hard to find items as well (Leggs 2X Pantyhose). There is a Subway and hair salon inside. The only thing that I disliked were the annoying Dish TV sales reps in the electronics section.

Its your typical Walmart. Bathrooms were clean and they had everything we needed.

60min + wait times for online pickup(cancelled order). You are better off going inside and doing it yourself.

Its a Walmart. Customer service great in some ways. Selection not as good as Tom Thumb or Kroger but one stop shopping is nice.

What can I say about Wally World. Decor is depressing, generally employees not very friendly (there are exceptions) and product selection is limited (especially their grocery).

I will compare this Walmart to the one in Rockwall. Rudy is a great manager however during his time away, this Walmart is un organized. They are out of items more often than the Walmart in Rockwall. Customer service department is always a long line with 1 person working there. Very seldom are there any baskets in the store. I had to go find one in the parking lot. Same old selections of clothes to l)ade at, especially womens clothing. Marked down and close out prices have original price in system BEWARE OF

I only go here if I have to. Clean restrooms and a generally clean store. Staff is simply there to perform the tasks needed to make the store operate, you need something forget it.

Not a big Walmart shopper but I went in during a federally declared weather disaster for a label printer. Had 2 seperate employees help me. Both were really cool & sweet. So 5 stars for nice employees & having stocked shelves when no one else did.

Lowering my rating to a 2 and thats being generous. Employees are rude, not helpful and unprofessional. And now they dont have regular checkouts open anymore. Im waiting for my paycheck from having to bag my own groceries. I dont work there. Kroger and Amazon will be getting my coins from this point on.

Rockwall Walmart Supercenter is a smaller Walmart than some. Sometimes doesnt keep shelves stocked.

Excellent location employees are super friendly and store was excellently stocked.

Out of a few things, worst of all NO FULL SERVICE REGISTERS OPEN AND WE SPENT A LITTLE OVER $300.00. The worst staffed I have ever seen that store.The Walmart on I30 in Rockwall, Im going to find another store even if I have to drive to another city!

So on any given day my wife and I like our visits here but on this particular day my wife goes in with my mother and sister in law. There is a women Theresa (terry) that we see all the time have given gifts to her for her grandson. Well my wife called her terry which is also an abbreviation of her name. Instead of saying hey I prefer to go by Theresa she belittles my wife and yells at her for this mistake. Go to speak to managment and I stead of listening the mod turns her back on me and walks away. I was not raising my voice or cursing to even warrant the cold shoulder from someone who is in charge of your store. I will make sure to never shop at this one again

Walmart has wronged me many times. I only ever come here when Im with family and theyre already going there.

This week at this WalMart the fruit I was in search of was molded in the bags, which in turn spread to the other bags, making majority bags molded and the ones that hadnt molded yet were contaminated. So I was displeased. It was also the only store around to have this particular fruit.

The Walmart in Rockwall is clean and kept nice. I like going there.

Battery is a good deal. Buy the best one its worth it. Good price either way.

Update: Mar 2020Theyre remodeling the store and things look a little different. Had to get used to finding things but its all good.Update: 2/14/2018This location also has an auto center. I had to get my battery tested and they did that quickly. They are also able to test for the alternator and starter, all at no charge. Maybe its because I got my battery with them. I get all my batteries at Walmart because theres only almost everywhere I go.Update: 11/2/2017This Wal-Mart also has a photo center. My daughter takes a photography class and needs professional photographs for her class so this is where we go to get those printed. You can go in to the store, print the pics and then pick them up at a later time. I printed 5 4X6 pics for under $3.Although in a busy location (off the I-30 and next to a High School), I still get in an out of this Wal-Mart without major hassles. The service is also good. Its a good area and one of the reasons I like this location is because it also has a gas station. After I drop off my son at RHS, I stop by and gas up (usually cheap gas) and then hop right on the 30. The entrance ramp is very convenient for me for both the High School and the gas station.This Wal-Mart also has all the following services conveniently located in-store:1) A fastfood (Subway)2) An eyecare center (Wal-Mart Vision Center)3) A Hair Salon (SmartStyle Family Hair Salon)4) A Bank (First Convenience Bank)5) Vending machines (one the east entrance)6) A Key cutter machine7) 2 Redboxes8) A coin machine9) Large water bottle exchange area as well as water-bottle refill station10) Ice-station in front of the checkout

I like this Walmart Supercenter 😊. This location offers more items which also appear to be better quality than the Supercenter some miles back towards Garland (the Garland location also has heavy panhandlers😔). Its visible from IH 30, cleaner and surrounded by a nice shopping area. As with most Walmart Supercenters, its extremely busy and because of the nearby retailers - it can be a bit cramped but overall its has a lot of what you would need and expect from a Walmart!

Customer service agents did not have the drive to help customers! Looks cleaner than most big Walmarts though!!

This place needs help. First of all I found tires on line that said sold and delivered by Walmart. Obviously I need to have my car at Walmart and they would have the tires there to mount them. Not the case. I was told they didnt sell the tires but had the more expensive ones. So for the sake of saving time I accepted the more expensive ones then I was told that it was 12 to balance and mount each tire and was given a total. Then the attendant gave me another total said he added valve stems. I said no new valve stems needed unless they are broken. after an hour and a half, I went to pay and was given a different amount. They were now charging me $14 per tire to balance and $6.00 to dispose of 4 tires. First of all kept, I kept two of the tires but more importantly was never informed of this charge.

I cant believe how completely incompetent they are with the grocery pick up. I frequently have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to pick up groceries and thats after Walmart alerted me that my order is ready to pick up. Today after waiting for an hour I went out and talked to one of the workers and he said we were up next but he couldnt tell me if its five more minutes or another hour before theyll get it out to me because it was so chaotic in their store and system.

I have come to this Walmart often since I live right down the road and have yet to have a good experience. It is now 830am on a Saturday and I am sitting at the entry for oil changes. The doors are closed the door to get in the store is closed and they have not opened yet. Sign says they open at 8am in this area. This is not the first time there has been an issue here in this same department. Last time I sat and waited was never greeted and had to go inside to get service while 2 guys stood in the garage and chatted about who knows what. They really need better management of this department seems as though the employees need a little better direction and supervision because right now this area is not being handled appropriately.

Clean and I felt safe knowing that they are taking the right precautions for Covid. Workers have an attitude towards their customers. Ran into a cashier who I guess was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me, but I tried cheering her up I hope everyone is friendly to the people who work very hard for their customers.

Somehow management just cant get the ordering down. They are constantly out of the basics always ready to blame trucks not coming in, covid delays everything. Please, are they trying to convince us all the trucks are blowing by the store and only stocking other stores? I go to the next town to shop, cause the trucks stop there.

Employees are rude, managers arent hands on. I walked in and there was a little old lady struggling to put the foot mats at the entrance while 2 men in yellow vest stood a few feet away watching her and talking to each other. Another employee reached right in front of me while i was looking to get an item, did not excuse himself and definitely didnt follow the 6ft rule. He was very rude. If your looking for good customer service this is not the place to come to.
